We had an awesome stay even though I had to take off to work & had to leave my wife for awhile, she was happy with the whirlpool tub!

I was unaware that the hotel was undergoing "renovations" in the lobby and downstairs area. The gym wasn't available for use and the hammering/renovation work was a bit annoying. I would have stayed somewhere else had I known this info before checking into my hotel room the evening of my friend's wedding. Remodeling of the lobby was rather inconvenient and we were not told about the fact we would be staying in a building site, so I would ask before you book! Other than that the location is good and the rooms comfortable and clean.

Stayed here for three nights and was not informed that the first floor/lobby area was under construction before booking! One of two elevators blocked by temporary walls and plastic the whole stay. Lots of dust! Wheelbarrows in the halls! Overall a terrible mess! Wish I had known ahead of time won't stay again!

my parents loved their one night there

We were visiting friends in Temecula, and were in a hurry to find accommodation. This hotel came up first on the search, so I booked it. We were not disappointed! After traveling for 3 weeks through-out California, this was right up there for comfortable accommodation, and a great price to boot. The room was large, comfortable, quiet and with all the […] amenities. Breakfast was included, as well as free wi-fi and the daily paper. Drove in from Vegas for the Tough Mudder event at Lake Vail and the staff was excellent, suggested great places to eat, the pool and jacuzzi were clean with plenty of clean towels. The free breakfast was good with a clean dining room. Very clean room, plenty of towels. Very much enjoyed that the HDTV swiveled so we could watch TV from the couch or […] the bed. This hotel is very clean and safe, very comfortable. The bed I just wanted to take home! I do not frequent Hampton Inns, but think I may start. :D

I couldn't be happier with this hotel. It looks amazing on the outside and the inside. Very well kept. The room I had with the jacuzzi was much larger than I expected. Free wifi, free parking, free breakfast. Side story - I left a pair of earrings in the room. they weren't able to locate them, but just called me and said they went through each of the […] maid's carts and found them. great staff, thank you! We could hear people in the next room talking. we heard people in the room above us walk all night long. we heard the water running when everyone around us was talking a shower. worst of all we took showers with cold water. there was no hot water in our room. we liked the location of the hotel. it was clean and the breakfast which was included was ok. […] but i am not sure we can stay there again if we can't have a comfortable/quite room with hot water. It all boils down to people. If you have the right people at the right place, then you've got a satisfied customer. We enjoyed not only the breakfast but the company of Judy who was serving our breakfast. She has a very pleasing personality that made our stay a delightful one.

The hotel is nice.but u.can.hear the loud sound of running water when another room showers and we heard the loud hot tub from the rooms around ours that had them. Other than that.fine.

We asked for adjoining rooms, 4 of us, "Not available" asked for suite "Not available" even tho we made reservations 3 months in advance. Rooms clean , but rather small from other Hamptons. computer desk, but no table & chair to have guest. Bed was great, good shower. Great breakfast.

I've stayed at many Hampton Inns that I've loved. I expected the same great stay at the Temecula location... Much to my dismay. Though the staff swapped our room shortly after check-in upon discovering we had a room full of screaming kids next door, it didn't help us in the long run. Even in the new room the walls were paper thin and the floors overhead […] squeaked. We had a 4:00 AM wakeup call, and though we went to bed at 9:00 PM, we didn't get much sleep. We had to listen to the TV, conversations and laughter from the rooms on either side of us until well past midnight. Just as they finally settled down for sleep, the folks upstairs arrived, stomping like a herd of elephants, dropping things on the floor, laughing and talking. Their shower and hair dryer kept us up well past 1:00 AM. Not to mention I had to unplug our convenience refrigerator because it was like sleeping next to a jet engine. The left overs from dinner had to be tossed out rather than eaten the next day. Thank goodness we were only there for a night. I hated this place. Don't stay at this hotel if you need a night of restful sleep. Devamı

My stay was perfect! The staff couldn't have been friendlier. The room was spotless, it looked like the place was just built. You won't find a cleaner hotel in Temecula, and isn't that the most important thing we look for in a hotel?

I stayed here because there is no 2 night stay req. for Saturdays. That being said, I gave this place a four because I could not give it a 3.6 stars. The quality and condition (or maintenance) of the hotel were fantastic. It was clean, warm, inviting, smelled neutral etc... As far as the cleanliness the room was mostly clean except the the jets and […] hardware in the tub looked like they could use a lil CLR and elbow grease. The comfort was aight. Nothing to leave a big impression on me but not enough to make it unpleasant. Convenience of hotel location for the price is decent. Its not too far away from all the wineries. The imediate surrounding area is not fancy at all, its very commercial. I saw a McDonalds sign in my view. But like I said: for the price it's a great deal because its for the most part clean and pretty close to all the wineries. The staff was pleasant also. Devamı

Very good location to access the main thoroughfare and drive to the wineries. Excellent breakfast in the morning. Everything was very well maintained.

Great Hotel

We stayed here on a recent trip to Temecula and the stay was decent. We definitely were put in one of the less nice rooms though. Our room was one of the ADA accessible rooms so the shower head was only about 4' off the ground. That really was less than ideal after a long day of wine tasting and exploring. Just west of I 15 on Rancho Calif Blvd. Easy walk into old town. Close to the FWY but our room was totally quiet. Clean, friendly, great location. Breakfast was very good.

Better then most of the hotels on the strip in Vegas. Comfortable bed and nice room. The breakfast was one of the better Continental breakfasts I ever experianced.

I was a guest at a very rowdy wedding, and the saintly staff accommodated us at every turn, they even gave us a banquet room to party in late night when they realized we had 20+ people partying in one room! This staff is the most amazing I've seen, and I've been all around the world, sometimes spending much much more per night...this group should be […] rewarded...this is what customer service SHOULD be!!! The hotel was nice, and the room was comfortable. But the complimentary hot breakfast was absolutely terrible. The eggs had zero flavor and bad texture, they only offered sugar-free maple syrup (ugh). The coffee was good. The hotel was close to downtown area, which was nice, and lots of eateries nearby. The Hampton is within walking distance to Old Town and a short ride to the wineries. The staff is very pleasant and the hotel is extremely well maintained and clean. I would recommend this hotel to both leisure and business travelers.

Rooms were comfortable, clean, breakfast was very nice surprise. Close location to restaurants and wineries. We will be back.

Comfy beds. Hotel is close to Wine Country. Room was bigger than expected. McDonald's and sizzler nearby.

Had a room that would accomodate the disabled so it seems we had a bit more space. Very quite considering hotel was full due to an annual event in town. This was my second stay here and I would stay again.
