Good location, Good price, comfort room

nice location, clean room, good price....

The room is unexpected small, however, with all you need. Convenient to centre and train station. Acceptable cleaness and tidy. Indeed a bit difficult to find the exactly location as it located at the side street not the main road.

The hotel is in a great central location close to JR Sapporo station and subway. There are lots of restaurants close by, the Sapporo International centre where there is a tourist office with English speaking staff and tourist information in English is just a couple of blocks away. Excellent location, good breakfast, small rooms, good value for your money.

The room was very small and we ended up with a semi-double bed instead of two single beds as advertised. The bed was so small that one of us had to sleep on the foor. Again due to the very small size of the room this was not ideal. Also the cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired. When we arrived there was a toothpick on the floor which remained […] there for two days. On one occasion we left the room for a short while and on our return the door was jammed shut, however this was soon sorted by staff, whose service I cannot fault. On a more positive note the hotel was conviently located and the toiletries were of good standard. However I would not recommend staying in this hotel for more than one night. JR札幌駅徒歩圏で県庁などビジネス街に近く、価格もリーズナブル。 部屋も普通の広さで満足できました。

Bra hotell några hundra meter från Sapporo station, mitt i Sapporo. Ganska trångt rum men annars bra. Billigt.

該飯店check out時間為早上10點，因為起床晚了點，整理完行李到櫃檯check out 的時間為10:40，櫃檯人員即要求要多收一小時的房費，正在和服務人員溝通是否能通融這40分鐘的延誤，旁邊一位像主管的小姐，一把就把房卡搶過去往櫃檯內丟，用很不客氣又很爛的英文的告訴我：ok, you don't need to pay，當下實在非常錯愕，這是在文明的日本會發生的事嗎？雖然最後飯店還是沒加收房費，但讓我留下很不好的印象。

방이 협소한 것 빼고는 전부 좋습니다.

Les employés sont agréables, l'hôtel est très bien situé et facile d'accès, rien à redire !

음~ 위치적으로 기차역과 멀지 않으면서도, 놀만한 곳과도 그렇게 멀지 않은 딱 중도에 위치한 호텔입니다. 밤엔 편안하게 자고 싶다면 조용히 잘 수 있습니다.

コストパフォーマンス抜群です、お部屋も清潔で、女性ひとりで安心して利用できます 札幌市内で宿泊の際にはまた利用します

The location of Chisun Hotel is convenient, you may just take about 10 mins walk to JR Sapporo and the Shopping Tower. The room size is small, but all necessary amentities and equipment are provided.
