Great stay at Hotel Aragon. Nice room, friendly staff and very close to the main market square. Felt it was very good value for the price.

I have never met a freindlier and more accomadating staff. I only stayed one night, with a friend to explore Brugge a bit, and the Aragon was the perfect choice. Great location, great value, comfortable beds, delicious breakfast, etc... I could go on and on. The one thing that stands out the most is the staff. Upon arrival, they welcomed us warmly, […] recommended nearby parking over the hotel parking to save money, made recommendations in the city, and escorted us to our room. My single complaint was that our room was directly on the street and it was a bit loud if cars drove by... luckily it wasn't a very busy street. Upon leaving the hotel, I realized I had left a very expensive watch in the room. I contacted the hotel, they located the watch, and mailed it to me. I had it back within 3 days. So convenient to all the must see sights, a very friendly and comfortable hotel with a lovely breakfast and relaxing lounge area. Will definately stay there again and would recommed it to all . To complete the comfort in the bedrooms, a tray for making tea and coffee would be very nice.

This is a 3-star hotel, in a 4-star location. The rooms were smaller in size, normal for Europe. Bathrooms were pretty decent in size. The bathroom was clean, but the linens had a few marks that I found undesirable. We stayed 2 nights and they never cleaned our room. We told them and it seemed to be an oversight. They sent up some fresh towels, but […] that was it. Breakfast was provided. It was mostly deli meats (seemed normal for Belgium). There were cereals and yogurt; all dairy was at room temperature. Overall, it was fine for 2 nights. I would look for something nicer if I were staying longer. Devamı

Great hotel. The breakfast was fantastic as far as European breakfast buffets go. The staff was so amazing. I called a week prior to find out if they would put a dozen roses in our room when we arrived as a surprise for my wife for our 9th wedding anniversary. They asked me to e-mail my request so they had written confirmation. I emailed them and asked […] for a dozen red roses, a card written in Dutch with specific writing, and a box of Belgian chocolates. The confirmed receipt of my e-mail and said they would take care of it. When we arrived for checkin I kept thinking to myself "Not only do I hope they didn't forget, but please don't mention it so that it blows the surprise." The gentleman didn't say a word about fulfilling my request. When we got to the room my wife was definitely surprised to find the exact items I had requested. Even the card written in Dutch which forced my wife to use Google translate to figure out what it said. Not only did the staff at Aragon fulfill my request for the anniversary surprise but they also directed us to the restaurant, Pieter Pourbis, for our anniversary dinner which was less than a five minute walk from the hotel. This was great since we had a long drive that day. Pieter Pourbis was so amazing. I recommend the rack of lamb! This was our best anniversary and it was only day 1. They refused to cancel one of our two rooms even with 48 hs time in advance. Later we officially extended our stay two days, BUT on the second day we were asked to leave, overbooked ? irrational !!

I stayed here on a three day city break with my boyfriend and I highly recommend this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, our room was lovely and very clean and most importantly it was ideally located to explore the beautiful city, with less than a 5 minute walk to the main square.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Aragon Hotel lin Brugge. The hotel is ideally located, well-run, and the breakfast exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend a stay here!.

We loved Bruges, Blegium. The city surrounded by a canal is charming and friendly. The Aragon hotel was definately in keeping with this. The staff was incredible and very helpful. The room was more than I expected. Maybe it was an off season, but I think we got one of the best rooms (104). It offered two full size beds that were placed together for […] something larger than a king size. There was also a hide-away couch. An interesting feature was a seperate toilette room from the bathroom. It even included a little sink. The bathroom, with bath/shower, was large and included 2 sinks. This room was perfect for our small family and very clean. The view was not very impressive, but when all we had to do was walk 5 minutes to be in the grand plaza, who needs a great view while you are sleeping? Parking was not great within the hotel complex, but a nearby underground parking complex was very affordable (cheaper than the hotel parking spaces 50 meters away.) We have stayed here twice now and we always enjoy our stay here. The hotel is clean and comfortable and the location is great (only a 3 minute walk to the main square). The hotel perhaps lacks the character of other hotels we have stayed in in Brugge however this is a small compromise for the price.

We stayed for 2 nights in October 2011 - fabulous hotel, great location, clean, spacious - plenty of breakfast choice - staff were extremely helpful and efficient. Would 100% return to this hotel and this fantastic area!

I`ll keep this brief! I booked this hotel on the strength of reading other favourable reviews about it! I stayed 3 nights with my wife. The receptionist was very polite on our arrival. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. There`s a safe in the room free to use,(you just have to get the key from reception) The hotel is very conveniently placed […] being just a short walk from the main square. The continental breakfast was the only thing that might just have been improved upon. The dining areas tended to be a little on the small side and the serving areas rather cramped. This however did not at all spoil our stay and I would not hesitate in recommending the Hotel Aragon as a great place to stay in Bruges. Devamı

We are a family of 5 and stayed in the apartment suite complex of the hotel. The suite was excellent, with plenty of space and comfortable beds. The facility is new, clean and very quiet. The kitchenette was well supplied with cooking utensils and dishes. What is great about this hotel is the location. Only 2 blocks from the main square of Brugge it […] is very easy to see this beatiful town. The underground parking next to the hotel was very convenient. I would strongly recommend this hotel. We have previously stayed at the 'chain' hotels in Brugge but thought we would try somewhere else as prices are so very high. This hotel provides excellent accommodation at a more sensible price and we will certainly be using it again when we next visit the beautiful 'venice of the North'.

wonderful place to stay if you are visiting Brugge as it is 2 minutes from the main square and a hundred yards from a safe underground car park. The staff speak excellent English and could not have been more helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and freshened upregularly. As a disabled visitor they were most accomodating about putting my disability scooter […] in their baggage room when I was not using it which saved having to put it away in the car every time. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay and will definately be returning. We also discovered that they have appartments which can take from 2 to 8 which would be great for a full family visit. Devamı

In the middle of the historic precinct however there is very limited parking with guests (in fact all visitors to Brugge) expected to park in one of three commercial carparks around the city. Our room was relatively small however it was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly. Overall, this is a lovely hotel with very nice, helpful staff, a nice included breakfast and strong wireless internet signal in the rooms. The location is excellent. Our room was very small (even by European standards) and the bed was very hard. If you like a hard bed, this is the hotel for you.

the hotel staff was extremely nice, helpful and professional. Our room was nice, well airconditioned and quiet. The bathroom was modern. Breakfast was a buffet with many choices and when we had to leave early the last morning they set up the buffet early for us. Overall our stay there was very nice.

The Aragon was lovely... clean, upgraded, comfortable. It was literally 2 minutes from the market and close to everything we wanted to do and see in brugge. Staff was helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer.

A gem. Located very close to main square. Decent breakfast. Only negative that I can think of is that there is no computer for use by guests.

Aragon Hotel is central located very close to the main town square and everything can be reached by foot (except the train station – we took a taxi). We found Bruges a very relaxed city with lots of cyclist and chocolate shops. We visited the chocolate museum which was very informative. We went to Bruges for a pre-christmas break and we were not disappointed. We walked to the hotel from the station which took about 25 minutes but not a bad walk at all. When we arrived we were greeted by a very helpful man on reception who gave us a map of Bruges and told us the best places to go.The hotel is on a nice quiet road and only 5 minutes […] round the corner from the main square. The room was lovely, well decorated and clean and nice bathroom. My only niggle would be the mattress and pillows -too soft for me. There was a decent selection of breads, cereals, meats and cheese for breakfast which was definitely more than adequate and the staff were friendly. Bruges is a lovely place and the christmas markets were great for food and drink -try the hot chocolate with amaretto! Would also recommend the brewery tour at the "half moon brewery" -the lady was very entertaining and interesting and you get a free sample of the lovely lager "Brugge Zot" at the end -well worth the 5 or 6 euros that it cost. We arrived in icy conditions which is when you need a good hotel most, and this one fitted the bill admirably; very central, small, cosy, friendly and clean. Decor is tasteful and a particularly welcome feature is free tea for guests in the afternoon so that one could slip back for a "cuppa" before a late afternoon foray in to the town.

The Aragon Hotel is extremely well situated, just 5 minutes walk from the Markt (the town square). A perfect location for exploring the city, once you've negotiated the one way system and parked (there is an underground car park next door costing 8 Euros per night. We were not in the main hotel, but in the apartments round the corner. These were clean, […] spacious, modern and very well equipped. They even had cooking facilities in the apartments which we didn't use. Breakfast was in the main hotel. An excellent selection of continental fare. The only criticism was the constant lack of glasses / juice - the staff seemed to have to fight a running battle to keep these stocked up. The fresh mini pastries were lovely though. The staff were very helpful, providing somewhere to leave our luggage (having arrived early) and maps to the city etc. The cost of the apartment was not cheap but then nowhere decent in Gent seems to be. I'd really recommend this hotel for location, cleanliness, helpfulness of staff and great value. We'd booked an apartment between four of us and it was huge!! The hotel was clean and comfortable and the location really couldn't have been better. It was easy to get to by taxi from the station (only 10 euros in August 2010) and very central - everything […] was walking distance. I'd definitely stay there again if I was on a budget. The hotel is right in the centre of Bruges and has everything you need. It is quite small, but very well run and the staff are very attentive. The breakfast buffet was nice, and constantly replenished and there was tea and coffee available all day in the lounge. The room was very clean and nicely decorated but a little on the small side, if you have […] a lot of luggage or a small child with you it would be a squeeze. the bathroom was very clean and fresh and the free toiletries were L'occitane which is my favourite! Hotel itself was very nice, beautifully decorated but the atmosphere was missing. But then again you are not there for the hotel’s atmosphere but the sightseeing of the beautiful city. It would be great if it weren’t for the car park. Entry to the car park is very narrow and even worse inside the car park….a lot of scratches already there! Unfortunately […] I have also scratched my car when entering the car park. Ok it happens. On the way out I was hoping that the receptionist would help me to navigate my car out of the car park (as he was already there when moving another car that was blocking me) BUT unfortunately he just moved the other car and just left me there. I have managed to get out of the car park ok but was disappointed that he did not offer his help in navigation. When I eventually went back to the hotels (to finalise the bill) I have refused to pay for the car park. They have accepted this but said that > My answer was that, it was not my first choice of the hotel as I have selected different hotel (that was, for some reason, overbooked)…..and secondly I do not like small cars and that is why I’m driving big, comfortable cars only. Bruges is small, so any hotel within the gates will be central. The breakfast was good and the room was comfortable. The staff did not know about anything outside of Bruges (even the next town), but was able to direct us to the information center. It is a hike from the train station, so if it is dark when you arrive I suggest catching a cab.

We spent one night in Bruges at the Aragon Hotel in August 2009. Upon checking in, we were given a detailed map and some local directions and recommendations. The hotel is located very centrally, only two minutes from the Market. Our room was newly refurbished and well appointed. The bathroom was of a generous size with a bath tub. The beds were comfortable […] and plenty of additional bedding and pillows provided. There was a small balcony with two chairs and a table and a TV with several international channels. The room was very quiet. You had to open the balcony door to hear the beautiful church bells / music. The continental breakfast was fine, but in no way exceptional. Our family stayed in one of the apartments. We loved everything about the Aragon. Fantastic Hotel.

El apartamento de Aragon House tiene una localiazción excelente, apenas a 100-200 metros del centro histórico de Brujas. Las instalaciones no dejan nada que desear y te hacen la limpieza completa del apartamento cada día.

mooie locatie, centraal, schoon, aardig personeel, goed bereikbaar, aanrader!!
