Hotel Aurora - Amalfi

Hotel Aurora has a perfect place in the town it is in Amalfi but far away from crowd the rooms clean all time and have lovely balconies and breathtaking sea views.All the personals are so kınd thank to everyone

The amentities at this hotel were decent - likely much better at other hotels in the area. The staff was relatively helpful. They tried to be accomodating where possible, but seemed rushed at times. Andrew at the front desk was extremely helpful and made several very useful recommendations making our stay much better than it otherwise would have been. […] The location was by far the best part. Positives: Staff - Very friendly and helpful (especially Andrew) Location - The hotel is right at the edge of the harbor. Near the SITA bus stop and the ferry terminal. Room - I would say to pay for a room with the view. While the hotel is not on a cliff, the view is still beautiful and the porch to sit on is great. Negatives: Lobby - The lobby looks […] a bit dated and could use some touching up. Overall: The Aurora is a great place to stay in central Amalfi. While not as grand and luxurious as some others along the coast, it is a simple, pleasant hotel that allows you to enjoy Amalfi with a quick walk or is near the bus and ferry terminal to visit some of the other Amalfi Coast destinations. Loved this quaint, traquil, and beautiful hotel, especially after coming from Rome!!!! The location was perfect, not too close to other hotels, right near the sea, and a very short walk to the piazza. Andrea and Andrew were great, and always available to help out. The breakfast was perfect, european style, and served on the patio with a gorgeous view. […] Heavenly!!!!! We had a car rental, and had to pay extra (cash), but parking was always available. This was the perfect hotel for us, and I hope to return some day. The whole time in Amalfi our motto was "too much, too much beauty!!!" Devamı

Everything was wonderful except the staff is a little uptight. For example, the staff seemed more concerned about collecting $5 euro from you for the internet than assisting you with logging onto the computer. Other than that the hotel is super clean, in a good not great location (better to be up on the hill especially if you have a car). Would I […] stay at this hotel again? My husband and I have just returned from a most enjoyable stay in the Hotel Aurora in Amalfi.What a smashing hotel.It is set into the cliff overlooking the port and the bay with wonderful views all around.The staff ,led by Andrea, are extremely friendly and helpful.The location is ideal-a short ,flat stroll to the town centre,ticket offices for ferries,buses,shops […] and restaurants.The beach(fee paying)is just across the road.You couldn't ask for a better location.Alot of hotels on the Amalfi coast and in Amalfi itself are built into the cliff face and involve quite a climb to access them which is quite challenging in temperatures of 34 degrees and higher.The beauty of Aurora is that it is right on the seafront.I would recommend this hotel to anyone.It will not disappoint! Great location - close to the harbor but not so close to hear all of the noise of Amalfi...an easy walk (5-10 min) to and from the city center and the bus station. Beautiful view of the bay from the room's balcony. Clean room -- excellent bathroom. Very nice and substantial breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff. A real find!

We were very pleased, the location was near downtown Amalfi, service was excellent, everyone very professional and helpful, Especially Andrea, the manager, who was always available to answer questions. If you get a superior room there is a very large deck and great view of the sea.

The room and the hotel are nice, not great. Amazing terraces and nice rooms (basic services). We had a problem at the beach, solved by their nice and qualified staff. The beach personel is not friendly and they are pushy, we had a stresfull situation. The beach is not comfortable and its too close to the port.

hotel assez agréable et bien situé par rapport au coeur de ville, belle vue, accueil gentil et bons conseils de promenades, dommage qu'il soit bruyant et mal insonorisé, car les camions poubelle démarrant juste sous les fenêtres vous réveillent tous les matins de très bonne heure, ce qui gâche un peu la quiétude des vacances; une décoration de la chambre […] toute blanche, un cadre par exemple, lui donnerait un air plus gai! Kleiner Strand, direlkt am Ende des Hafens gelegen und damit ideal als Basis für Ausflüge und Bummeln in Amalfi. Die Frühstücksterasse sit wunderschön. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfreich.

Lækkert hotel lige ved havnemolen med masser af italiensk liv. 5 minutter til centrum af skønne Amalfi. Fantastisk udsigt over havet. Meget venligt og hjælpsomt personale.

Meget hyggeligt hotel og fin placering tæt ved havet og uden gadestøj. Fint service i forbindelse med forlængelse af ophold grundet askeskyen.

Hotell Aurora i Amalfi var allt vi hoppats på och mer därtill! Det faktum att hotellet låg alldeles intill både havet och centrum var såhär i efterhand det allra bästa. Till Er som kollar hotell på Amalfikusten: De otroligt kuperade och dramatiskt sluttande miljöerna som präglar hela kusten och samtliga städer kan vara lite missvisande när ni ska boka […] hotell. "1 km från city center" låter kanske inte så långt när man läser det på nätet - men på Amalfikusten består den kilometern i regel av hundratals trappsteg, smala gränder och en otrolig lutning att bestiga. Därför var hotell Aurora enastående beläget, mitt på Amalfis huvudgata längs havet, och bara ett stenkast ifrån stadens centrum och alla restauranger. Hotellet hade dessutom både hjälpfull och trevlig personal, helt okej frukost och mycket rena, välstädade och svala rum med AC. Enda minuset: man fick inte ha egna drycker/snacks etc på rummet. Och det kostade 10 euro om man ville använda kylen för att förvara egen dryck. Jag rekommenderar varmt Hotel Aurora för den som vill bo i Amalfi. En bit därifrån låg Hotel Bussola som också hade lika bra läge. Övriga hotell i staden kräver en hel del kutande upp och ner i trappor och gränder. Devamı
