The hotel was ok for the location. From the description of the hotel room from Hotels.com our room was supposed to be better/different. We got a King Suite room with a jacuzzi tub and when we checked in and got to the room it was just King Suite room with just the basics. There were a few stains on the carpet in the hall way and the blinds in the room […] were unevenly cut and the bed was kind of hard... other than that it was a ok hotel. Devamı

Enjoyed the convenience of local Malls and shopping, close to airport, great rooms. Clean and really nice.

Except for a surly check-in the hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was sparse but the dining room was clean. The location is very convenient for traveling.

I was very pleased and happy with the room. The only thing I didn't like was not having a tv guide and good tv to watch. TV viewing was terrible. The dryer on the second floor does not work very well. You need to either get a new dryer or fix that one; otherwise everything else was awesome. Thank you for an above hotel stay experience. I enjoyed my one night stay at this hotel. There was convenient free shuttle service between the hotel and the airport. The room was fairly large, the bed was very comfortable, and the heater/AC unit was very quiet. Without a car, the surrounding neighborhood is a suburban strip mall wasteland, but I'll stay here again.

The Jacuzzi tub wasn't working when we got there and we didn't notice til about 11pm. They fixed it the next day but it was a waste of money to have the room for that night. If they would check them before someone uses them it would have been nice.

I was very happy with the customer service and the cleanliness of the hotel. I was happy that it was so close the the air port. I would stay at this hotel again. I will recommend this hotel to anyone that may be in that end of town.

This place was a bit dumpy. Nothig quite worked well. TV's were old and the picture was grainy. Toilet flushed but you had to hold down the handle to do so. The shower did not get very hot and the water pressure was poor. The carpet looked dingy. The beds were very uncomfortable. The staff was pleasant but not to particularly interested in being helpful. […] Our room was on the first floor and the ice machine was on the second and third floors. This location was great for a time of resting and relaxing. Very quiet. Excellent get away place.

This is a difficult review to write. I checked in at dinner time, then had an evening appointment. I returned around 10 p.m. and did some work on my laptop. It was only as I started preparing to turn in after 11 p.m. that I noticed (1) trash in the trashcan; (2) unwrapped bars of soap both at the sink & in the shower; (3) a partially used bottle of […] shampoo; (4) what I believe were used towels by the sink. (One set was hung up "fancy;" the other set was simply draped over the towel bar.) I was so tired that I simply went to bed -- but then started to wonder whether the sheets were clean. The next morning I mentioned all of the above to the desk clerk, who took careful note. When I returned for the second night, the room was meticulously cleaned and prepared. From observation at breakfast and other times, I had very positive feelings about the manager and other staff, and was wondering how I was going to rate this hotel. When I checked out, the manager was working the desk, and she asked about my stay. I mentioned the problems of the first night, and she immediately apologized and explained that the previous guest had requested a late check out, and they thought perhaps he was going to stay for another night. They had cleaned the room, but had not done away with his soap, shampoo bottle, etc. When he checked out and I checked in shortly afterwards, the room was not prepared as it shold have been. She was very apologetic. Because I liked everything else about this hotel, I do recommend it to others, and will myself plan to stay there again -- even though the first night left MUCH to be desired. This was our 2nd time at the Baymont, room was clean and the service was good, they also have a small breakfast and everything both time was filled and very clean.

Good Breakfast... Only there 6 hrs, shuttle to airport was nice.

Overall, very nice. Counter person was very cordial and check in was quick. Room was comfortable and clean and I heard virtually no noise through the evening.

Free cookies at night. Bagger Daves and Gippers Bar on either side. Near expressway and Meijers. Good place to stay for the price.

Everyone who attended to us from front desk, breakfast room to the room attendents, were really polite and nice. They seemed so nice, not just like they were doing a job. The breakfast room was fabulous - clean, huge assortment of things to have and service if needed was great. The overall visitation was good and would do it again.

Had a short stay at this hotel, arriving late at night and leaving first thing next morning. Comfortable accommodations and friendly front desk staff.

The breakfast is good, the rooms are good, the cleanliness is good, but the only reason that gets us back to the hotel is Nadia, who works at the front desk. She is friendly, efficient, helpful, polite, and does everything she can to work out a problem. I like this hotel because you can't beat the price or location when flying out of Grand Rapids. The staff are always so nice.

The hotel was comfortable and close to everything we needed to do. The breakfast was good - many choices. Would stay there again

the guy doin check-in was inconvenienced because i walked in to check-in....he would rather read his book and not answer my questions?

I have stayed here before, and the people are very helpful and friendly The hotel is clean and the rooms are very clean. This is the reason I am a return customer.

THE BREAKFAST THAT THEY PROVIDE WAS ALOT BETTER THAN WE HAVE EXPERIENCE AT OTHER HOTELS, THE ROOMS WHERE CLEAN AND THE SURROUNDINGS WHERE WELL KEPT

The smoke alarms went off at 9:45 pm and 2:00am because of people playing with the alarms and someone smoking in their room, even though the hotel is non-smoking. The site said FREE shuttle to airport, I ended up paying $10 each way to the airport.

The hotel is okay if your looking for the cheapest place to sleep with some resemblance of staying at a decent place and not a motel6. That said this place is nothing special. The staff was not trainer and very disorganized. The bathroom door would not shut so our 1.5 year old continued to push it open. The chair at the desk was broken which isnt a […] huge deal but you couldnt raise it up so it made it a pain to get any work done comfortably. The heating/ac unit was broken so it would blow full blast regardless of what you did which was somewhat annoying and a pain because the only place for our son's pack and play was right in front of it so we had to move furniture around so he didnt get winds blowing at him all night. Lastly the fire alarm got set off at 2am on the final night and the untrained staff didn't know how to turn it off. It was a lot of small inconveniences but they certainly add up. I would not return. The Hotel stay was fine.

Nice place.

The bed could have been better, but otherwise a great stay.

All was reasonable, except they used adjacent rooms for the few guests so I could hear the neighbors above around 2AM. Not loud, but still - just to save a few steps of their cleaning staff is not worth risking your guests won't sleep!

The mall and many restaurants are to the west on 28th, with some restaurants to the east. The hotel is right by a Meijer store too. Convenient location.

We only stayed the one night (a Friday night) and found the facility to be quiet and the room comfortable. All was clean. The breakfast was just what we wanted. The next time we pass through I know where to stay, I don't have to guess and take chances. Very affordable.

This hotel was convenient for my location-wise, but the room's heater/ac was not working properly. The bed was very old and like sleeping on concrete. The hotel staff had some problem dialing the right room number...as I'm sleeping they called my room 4 times within 2 minutes...and it was the wrong number. This is a hotel to avoid.

Excellent Front Desk Service (very courteous), lots of parking stalls available, very clean rooms, bedding, & bathrooms. The microwave and refrig was very clean and no stale odor. The breakfast was GREAT!!! Lot's of choices and it was fun making the waffles. Every item was delicious, and the dining area was kept very clean & welcoming. good hotel and close to gas/ bob evans rest. one exit back was a lot of other places to eat. difficult time booking and getting the location I wanted. Sales people did not speak good english and did not know the city or location that I was trying to get to.
