Great hotel, clean modern, great staff room only thing is air conditioning. It is warm and it is set by hotel management. yes Americans are used to AC everywhere, but it was warm. Otherwise hotel is great at great price. Le France café right across street. Great food

It was ok for 1 night only.A lot more basic inside than it appears from the outside.Great staff.Very poor wifi connection.American breakfast for19 euro was rubbish.Probably normal for Paris 4 Star hotel.All in all poor value.

It was a great stay. The hotel is centrally located near several metro stations. Also about a 30-45 min walk to the Eiffel tower. There were some pretty good restaurants near the hotel and a great wine shop (can't remember the name).

Very nice hotel with fantastic location and the staff where very helpful to but as regards the room very small but well looked after with all the facilities you need cleaned daily with the mini bar been restocked daily to but the main problem was the lack if ventilation the room no window to open and was to warm 24 according to the thermometer in the […] ac unit we even left it on all the time had no effect which made the room very uncomfortable to be in or sleep in Devamı

Took my girlfriend for a weekend in Paris. Chose this hotel and was very happy with it. Clean and modern room with a nice en-suite. Staff were really friendly and all spoke fluent English. Went to a nice restaurant nearby as there was lots to choose from within 5 minutes walk. Lots of metro stops nearby although we actually walked to places like The […] Eiffel Tower. Paris in winter. The room was warm and this made sleeping uncomfortable. It appeared there was not a way to cool the room to sleep. Great staff and provided an early check-in. We were allocated a small room on the 7th floor. It was quiet, clean and comfortable. There's not more you can ask for for the relatively low price. We didn't have breakfast included so can't comment on that. Staff were welcoming and extremely helpful. The hotel is a ten minute walk from the station so pretty well located. I liked your hotel very much except for a few minor things. 1st, we were not able to get movies or music on the TV. They said you were having some trouble with this. We would have enjoyed our stay 100% if we could have American Movies. Also, I think you should have some American TV programs (in English of course) such as Hallmark, etc. Another thing. […] The closets to hang clothes are much too small. The staff was very professional and courteous. They spoke english well and were polite and helpful, The location is good it is near the main train station and the Air France Shuttle drop off/pick up in only 75 yards from the hotel. There is plenty of places to eat near the hotel and the area is fairly clean and safe to walk around.

Very convenient hotel - great access with the Air France bus to the Montparnasse station (only 17 euros one way - Nov 2012) - this is about 7.50 euros more expensive for a one way ticket to the Montparnasse area but is waaaaaaay more convenient than lugging your baggage through the station change at Gard du Nord. The walk from the bus is also shorter […] to get to the hotel. the hotel itself is clean - the service is good for check in and check out. the area is safe to walk around at night - very well lit. the hotel has a nice little garden area if you want to relax a bit inside. the room is spacious by Paris standards. rate was very decent via Expedia. We booked 4 nights and were promised a complimentary mini bar of water and soft drinks everyday which was refreshed only once during our stay, there was only one robe, one pair slippers and one drinking glass in room, we requested extra items next day and they were duly added only to be removed again on the 3rd day then on 4th day all remaining glasses […] were removed meaning we could not drink the refreshments which we had now purchased ourselves, also the internet coverage was not great. The house keeping could be improved, for a 4* hotel we expected a lot better if these attentions to detail were acted upon properly we would have given a much better appraisal of our stay. Devamı

Hotel Montparnasse was a great experience. The staff was super helpful and nice. The room was complete and very clean. The only complaints that I have is that the rooms were not stocked with iron and alarm clock.

Nice hotel, easy to get with bus from CDG fairly centrally located to move arround in soutt and western industrial parts of Paris. Only negative point was that they failed to service my TV to get it working.

The room felt unfinished. Rather clean, well take care of, but the baseboard were very recently pulled of the wall, and a very distinct paint smell lingering. It really felt like they needed a couple of extra rooms for the wee, and brought the ones in transformation back into the pool to accommodate the needs...

Perectly located a short walk away from Montparnasse-Bienvenüe rail and Metro station. Hundreds of restaurants in nearby Rue de Maine. Concorde hotel is one of the biggest French Hotel operators and this one falls within its standards. Room is small but that is to be expected in most european hotels. Very good choice.

This hotel is nice and the location is within walking distance to the main city centre, 20 minutes or so. the food is not very good so eat out. overall the staff were nice.

Didn't use restaurant. Plenty of bars / restaurants within walking distance. Easy access to tube for all tourist / sightseeing locations.

Noise - Men working in the basement during working hours 8am to 6pm. The noise from I think it must have been a drilling machine was extreme and being on the first floor above this you could not imagine the annoyance. . When complaining to the hotel Management we were told that we should have reported this earlier and they would change our room. They […] also said that the work would soon bee finished. The drilling ended at 6.10pm. On leaving I told the Reception that they should have told us about this work ON OUR ARRIVAL and not left it up to guests to make complaint also that I would be taking this matter further and I intend to. The carpet in the room was very old and in bad condition for a 4-star hotel. The cleaning people were doing a good job but they had nothing to do against a carpet in such condition. The room was small but it is very common in Paris. The staff at the reception were very helpful. Room service food was generally reasonably priced and tasting good. We watched […] Euro-2012 Football Championship game in the hotel's restaurant and they charged us for a 20% in addition to the menu prices, which we don't know why. Hotel was very nice, just quite a few things were broken in the room: the remote, the alarm function on the tv (and call ordered from reception was 10 mins late), also no bin anywhere in the room guess they forgot to bring it back after emptying it. Other than that though very nice rooms, would stay here again to catch a train the next morning.

Good quality hotel. Staff not always to helpful. Business centre printer was out of toner on Saturday and this was still not addressed on Monday. Expect that they have at least one spare toner cartridge in a high use area. Rooms small but comfortable and beds very good.

Thoroughly enjoyable. Nice comfy bar and 2 restaurants to choose from. Staff very friendly and polite, room cleaned and towels etc changed every day. Very conveniently located next to one of Paris' major railway stations and in close proximity to fabulous local restaurants including La Coupole.

Good access to metro lines, about 5min walk from hotel. Hotel room was below expectation - smelly, old carpets, basin drainage problem. Staff was friendly.

No opening windows and the air conditioning.was useless! On the first night I spent half an hour out on the landing were there was an opening window. We complained - nothing happened.The next night the same but the window handle had been removed so there was no way of opening the window on the landing.. We complained again. Went to watch the rugby game […] and came back for our 3rd night of little sleep in a room with no air. Reception said it was because the weather had become warmer!!! IT WAS MARCH. The hotel lobby and bar were cooler therefore we presume it was keeping cost down by turning down the air conditioning in rooms. We booked 2 rooms. Our friends in the next but one room came from Spain and had exactly the same complaint. Never again. We will stick to the smaller and cheaper hotels next time where the decor is not quite so fancy but at least you get a good night's sleep and enjoy your time in Paris. Devamı

No doubt this is a usually a great hotel but i was there on business, making long days, leaving early and returning late. With the hours i make, i have to rely on roomservice to get something to eat in the evening, as i do not want to go out anymore. This was my first stay at the hotel and the catering staff was on strike. No restaurant, no bar, no […] roomservice, no minibar, nothing. The rest of the staff (reception, porter etc) were all very helpful, and the rooms very good, very clean. I rated the staff high as far as there was any. All in all a hotel where i would like to return if not on strike. My colleagues were all in other hotels, but there was no strike there, so it was not parisian, only this hotel. Maybe i was just unlucky. but next time i will see if this is not a chronic problem in this hotel. Beds are good, maybe an idea to turn the mattresses as obviously (mostly men) lay on the right side close to the bathroom. The bed was clearly much thinner on that spot. Devamı

We stayed in the Hotel Concorde Montparnasse for 3nights in December. The location was great, close to two metro stations which made getting around very easy, 20 minutes approx. to all the sights by tram and half an hour to the Palace of Versailles. The neighbourhood seemed to be OK although the street were littered with rubbish most evenings! The staff […] in the hotel were not overly friendly but they helped us with whatever we needed. The rooms were small but having done some research prior to travelling we were made aware that this was the case in most hotels in Paris. We got a good deal on the room through a booking website, however it did not include breakfast and the food in the hotel was expensive!! Plently of cosy Pâtisserie's around to have your breakfast though and we found the Latin quarter great for restaurants. Overall the hotel was great for a couple on a budget who wanted to see the sights of Paris!! Devamı
