Best Western Premier Incheon Airport Hotel - Incheon

I arrived late on a delayed flight and booked the room last minute. The room was very comfortable and the staff was helpful. They extended my checkout a couple hours so I could sleep in and I worked out briefly at the gym. Best Western Incheon is great for a layover, which took place for me due to a one day layover. Although not much around the surrounding area, the timely shuttle bus to and from the airport allowed for quick trips to get lunch/dinner etc., then catching the shuttle back to the hotel.

The Best Western Premier is conveniently located near to the Incheon International airport and is a good location to stay if you have business in this part of Seoul or if you are waiting on a connecting flight. The amenities are good, with "free" wireless in the rooms one of the nice pluses. At least one other more expensive hotel in the area charges […] for each device that is connected to the internet. There is regular shuttle bus service to the airport. The hotel has a couple of restaurants, plus there are some local restaurants near the hotel. Very close to airport, with a free shuttle. All transports from airports to Seoul. Excellent ratio quality/price.

Attitude of hotel person was terribly bad when I checked in.

Service was very good, rooms were comfortable and very clean. I will certainly go back.

Be awared that the hotel shuttle bus to airport start at 0740hrs. As my flight was at 0800, I was asked to book a taxi by the receptionist and was told that it will cost 5000 KRW ( approx $5) for the 5 mins ride to the airport. To my surprise, the taxi turn out to be the Best Western minbus. The driver swapped my credit card for 10,000KRW ( US$10). […] After much argument, he returned me 5000 KRW. So be alert on this service, better to charge it to your bill at the reception. Devamı

I found this Best Western rather as Big Mistake. One of the worst sleeps in Korea. After reaching the set temperature room A/C thermostat kept clicking loudly on and off all the time without any time delay or temp tolerance. Even swithching A/C off didn't help, but you need to set temp to 30C. And then room turned to be hot soon. Dinner was stupidly […] expensive and when reserving I made a mistake not checking if breakfast was included in my room price - it wasn't and they got a change to add 25% to my bill only for an average breakfast! Perfect place for an overnight stay. Very convenient right next to the airport. I'll stay again.

My flight arrived at 3.30 am and the next flight was at 5pm. I was told that the shuttle will not arrive until 7 am and that I could only check in at noon and will have to pay extra to check in the morning. The whole point of getting a hotel was to rest, shower and eat before my flight left that evening. I then spoke to the manager and she was helpful […] and waived the extra fee and allowed the early check in. But i had to take a cab the hotel the hotel for $10 USD ( for 3 minute drive). The room did not have a tub, just a shower . I have stayed at this hotel in the past ( and had a tub) and the experience was much better. Devamı

The Hotel is great, a 5 star rating is deserved. The problem is one you arrive there, there is nothing to do. At 2:00 pm / 14:00 the restaurant was closed, there are no nearby shops, and the recommendation of the staff was to go to the airport. 15 minutes to get there with buses every 30 or so minutes.

Pick up the shuttle bus at area 13 (to the right when facing the road). It has scheduled times but is pretty convenient.

This is a cheaper option to just sleep over near the airport, as compared to the nearby Hyatt. They could have used more personnel at the reception as the waiting time is quite long. It's a very ordinary place and good if you arrive late evening and have to catch a flight early next morning, i.e. just for a sleepover. Does have some facilities like […] massage, but eating in is something I will avoid, until there is no option left. Service was okay and te staff was friendly. I did saw a lot of eateries around on my way to the airport next morning and would be worthwhile exploring instead of the hotel restaurant. It is a fine hotel to stay just overnight as it is next to the airport. The pillows are synthetic, flat and hard and not comfortable for sleeping.

My room faced construction that went on for 24 hours a day. Clanging and banging, truck engines and equiptment that was used to dig to bedrock made noises all night. I was not told that I was entitled to breakfast upon check-in. The bathroom was moldy and smelly. Spider webs inthe corners, and stains of nail polish on the frayed sheets. Dust on the […] TV stand, dresser, and mini-bar. Upon check out I was told that I couldn't get a reciept and to ask my travel agent to make me one. I will not stay at this hotel again, and although I do plan on returning to the area soon, I will stay at the Hyatt next door. Devamı

I travel extensively in SE Asia. In China, this hotel would be a 2 Star or 3 Star, at best. Room was dirty.Towels were torn and ragged. Ceiling had been lowered to about 6'6". Air conditioning was an old window unit. Food was less than average. Front desk staff (at night) does not care about resolving issues. The shuttle driver raced off with hotel […] guests pounded on the bus, but the driver did not care. I stayed at this hotel before and swore I would never stay here again. The Best Western Incheon Hotel was a nice place to stay and very convenient to and from Incheon Airport. The only inconvenience was checking out, I ask for a bill and the hotel clerk advised that I need to go to "hotels.com" to get my bill.

I had only moderate expectations as this chain is not highly ranked among domestic US busienss travelers. I was very pleasantly surprised that it was a first class establishment (though I didn't use the rec facilities). Not much around it, but for a one-night stop over it was fully satisfactory. If you want something to eat, I would walk outside and […] around the corner before venturing into the slightly overpriced lobby restaurant. I was very please with the hotel. Convenient shuttle service to / from the terminal building, friendly staff, good food in the lobby restaurant. Better than expected.

Très pratique depuis l'aéroport avec la navette entre 7h30 et 21h30. Etat très bon. Chambre pas très grande mais correcte pour un transit.

A nice place to stay if you have an early flight from ICN. Beware that the first airport shuttle bus leaves at 7:45 am.
