Pretty good room and facilities provided. Good breakfast and nice clerks too. The only shortcoming I think is the distance ,where it locates in the southern part of the London, You will have to take 25-30mins to the London center by train.

This hotel has gone beyond my expectations with the cleanliness of room, friendliness of staff, variety of continental breakfast and overall quality of everything! You even get wireless internet connection at the lobby free of charge and as I was working away, I had a well-needed complimentary latte too! The only thing I could complain about was the […] fact that my room turned out to be a twin one without a sofa, even though I had booked a double with a sofa. VERY poor parking, in fact NOT much parking at all. They have a bare face cheek to charge £12 or £15 for 24 hours parking. I can't believe how back of the main street it is there are STILL double yellow lanes outside the hotel and there is a threat of even getting a parking ticket if you don't place a '10-15mins off loading permission to park' sign […] provided by the hotel in your windscreen Be sure to mention to the Check in person that you have a car sitting on double yellow lines outside the main hotel double doors and you want to check in and put your bags/suitcases in your room. I have now stayed at this Hotel a few time's only thing that is annoying is every time at 9.30 someone knock's on the room door and walks in.. which I find intrusive and check out is not until 11am so find it a pain that very time I am woken n walked in at every stay I have spent which has mostly been weekends when I have been out and need the lay in […] .. No complaints about the hotel. Great price. The room was good. Bed very comfortable. The shower was amazing! Staff were pleasant and the breakfast very satisfying. Would recommend this hotel and will use again if I am in the area. It is near to all the pubs, clubs and takeaways and is across the road from Surrey Street market. The only gripe I have […] is the car park and finding the hotel! Although you can park outside the hotel while checking in, to get to the Car Park is a pain (although the directions from the staff were excellent). And please make sure that you have a good map or sat nav to get to the hotel. It is tucked down a side road and you would never think it is where it is! Hotel was fine and staff were helpful. Many guests appeared to be young and in party mood. Not a problem but there was definitely the smell of smoking in the hotel (of the more fragrant and herbal variety). There appeared to be little by way of security or even a male staff presence so if any guest had become over-refreshed...

No faults with Hotel at all, normal excellence that you would expect from the holiday Inn group Staff and room were outstanding as was the buffet style breakfast all you can eat sets you up nicely for the day. The staff were friendly and helpful, and it was good value for money. We booked two rooms one on floor 8 and the other floor 6. We did not hear any noise and the beds were comfortable and it was nice to have a choice of pillows, firm or soft. Largely a case of WYSIWYG - it's a budget chain and one is not expecting miracles. However they do need to make the parking arrangements much more transparent to visitors at the time of booking. The reality is that, on arrival, you are sent to a nearby muliti-storey car park. the hotel itself was nice enough, large room, clean, good breakfast. But it was a hike and a train ride to get into London everyday. trains are frequent but just takes some time. It was hard to find hidden in the alley. Plenty of places to eat nearby.

The hotel is in a good location beside shops,bars,restaurants and station.No noise at night. Clean, spacious rooms and adequate brekkie. Only 20 min from central London.Could not fault this hotel and was happy with my choice.

Probably as good as similar hotels inside London at 2-3 times the price. Train service frequent and convenient to Victoria station. Our only complaint is that the free wireless internet in the lobby didn't work and the connection in our room cost extra.

the hotel was more than expected from a chain company. Easy find location; big and clean room, what else more do you need for a hotel for a night?

The hotel was basic but comfortable beds and the staff were friendly but I was astonished to be asked for £12 to park the car on the road outside the hotel fot 1 night. This was never told to us when we paid and booked the room and when we said that to the reception staff all we were told was that if we had phoned the hotel and booked with them we would […] not have to pay this but in fact I did speak to someone on reception and booked with them direct and I feel that I should have been told this about the parking and then I would not have gone to this hotel I would have gone to one of the many hotels with parking. If you go there expecting North American facilities and treatment, then you're in for a disappointment. Amazing location, but the small details were a disappointment. The bed for 2 people was really small. The room was relatively clean, though the sofa bed was a bit dirty. The continental breakfast was "free" and you get what you paid for. This is a decent hotel in Croydon offering exactly what you expect from the chain: a clean room with a decent bed and bathroom and a reasonable buffet style breakfast. You won't be writing to your friend raving about it, but won't be relaying horror stories either. The staff at this branch are very helpful and friendly in my opinion and the hotel has […] a decent central location pretty close to bars and restaurants. However, this meant it was a little noisy on a busier night (which includes Thursdays). When I was there one of the two lifts was out of action and this meant coming down from the higher floors in the morning could take a while. An excellent value-for-money hotel. Quiet yet still in centre of Croydon

The room was clean and comfortable, the buffet breakfast was adequate but I don't feel safe in Croydon any more.

Globalement, avec mon amie, nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cet hôtel ! Situation: A environs 20 km de Londres (pas tout proche mais pour avoir des prix corrects (surtout en haute saison comme le nouvel an), il faut s éloigner un peu). Pas très loin d'une rue commerçante assez sympa à faire. Transport: 10 de marche pour aller à la gare Est […] Croyon (20 minutes de train pour aller à Victoria). Autre possibilité : 15 min de marche pour aller à la gare à West Croydon (45 min de train pour aller à Victoria). Qualité prix: Très correct ! Chambre: Très propre, lit très confortable, bouilloire avec thé/café (remis tous les jours si vous en buvez), salle de bain fonctionnel et propre. En revanche pas d'internet comme il l'est mentionné sur leur site, et ni de journaux amené dans la chambre... Dommage. Petit déjeuné: Large choix, dommage qu'il n'y a pas de plats typiques anglais comme les pancakes, oeufs,... Les pains chocolats sont des pains congelé, pas top comparé à ce que l'on trouve en France (mais bon normal, on est en Angleterre). Chère pour ce qu’il y a mais très bon quand même. Personnel : Très serviable et disponible. Seul hic, j’avais payé sur internet, et ils ont voulu me refaire payé sur place mais bon ils n’ont pas insisté quand je leur expliqué. Ha oui, il ne parle pas Français non plus, bien si vous voulez vous exercer en anglais, pour les autres, ba Good luck ! (je trouve ça un peu dommage pour le nombre de touriste Français qui doivent occuper leur établissement). Finalement, je conseille cet hôtel, et j'y reviendrais sans aucun soucis ! Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer war wirklich tatellos. Beim Frühstück war das nicht immer der Fall. Da tragen z.B. die Mitarbeiter an einer Hand extra Handschuhe, aber mit der halten Sie den Lappen, mit dem Sie alle Tische abwischen und einige Minuten später nutzen Sie genau diese Hand, um den Käse auf dem Buffet neu anzuordnen!! Das fand ich doch sehr unappettitlich […] und habe dann lieber das Käse essen gelassen. Wenn man das Pech hat ein Zimmer zwischen 2 Feuertüren zu haben, braucht man einen tiefen Schlaf, denn alles aus dem Flur hört man sehr deutlich im Zimmer. Das Zimmer liegt etwas versteckt, ist aber doch ziemlich zentral. Wir sind jeden Tag nach London gependelt und die Verbindungen waren echt gut. Devamı

Vi bodde på room nr, 202.det ene problemet var vasken på toalettet at den virket litt tett.Håper på at de gjør orden på det :)

Rapide d'accès à partir du centre de Londres si train direct (West Croydon à 10 mn de London Bridge), sinon c'est un peu long s'il s'arrête à toutes les petites gares, à contrôler (temps x3). Grand avantage : train payable avec la carte Oyster. Bon petit-déjeuner et belle salle de bain même si petite.

hotel, difficile a evaluer parceque je suis arrive le 1e jour des emeutes a croydon. En plus, aucun personnel ne parles francais, nous a rendu la tache encore plus difficile ! Arrives a 21h, pour acceder a l'hotel a 3h du matin ..

Eu não aconselho.Muito longe da london eye e atrações. Tem uma descida para sair do hotel e chegar ao metrô e à noite dá medo. Não gostei acabei reservando um mais centralizado alguns dias. Não é bom !

Apesar de nao estar na regiao central de londres, é uma otima opcao ja que fica ao lado da estacao de metro. Preco justo. Vale a pena.

Hotellet är prisvärt med bra service och erbjuder vad som behövs. Det ligger en bit utanför London, men man tar sig till Victoria station på runt 15 min. med pendeltåg. Stationen ligger på 10 min gångavstånd från hotellet.

Situato nel cuore di east croydon pulito tutti cortesi collegato benissimo con il treno a 20 minuti circa dalla stazione victoria, per chi non lo sa è la stazione centrale di Londra dove si può andare ovunque con la metropolitana acquistando un biglietto giornaliero travel card con 8 pound

Eftersom rummet var väldigt billigt, så tycker jag att allt var mycket bra. Hade det däremot varit ett dyrt rum, så hade jag nog ställt lite högre krav. Vill dock poängtera att vi trivdes mycket bra. Tar gärna in på samma hotell igen.

Great hotel, perfect location and friendly staff :) The woman who cleaned the room was very nice. We are gonna come back many times!

Wir waren mit dem Hotel sehr zufrieden und können es nur weiterempfehlen. Von Vorteil ist ein Zimmer in den oberen Etagen, da es nachts draußen lauter war, was bei einem offenen Fenster störend wurde. Entgegen einiger Kommentare ist es doch möglich, mit einer Day-Travelcard mit der Straßenbahn zu fahren, so dass man bequem und schnell zum Bahnhof East-Croyden […] kommt. Bei einem zukünftigen Aufenthalt würden wir das Hotel wieder wählen. Devamı

This hotel had god standard and nice employees. The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast. Very bad, however, there is plenty of breakfast restaurants close by. Otherwise the hotel was very good. A little bit to far away from London though. Easy to take the train (5 min walk), but if you want to go to London to sightseeing and then go out on the […] town later at night, then the travel back and forth takes too much time and tiering. Croydon was nice though. Big shooping center and street and cheaper then London. I suggest therfore to do the shopping here. All in all a very good weekend!! Devamı

Hotellet tager sig godt ud; er pænt og rent og værelserne af en god størrelse med gode faciliteter. Godt brusebad og pæne toiletforhold inkl. store, lækre håndklæder. Fladskærms-tv og godt udbud af tv-kanaler. Personalet var meget hjælpsomme og tilbød gratis medlemsskab af hotellets klub, hvilket indebar gratis senere udcheckningsmulighed indtil kl […] 14 - helt perfekt. Morgenmaden var det eneste, der ikke levede op til forventningerne. Der havde vi regnet med en lidt lækrere buffet og ikke det tag-selv gedemarked, der mødte os. Og mærkværdigvis var det umuligt at opdrive salt og peber! Men det var rart, at man kunne tage morgenmaden med op på værelset og nyde den i fred og ro.
