This is the 3rd time my family and I stayed in this hotel...we love it coz of its convenient location and home like feeling. However, this last trip, we were given a room way in the back overlooking the street, not pleasant indeed. The room was not as good as previous ones and very weak wireless internet connections there. I got the worst possible room in the hotel and it was still a pretty good room. I would stay here again.

Stayed 2 nights one week apart. First night on 4th floor, very comfortable room, quiet, every convience and loved the wireless as well computer in main lobby. Room on main floor not quite as comfortable but ok. Lobby is clean and very comfortable, love the fireplace and large screen TV. The entire hotel has a "home away from home" feel to it. I've stayed in this hotel before and love the hotel overall, however have never been quite happy with the service. I asked for extra coffee packs as I was not going to have maid service come in, and the front desk said they just had decaf only. She acted as if I was asking for something unreasonable. Someone eventually come up to my room and delivered […] some, however it just seemed like anything asked for was always difficult and that I was putting them out. The desk staff were polite, helpful, and informed. The room was clean and comfortable, and if you like watching airplanes land at SFO, you couldn't be in a better place! If you like to exercise, there is a small, but adequate gym on site. For walking, you have an excellent walking/running path that is right on the Bay....just walk through the parking […] lot and you're on the trail. Breakfast is a treat. Usually, in American hotels, breakfast included means coffee, maybe orange juice and some breakfast pastries. We were pleasantly surprised to find 4 or 5 choices of cold cereal, the same number of hot cereals, yogurts, 4 different juices, a huge range of teas, loads of breakfast breads,hot waffles and a good selection of fruit. This is a gem of a hotel--large rooms, beds with a choice of pillow firmness, quiet location with a walking path by the Bay,and good restaurants with views of planes taking off over the water next door. The buffet breakfast had a wide selection and the papers were complimentary.

This is one of the best hotels around San Frencisco. Don't have to worry about parking and breakfast is free. I always look for the Bay Landing availability whenever I book a trip to San Frencisco, which is about once a month.

Overall, the hotel met my expectations since I've read lots of reviews before making reservations. Clean, well kept, staff was nice but seem to be in a rush, other then that a very nice experience.

Stayed for 5 nights. Good location - halfway between San Francisco and San Jose. Quiet surroundings but not close to shopping or grocery stores but easy access to 101. Nice sitting areas in lobby with flat screen television. Rooms and full continental breakfast more than adequate.

Service was great, place was spotless, easy access to SFO.

I really enjoy the stay at Bay Landing Hotel, SF. The hotel is well maintained. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with the exception of the bed. It was a little soft and had a squeaky noise. They have great breakfast items, more than just a continental breakfast. Will definitely go back and stay there!

We stayed only one night. The hotel was very convenient to the airport and the shuttle service was prompt. We would describe the breakfast as "continental plus" since there was hard boiled eggs, reheatable sausage, bacon and small pre-made omlettes. Not gourmet, but better than just juice and a bagel. This was a super-nice find. Lovely fireplace, living area, mini kitchen. Great views of the marina, walking trails super close. It was really nice. Definitely going to stay here again.

I flew in to SF late and had to leave early, but during my brief stay I found the Bay Landing to be very clean,comfortable and quiet. the staff was very polite and helpful. The shuttle was clean and the morning driver was exceptionally classy and polite. I would highly recommend this hotel!

I stayed for a business trip because this hotel was close to the San Fran airport. I was really surprised by the breakfast buffet (complimentary, and quite good!) as well as having a refrigerator and microwave in my room. (Bonus!) Typically I stay at chain hotels when I travel on business because I know what to expect. I took a chance on this "no name" […] hotel, and would highly recommend it to others. The staff was friendly and helpful- very quick to get me checked-in. Room was clean. One thing- all the hotels on Bayshore Highway are for business travelers. It's an industrial area, next to the airport. Not recommended for those travelling with kids looking for pool and nearby attractions. You must have a car to get to the hotel, and drive ~ 1 mile away to get to nearest store. This doesn't bother me, since I knew the area and knew what to expect, but might be a consideration for those with kids. Highly recommended- I would return. Devamı

We stayed at the Bay Landing as it was close to the hotel and we had an early flight. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of hotel and service. Breakfast and internet were included, as well as a free shuttle to the airport. It was close enough to the BART station - although would have been great if it was within walking distance. We requested a room near the elevator and were put as far away from the elevator as possible. My husband checked us in and should have complained, but we were tired and didn't have the energy to fight it. This hotel is very, very good, and we have stayed many, many times. Very convenient for a night before an early morning flight. 2 restaurants next door or one can walk along the pleasant walk by the bay to the Marriott for a special dinner. Very nice breakfast is included and available early.

Very convenient and clean. The air conditioner is annoying. It is loud and placed high so it blows on ones face when sleeping. Some may like this, but it happens to drive me crazy. The bedding could be updated. I enjoy duvets more than comforters because I feel they are washed more often. Otherwise, a good value and nice breakfast.

I have stayed here many times in the past and have never been disappointed. The location, price and convenience keep me coming back. It is right on the SF Bay and there is a great trail system right behind the hotel.

Bay Landing Hotel was a very nice, comfortable place to stay and the rates were very reasonable. The stay there included a full breakfast each morning and it was outstanding! This was definitely not a cheap, continental breakfast; they had a wide variety of breakfast items. We were pleasantly surprised by this. Depending on what you're looking for, the location of this hotel could be a positive or a negative. It's very close to the airport, but about 10 miles or so from the downtown part of San Francisco. For us, it was a positive; we enjoyed going into the city for the day (we had our own transportation), and then coming back to the hotel and not being in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Aside from the overpriced rooms in and around San Francisco, perhaps due to a marathon and convention in town, and the slightly springy bed mattress, our stay was fine. High marks for cleanliness and short distance to airport for a 6am flight.

Bay Landing San Francisco Hotel is a good deal. Nioce breakfast included in price and free shutle to SFO. Comfortable and clean small hotel.

This is my absolute favorite hotel. I visit my family often up in San Francisco and I always try to stay here. It is close to the freeways, has dining close and depending on the room, a gorgeous view.

We recently stayed at the Landing Bay for 4 nights. The location is very convenient, next to SFO airport, and just 20-30 from SFO downtown. The hotel looks like new. The room was very clean and well maintained. The breakfast is one of the best I have had in any hotel, definetely worth every single penny. We are a family of 4 which came to see San-Francisco. We had a car and we went to this hotel because of the free parking, free breakfast and free internet. This was an excellent choice. The hotel is located on the sea, where every room has a great view of the airplanes landing in the airport. You would not hear any noise, even with an open window because […] the airplanes land in parallel to the sea shore. There is also a great view of the sun rise every morning, from your room. Diving to downtown SFC is a piece of cake. About 15-20 minutes to Pier 39, 15 minutes to Chinatown. The staff is very friendly and helpfull. The breakfast is great! fresh bagels, omelets, Fruits, waffles, 4 types of fresh juice and many more interesting types of food. Same level as 4-5 star hotels that I visited. There is also a kitchen and a refrigerator in every room. The beds are very clean and very comfortable. Highly recommended for families with car or as a "near airport" hotel. We enjoyed it very much. Stayed for 1 night in September '11 to be close to the airport for an early morning flight. Shuttle bus was on time, staff were helpful, room was very big and spacious. Breakfast starts at 6.30am but our flight was early so we were gone before that time. there is a coffee machine, fridge and microwave in the room

Nice hotel with reasonable rates. Clean rooms. Free shuttle. There are quite a few large chains around it, but if you are looking for a basic clean hotel this is perfectly fine. Friendly staff. Beds are comfy, hotel is new and the breakfast is amazing. Only thing it could use is a convenience store nearby.
