We only stayed for one night. It was on the side of the highway, but we did not here any noise. The room was very nice, very clean. It would have been perfect for a longer stay. The breakfast was great, the area where you eat is nice. I would stay here again. The surrounding area is more of a business area, but it is close to restaurants, highways, […] etc. I would reccomend this hotel to anyone. Devamı

comfortable hotel...only complaint was inconvenience of road work. But overall, it had what we needed. 2 bd 2 bth. everyone was comfortable. we used the kitchen and appreciated the full kitchen but no corkscrew. bring your own. p.s. on occasion, I could hear the highway traffic on lbj freeway, (635)

Very pleasantly surprised. My rate was so affordable that I truly expected to be comprimising the quality of the hotel. NOT THE CASE AT ALL. This was a lovely room with plenty of space and centrally located to anything and everything. The staff was soo friendly and accomodating! I will definitely book here again!!!
great room very nicely decorated - had queen suite. construction made it a little difficult to get into but overall experience was good and its very close to the freeway. breakfast was very tasty.
Minus the construction and missing the entrance, the hotel is quite nice. They provide an excellent breakfast, and plenty to choose from.
The toilet leaked and the closet door was off its hinges.

Stayed at this Residence Inn on 1/25 to 1/27/2012. Overall, a clean suite hotel with the usual features and conveniences that you would expect of a hotel of this class. The free breakfast in the morning was good and appreciated. The room was generally clean and well-maintained, except that there was a cigarette burn in the carpet near the bathroom sink. […] Although this is not the fault of the hotel, the highway on which the hotel is situated, 635 in Dallas, was under construction during my stay, and getting to the hotel from the highway was extremely difficult. It looks like the highway will continue to be under construction for some time, so if you're planning a stay in the near future, you should keep this in mind and perhaps look for a more conveniently located hotel. We rented a two bedroom suite with a kitchen, sitting room with fireplace for a Christmas event with our daughter and her husband. It was great.

I loved my two nights here. Beautifully decorated room and comfortable bed. Very nice breakfast. I stayed in a studio which was much more roomy than I had expected. I would definitely stay here again.

As a business traveler I am always mindful of where I stay. I think that I should have at least a level of comfort comparable to the one I have at home. Residence Inn - LBJ Frwy, Dallas Texas provided me just that! Quiet, comfort, cleanliness and a friendly environment. YES, there is a construction going on the Freeway in front of the Hotel, but, guess […] what? From your room you don't even notice it! It is very quiet and cozy! Devamı

Have stayed several times and found it very comfortable. Our stay 9/8-9/11 was interrupted with a carpet/furniture shampoo in the middle of our visit....damp carpet and a 1 yr. old was not a comfortable combination. No place to sit because all the furniture was damp as well.

"Friendly Staff"
All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They certainly made the effort making sure hotel guests feel welcomed. The room size was spacious, and the couch was so comfortable I actually took a nice nap watching TV. The hotel is walking distance to Benihana (from the back gate of the hotel). The only downside was the moldy smell in the room.

Can't complain about the room, it was close to perfect. We slept peacefully, and most importantly, having a kitchen was really nice. This hotel is very nice. We enjoyed seeing other family that was staying in the same place and got to use their meeting room to hang out with them. Loved the kitchen area too. Very nice!
"Not Like All other Residence Inns"
Just be aware that not all of the rooms have stoves like most Residence Inns - Some others noted the musty smell which I experienced as well. Seems to be an air conditioning issue (Always reminds me of Legionaires when I experience this ....Yikes!). They could clean up and re fresh their out door grill so it actually grills especially if they do not […] have ovens in all of the rooms. It was a nicely furnished room and the staff was great. "Customer Service lacked"
The hotel was comfortable enough. But the people at the front desk were extremely unhelpful! Especially the evening crew were not kind. I stayed for 5 nights, so you'd think that they would help with my very small requests. Would not stay again.... too bad because the room was decent.
"100 degree plus days- Air Con can't keep up"
Previous experiences with this hotel have been quite good. One musty room, but otherwise, great for the price. Unfortunately, this time we spent two nights there when the days were over 100 degrees F. The air conditioning at the hotel cannot keep up on days like that, and our hotel was over 80 at night. "Musty room, door lock broken"
I like this hotel. We have stayed in it twice before. The location, quietness, and price is excellent. The Texas Belgian waffles are super fun, too. This time our room was a two bedroom suite on the first floor. The room smelled strongly like mildew, and there was something wrong with the door lock. The deadbolt stuck out when you tried to close the […] door, and the lever for the deadbolt did not seem to be attached. We could get it to retract if we put the key in as we left the room , but it was a bit annoying. We really like the full kitchen, and separate bedroom with a door. You don't always get that when a hotel calls a room a "suite". The two bedroom suite here actually has two full bathrooms! That was a nice feature. Devamı

This is a conveniently located Residence Inn, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the make it easy and free to print your boarding pass, the breakfast encompasses most everything most business travelers want (and the children were loving the waffles) and for the most part it was very clean. If my carpet had been as clean as the rest of my rooms, […] it would have been perfect but I'm always barefoot in a hotel/motel room and I was positively sticking to this carpet so that I had to keep my shoes on at all times. Small problem; I'm sure they'll correct next time. Going up and down steps with luggage is a little bit of a pill, too, but I need the exercise. My daughter had day surgery at a nearby hospital. The hotel accommodations for us were perfect. The staff was wonderful and willing to do anything to make our stay even better. we went to dallas for my husbands birthday. THE HOTEL EAS A BIT TRICKY TO FIND BECAUSE THE SIGN WAS SO SMALL. ONCE WE WERE THERE WE LOVED THE LOCATION. CONVENIENT TO FREEWAY,A BIT SECLUDED BUT IN A GOOD WAY, AND NICE FREE BREAKFAST EACH MORNING. WILL STAY THERE AGAIN!

Everything surpassed our expectations! staff was super, rooms Extremely clean and comfortable! would stay again for sure! Kudo's to the gal on the front desk when we arrived!! she was the greatest! Thanks to everyone! we had a great time in Dallas and the hotel was part of it!

"NO complaints"
It was a nice stay. In a good area, and far enough away from major events, sports etc, to get away from the traffic. The DART (rail) service is less than a mile away to catch, very easy to use, and very inexpensive.
