Great location, Great hotel. Saw a lot of complaints about the new rooms. Have stayed here 10+ times and think it is top shelf. Would much prefer a clean, modern, wood floor room over a big old carpeted room like you get so often in HK.

This is a very handy hotel to stay in for the star ferry and crossing to the kowloon side of Hong Kong and it is in a good location shopping in causeway bay , central and sightseeing at the peak or stanley markets which are a short bus or taxi ride away.

The hotel is going thru a reburbishment and not a very good one, fittings etc in the bathroom are tacky and loose and lack quality, I wondered who was checking this, both the design, purchase and fitting as it leaves a lot to be desired for a hotel that may be pushing for an extra star. It seems to take an age to wait to check in and and be checked […] in, I wonder who looks after the reception area. I would chose this hotel only because it is convient to The Convention Centre and probbaly has one of the best breakfast in the world. Devamı

As I arrived to check in, i was told im getting an "upgrade" to a suite as there were no more rooms left ... the suite was nice, BUT every morning the room started to smell like Kitchen as smell of frying food and i dont know what got in through the Air Condition systemn that it was unbarable to stay in the room! I called the House keeping to let them […] know... they tried their best to help but is didnt help, the smell came every morning ... Devamı

Our room on the 29th floor was nicely updated. Floor to ceiling windows giving you 180 degree views of Victoria harbour and Kowloon island. Enjoyed New Years eve fireworks from our room. Room was small but enough for the three of us. My 6 year old daughter really enjoyed the enormous outdoor playground on the 11th floor. The pool also on the same floor […] is the largest in HK and shared with the Grand Hyatt. It was heated but was a little chilly to go swmming. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. Being adjacent to the Grand Hyatt was so convenient and we enjoyed the dinner buffet which featured lobster tails chilled on ice or cooked Cantonese style. Covered walkway to MTR , adjacent ferry to Kowloon and free airport shuttle bus from HK station plus taxi at entrance makes transportion easy. A few minor negatives are the ongoing construction noise during the daytime and the dated look of the lobby. Luckily we enjoyed free Wifi due to our Marriot rewards card. Devamı

Breakfast buffet was outstanding. Only major problem was the room was small and difficult to maneuver in. Had to call when bathroom supplies were not automatically resupplied during stay

This hotel was extremely nice and a great location especially if you are attending an event at the HK Convention Center. The rooms were very nice and well maintained as well. The service from all was outstanding. I will definitely stay here again.

Nice view with kindness of staffs are impressive. However, cleanness bathroom needs to be mproved. Shower curtain smells bad. Anyway, overally it was good.

excellent hotel. friendly staff. very clean and well maintained. we chose this hotel as we wanted to be near the lang kwai fong party area. great amenities like swimming pool, tennis, indoor golf,etc. would defi. stay here again.

Beware! There is construction going on at the hotel. Scheduled to continue until July 2011. Construction is Monday - Saturday 10am - 5:30pm. I was told that I would get a room far from the construction. Not sure what this means as I heard alot throughout the day - sounded and felt like they were drilling concrete.

Very good hotel, nice employees taking care of everything, good assistance. Room was very clean, aircon very quiet, great service. The best from this hotel is that is very close to the HKTDC and Metro Station. You dont have to go out to the street, just walk to the rear door of the hotel to go through the way to the exhibition center or the Metro. Just […] 1 or 2 minutes walking. If you like to see exotic cars, there are always 1 or 2 ferraris parked outside the lobby. If you use the train to Hong Kong Station and then a Taxi, the hotel is 30minutes from the airport. Also, you can use the shuttle bus from the Hong Kong station that is free, but makes 7 stops before arriving this hotel. Devamı

房间简洁现代，视野开阔，从房间可以直接远眺尖沙嘴；房间设施齐全并备有各种电源接口；交通方便，步行2分钟就可以达到渡轮码头，3分钟可到达湾仔地铁。

전체적으로 직원이 불친절하다는 느낌이었습니다. 체크인/체크아웃 시 기다리는 사람들의 관리도 안되어 먼저왔지만 멍하니 있어야 했고 미소도 없더군요. 객실은 편안하고 깨끗했으나 약간 좁은 샤워부스와 샤워시 물이 밖으로 튀는 점은 개선됐으면 좋겠네요. 센트럴로 나가기도 매우 수월하고, 스타페리를 이용해 침사추이로 나가기도 쉬웠습니다. 스탭들이 조금만 더 웃어준다면 다음에 다시 묵을 수 있을 것 같습니다.

ハーバービュールーム指定で一番東側の部屋になりました。ごく普通の夜景しか見えませんでした。シティービューで十分な部屋でした。また、プールが広くてお勧めとの評判でしたが、期待ほど広くは感じませんでした。プールが10時まで使用できると書いてありましたが、7時で終わりでした。更衣室もありませんでした。ロビーは高級感がありました。

it was a fantastic experience! excerllent service, clean hotel and convenient transport! i ll be staying at this hotel when next time i visit hongkong!
