Had to pay for room service which should be included- Service and staff were excellent- Would definitely go back.
"Barcelo Cabo"
Nice hotel, decent food but don't be confused by the 5 stars. This is not the Four Seasons. If that is what you are looking for, Esperanza or Capella Padregal are your choices. Loud guests drinking drinks based on quantity not quality detract but need to be expected for an all inclusive. Food is ok at the buffets but much better at the ala carte restaurants. "Second chance at Mexico and All Inclusive"
Swore to never return to Mexico (Cancun) after a bad experience 15 years ago. On top of that, swore to never go all inclusive again after such blah food in 2 previous experiences (1 resort and 1 cruise). All that has changed after visiting Cabo. A very different feel than Cancun. And BARCELO was one of the best experiences we've had. Loved the adult […] only pool area. The food was exceptional (both the restuarants and buffets). Would be hard to surpass. We may experiment with other resorts, but almost certainly will return to BARCELO. Devamı

"Comfort of your Room"
Room was selected with two queen beds. Traveling two adults and a young of 17 years old on this reservation. Received a room with a king bed and a small sofa bed that do not allow person to sleep comfortable. Hotel said running an event and all rooms with queen beds runs out. If you reserved a two queen bed, I think is what you suppose to received, […] otherwise if hotel is running an special event should not accept more reservations. We had a wonderful stay at the Barcelo and would highly recommend it. We've stayed at some of the best boutique and 5 star hotels in the country and this hotel ranked up with the best. The spa was excellent - we enjoyed a couples massage and the atmosphere and service was fabulous. The food was good for an all-inclusive; we enjoyed a couple of very […] nice dining locations in downtown San Jose that made our dinners very special - Morgan's and La Panga. Can't wait to go back! "Great Place. But Please Heat the Pool."
I am not normally a very wordy reviewer, but after returning from the Barecelo in Cabo, I wanted to give them my support. We were a little worried after reading some of the reviews here, but they have either really improved or the reviewer just had a unique experience. The rooms are great, but the bathrooms are a bit funky with their walls not quite […] reaching the ceiling, leaving a bit of an exposed feeling. The food and drinks were great. No shortage and no bad experiences. The only complaint is we were never sure when the martini bar would be open or closed - and we wanted it open all night! The pool & beach are awesome. Just great amenities, but why not heat those pools? I am sure every guest would pay one more dollar per night to be able to be in the pool rather than around the pool. The bottom line for us - one of the best all-inclusives we have ever stayed at and plan to return. Devamı

We had a king two bedroom suite in club premium and it was awesome. I thought the hotel staff and food were the best. I traveled alot and have never done an all in inclusive. I expected the worst and was floored at how awesome everthing was! I will recommend to all and definetly go back!

Las instalaciones son muy buenas, está casi nuevo, dentro del hotel son atentos los empleados pero el Valet y la Recepción dejan mucho que desear.
el hotel es muy bonito, muy lujoso, la comida muy buena, las bebidas de primera, el servicio genial,la habitacion muy bonita y lujosa. todo perfecto solo una situacion que lo pensaria antes de volver: La Alberca (todas) el agua es demasiado fria y no me gustan las albercas calientes pero ningun dia nos metimos a la alberca ni la gente que estaba hospedada, […] es demasiado fria (parece que no tiene calefaccion) seria un hotel que recomendaria ampliamentes si arreglaran este problema de la alberca. "Hotel Barcelo em Los Cabos - Excelente estadia"
Para quem busca o que há de melhor, este é o lugar certo ! Organização, limpeza e qualidade em todos os serviços... O cardápio é muito bem elaborado e os restaurantes internos dão um verdadeiro show de atendimento e variedades, sempre com muito luxo e requinte.
