It was nice, a very soft clean bed to sleep in after a long day at Seaworld. Breakfast was awesome...

Overall it was a nice stay. The freebies are always a plus and kind of makes the stay better no matter what. The sheets on one of the queen beds had several pieces of hair on them so I called to have them changed out. The lady at the front desk was very apolegetic and offered us a new room but we declined and settled for clean sheets.

Easy to get to as well as in and out of hotel. Didn't realize the hotel had a small bar but opened up with hors d'oeuvres and drinks (free with stay) and if you had small children, it could be a meal for them, ha! Very nice rooms with WiFi in rooms and flat screen TV's, desks, recliner, etc., - just about all the comforts of home. Beds were very comrtable […] and great morning breakfast. Hadn't stayed at may Drury Inns but will definitely make this my first choice from now on especially for the cost!!!!! Very, very reasonable in this economy for what you get. This was the perfect choice for our stay. My mom was scheduled to have surgery at NC Baptist Hospital and was admitted for a 24hr observation. I had a great breakfast each morning and enjoyed a few drinks and light dinner each night. It was a great stay and would recommend it to others.

The staff was helpful, courteous and caring. We went for my husband to have surgery at a hospital nearby. He had complications and some staff asked about him and even offered to extend my checkout to ensure that he was able to go home as scheduled. Breakfast was great and the 5:30 Kickback was very nice.

Great hotel, great service - only two problems - Hot tub not hot. It was like a warm bath. Mentioned it to the staff, but they didn't seem to fix it. Air conditioning unit in room was loud. Room was comfortable, but never seemed to be coo.

I stayed at the Drury Hotel and Suites because it was recommended by my real estate agent. I booked my stay over the phone from the rates I acquired online. I drove from KS and it was a welcomed relaxing stay that I thoroughly enjoyed. It was so comforting that I had to inquire about it's affiliation and learned that they are a family owned and operated […] hotel. I was very impressed by the appearance and warmness of the staff. I will gladly recommend it and if my new home is anything like my stay at the hotel, I will likely not see much more of San Antonio. Thank you Drury :) Devamı

Our stay here was very enjoyable and very convenient. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast and the 5:30 kickback was an excellent addition to not having to buy every meal out during our stay. The kids enjoyed the pool as well which was very clean and always had towels available. The overall stay at the hotel was comforting. But when we first checked in we had reserved 2 rooms. When arriving at the hotel one of the rooms was not ready. The bed sheets and blankets were all over the room, and trash was everywhere. So had a bad start to the weekend. But the young lady(Joan) at the front desk was very pleasant to deal with. She […] had put us in the next room over with no problems. She apologized for the problem several times. Aside from this issue at the start the rest of the stay was a wonderful, relaxing stay. The 5:30 kick back is a MUST! Espesially after a long hot day in this Texas HEAT at Sea World!! Breakfast is awesome aswell. Great place to stay. Devamı

Nice size room with two queens, had a nice breakfast area and lobby with comfortable chairs and couches. The food quality was good. The only minor complaint was when we arrived around 10 pm the first night we had to wait over 5 minutes before someone came back to the front desk. Other than that, quite pleased.

Wow where do I start? This was one of the best hotel experiences I've had. If you put everything together, price, quality, cleanliness, location, and comfort it was easy to rate this experience five stars. This particular Drury Inn Suites is the newer hotel off of 1604. There are two near the Six Flags and UTSA area. This one is the one a few miles […] past the older one. It's next to the Drury Inn Plaza if that helps. As far as the location it's great because it's near plenty of restaurants and not too far from Six Flags. I would put this hotel as far as the quality somewhere better than say a Courtyard Marriott and just below a Westin. It reminded me very much of an Embassy Suites. The staff was very inviting and friendly especially at the front desk. The rooms were immaculate, the sheets were fresh, the bathroom was also spotless and fully stocked. The beds were the best part of the room, you could definitely tell the high quality mattress, pillows, and sheets. The firmness was perfect not too soft or hard. One of the great perks of booking here was obviously the free breakfast and free kickback dinner which included three free adult drinks per adult! After a long day at Six Flags and spending $8 for a Dr.Pepper, this saved us a great deal of money. If you add the cost of free adult drinks (my wife and I had six total) and we each had two plates plus my daughter had to plates we saved almost a $100 a night. Overall it was a GREAT experience if I'm back in San Antonio i will definitely be back here! Devamı

The room was great with the only exception that there were spill stains on the carpet that did not look good and made my wife a little weary about them. Otherwise the room was great.

Our hotel stay started off a little shaky. The room had a foul odor which appeared to be from the refrigerator which had been turned off. The problem was reported and hotel staff immediately sent someone to check out the problem. When the smell persisted, they offered to discount our stay and move us to another room the next day. It is a very nice place and clean and quiet.The only thing that was bad was the ice machine every time we went it only gave us a couple of cubes.We had to go another floor up our another floor down.Besides that is was avery good stay!

We will definitely stay here on our future trips. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel staff were wonderful. Whatever we needed (extra towels, info, etc.), they provided immediately with a smile! They made us feel welcome.

We had never stayed at a Drury Inn, but glad we did. The breakfast was nice, more than just the usual dry cereal... They also offer free food in the evenings, things like hot dogs, baked potatoes, ect.. Our room wasn't bad, the walls are a little thin so bring some ear plugs. Modern, clean, comfy & good service. Good hot breakfast. Fairly room & appreciated 2 qn beds (as opposed to dbl), mini fridge, microwave, hair dryer & clothing iron/board in room. Only downside was we could control rm temp only from thermostat on wall... could adjust fan speed but not temp on A/C unit... slightly warm/stuffy. Did not have opportunity […] to use it, but has a nice indoor pool. Relatively close to Fiesta Tx (5-6 miles). Not far from restaurants & a mall. Well before booking hotel I read the reviews for this hotel and they were all Pretty positive. They were'nt wrong. I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel would stay there again.

We booked this Hotel for 2 nights after searching through several different options. if you are looking for a nice Hotel at a good price, look no further. Everything that they provide is excellent, we arrived a little early before check in time and they had a room for us. The free breakfast was very good, and the 5:30 kickback was really a great value. […] We saved on having to eat out. We stayed one night at a 4 star Hotel on the Riverwalk and it there are no extras there only more charges.. and not nearly as nice as this hotel , Other chains should take notice to Drury Inn's customer service details.. The only slight thing we noticed was that the ac had to be cranked low to really cool the room. But nothing to make it uncomforatble. We will only book Drury from now on. What an incredible value and location, less than 15 minutes to Fiesta Texas.. Devamı

I have to say I was pleasantly surprised; however, I am always a little skeptical when I rent a hotel online. But we loved everything about this place! I would definitely recommend this hotel to any one.

This hotel was awesome. We stayed here for 2 night and were impressed. The location is close to everything and the neighborhood has everything around it. The indoor pool was great. They offfer free breakfast and dinner as well as drinks!!!!!!!!!!!

All of the staff were friendly and cheerful. The room was very clean and spacious. I was there for my birthday weekend celebration and it was very relaxing. I would highly recommend this hotel.

In San Antonio for business and a little pleasure. Enjoyed the 5:30 Kickback! Hotel was very clean, food was good, coffee was very strong, rooms were comfortable EXCEPT the air conditioner was a little too loud for my taste. A liitle too noisy turning on and off - kind of annoyed and scared me when sleeping. Other than that, my stay was wonderful.

I really like the location in San Antonio. You are in a nice area and the hotel provided a great breakfast and happy hour. When they say no extra cost they really mean it.

Quiet halls and great insulation! Front desk not very helpful with directions, need more training over the phone. Food and drink a nice perk!

Not a three star hotel more like two.

I can't say enough about the staff, the service, the breakfast and evening snacks - everything about this hotel was fantastic!! Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and convenient. I travel for work and for pleasure and from now on, I'll look for a Drury Inn first.

From the moment we entered all our needs were met and more. We highly appreciated their genuine friendliness and desire to serve. It feels like home away from home. We will be enjoying many more stays there in the future.
