you must be very careful since the quality of the rooms is not standard, if you are lucky you can have a shower with massage, but if not you could end up in a room with an old bulbe TV, no air conditioned and very dirty....

This place is a dump. Metal keys for the doors, musty smell in the rooms, bathrooms that flush sometimes, doors that creak open, a "rooftop garden" that sports two wilted plants and rusted furniture. It is far away from any attractions, or any metro station. The hotel is downright dishonest in calling itself four star - it is barely 2 star hostel-like […] accommodation. You'll see lots of reviews about how wonderful the staff is, and they are all true. If a nice staff is all that you need, this is the place for you. If you want comfort and reliability, I'd look elsewhere. I hope this review better informs you as to what you're getting yourself into before coming here. Our room was nothing close to what the photos […] look like. The bar and breakfast area was nice, the room definitely was not. Here's why: * the bathroom door did not close all the way shut * NONE of the four power outlets in the room worked (and the one in the bathroom sparked and turned off all of the power) * the toilet did not flush entirely (even when they cleaned the room there was still, um,stuff in the toilet when we came back later that day * the phone did not work * the wireless internet was expensive and unreliable * the air conditioning did not work * construction in the hall outside our door started at 8am * when these problems were reported they refused to change our room or do anything at all about it * this hotel is NOT close to anything as stated. public transport from Termini takes 1.5 hours! The staff was friendly and a pleasure to deal with but they didn't seem to have any options for doing anything to help other than being very courteous. I will certainly never stay here again. Devamı

Spacious and well appointed modern furnishings. And, the Jacuzzi tub/shower a really nice plus. The bathroom overall was huge by European standards, and even large by American standards. The free included breakfast was the standard fare, with the coffee and juice machines, cereal, yogurt, variety of breads, a toaster, jams, meat and cheese. Nothing […] to write home about, but then, here I am writing you about it, so what’s that about? It’s about me realizing how much I appreciate detailed customer reviews myself, and thought someone would appreciate knowing what’s meant by the standard “free breakfast” offering. In this case, the staff was good at keeping it stocked and refreshed. Not a bad location if you have a car. Within 15-30 minutes of many of Rome’s top sites. And, they have a parking lot, though the second night we got home late and the lot was full. Yet, parking on the street just outside the lot was not a problem. Attentive and professional staff. Nice roof-top terrace deck, but nothing to see from there but more roof-top terrace decks. Devamı

This hotel would be ideal for someone on a very low budget and who are used to rome. For me however i found the quality of the rooms very poor, the windows were in atrocious condition and the shutters were broke. we changed rooms twice, the first room was terrible, the second room was ok. their was only one english speaking tv channel, so make sure […] you come back late enough to just go to sleep. The staff were friendly and sandro is very helpful and a gentleman. the rooms however do need upgrading badly, but the breakfast room and lobby were lovely. the distance was a problem, no way was it 2.4 miles from the vatican. we got ripped off with a taxi from the termini when we arrived to the hotel...so do not get a taxi from outside the termini, they charge 40 euro when it should be 15. however when you get to the hotel a number 247 bus will bring you near the vatican and back again from nearly outside the hotel. from the vatican just catch a bus into the city centre. as we were new to travelling it took us a while to get the hang of the buses, but if we can do it anyone can do it. please note though that on sundays the buses arrive every hour or more, we were waiting over an hour for one and in the end had to take one which went a different route. all in all judging by the exterior of other hotels this one would not be the worst, you can get a good breakfast, the staff are friendly, its cheap, if you are not happy with your room just ask them to change it for you, the drawbacks are the distance and room quality, but in rome there is so much to see and do that this hotel would be ok for someone on a budget and is good with public transport. La struttura non è a norma , il livello è scadente da non meritare nessuna stella. In conclusione la definisco una truffa. Vergognatevi.........

Unsere Zimmer waren furchtbar schmutzig. Auf dem Boden waren überall Handtücher weil sich Wasserpfützen bildeten durch undichte Fenster. Die Betten waren sehr siffig und abgeranzt.... Das einzig löbliche war der anschließende Service des Hotels uns auf Wunsch woanders einzuquartieren...dennoch werde ich da ganz sicher keinen Fuß mehr reinsetzen oder […] es gar empfehlen. Devamı

Wir haben gleich 20 Min. nach dem eincheken AUSGECHEKT!!!! So dreckige Zimmer habe ich noch nie!!!gesehen. Sie sollten mal hinfahren und es vor Ort kontrollieren,bevor Sie sowas im Internet anbieten.Da freut man sich auf Rom und nach dem Flug auf sein Zimmer und dann sowas!

Pessima esperienza non capisco come possa essere 4 stelle, non ne merita davvero nemmeno una. Camera fatiscente con muri scrostati, arredi ridicoli da catapecchia, bagno con sanitari degli anni sessanta mal tenuti, e fili della corrente in vista e pericolosi. Davvero una vergogna che Roma possa accogliere così dei viaggiatori!

Hotellet var helt okej med tanke på priset. Ungefär det vi förväntade oss. Trevligt bemötande och hjälpsam personal. Bussen som tog oss till metron låg 2 minuter gångväg från hotellet. Från metron till centrum tog det ungefär 10 minuter. Rummet och sängen helt okej. Observera dock att hotellet är 3-stjärnigt och inte 4-stjärnigt!

O hotel fica em uma das artérias de entrada de Roma, facilitando para quem vem de carro. Para ir ao centro da cidade tem ônibus na porta e /ou uma caminhada de meia hora (passo de passeio) até a estação de metrô mais próxima. O café da manhã é bom, tem dois restaurantes bons e com preço razoável bem perto. O conforto é para quem usa hotel para dormir. […] O funcionários são gentis e educados (acreditem, para o nível do serviço prestado na Itália isso é um bom diferencial). Les - La chambre pas forcément finie, mais confortable Internet payant Des taxes à payer à la fin du séjour 3€/nuit/personne Les + Proche bus et métro pour accéder au centre de Rome Rapport qualité/prix correct Je ne regrette pas mon choix mais si je devais retourner à Rome j'essayerai de trouver un autre hôtel.

Buona posizione, quartiere tranquillo, sistemazione comoda, buon servizio di prima colazione. Principali difetti: qualche problema sulla ventilazione del bagno, e ricezione di un numero limitatissimo di canali

da rom erlebt werden muß und die unterkunft zweitrangig sein sollte ,ist dieses hotel völlig ausreichend. die technischen mängel sollten nicht weiter interessieren weil man eben auch in einem anderen land zu gast ist . schlafen und duschen kann man gut , frühstück und personal ist ok . verbindungen mit u-bahn ins zentrum mega einfach und mega güstig(1euro).also […] wie gesagt,preis leistung stimmt Devamı

Hotellet er generelt slitt, vi ble møtt med dårlig luki i vårt første rum og fikk ett dårligere rom uten dårlig lukt som erstattning.

Das Raganelli liegt ehrliche 4,,5 km von der Innenstadt Rom entfernt. U-Bahn (sehr gut) und Linie 246/247 (bescheiden, kann man aber durch 12 Minuten Fussweg vermeiden) Für den Preis ist die An- und Abfahrt es allemal wert. Wichtig ist für Rombesucher die nicht im Zentrum wohnen, eine U-bahn in Reichweite zu haben, da das Verkehrschaos viel Zeit ko […] stet. Devamı

Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk maar de kamers zijn echt aan renovatie toe. Verrotte kozijnen missende rolluiken, randen van douchebak verrot. Het moet vermeld worden dat ze tijdens ons verblijf wel aan werk waren dus misschien wordt het binnenkort verholpen. In de kelder was een bar en restaurant die al vernieuwd waren. Het ontbijt was eenvoudig. […] Het hotel ligt aan een drukke weg, waar 's morgens een file richting centrum staat en 's avonds de stad uit. Er lopen voldoende bussen richting centrum waar je de metro kunt nemen. ZIjn zelfs een keer lopend naar het vaticaan gegaan. Devamı

Confort e cortesia, struttura moderna e sapientemente arredata, pulita e tranquilla... un ottimo posto dove trascorrere qualunque tipo di vacanza!!!
