When we checked into the condo, it was one of the oldest condos by the front gate of the property. It didn't resemble the pictures that Hotel.com had on their website. The bedding, mattress were 3 star quality, and there were stains all over the living room couch. It was a huge disapointment! When we asked to be moved to a newer condo that was closer […] to the hotel or water park, we were denied even though there were plenty available. The front desk person said that Hotels.com would have to make the change and pay for the difference. We never bothered to make the call due to the inconvenience and we were staying 1 more night. In the future we will get prices from on-line services, but will book directly throught hotel to insure the correct accomodations. Devamı

The service was pretty poor on relation to basic things such as room service and assistance with transportation and taxis. However the 3 bedroom apartment we stayed in was generously sized and comfortable and the pools and watermark were great for kids.

I am very particular when it comes to hotels. Therefore, I researched several hotels in the Orlando area on hotels.com and noticed the high ratings for Reunion Resort- I quickly booked our stay! The villa we stayed in was clean, beautifully decorated and peaceful on the golf course green. My family and I loved it and will definitely return.

The resort and the 3bedroom villa we occupied exceeded our expectations. We were 2 couples in our 60"s. The master suite was wonderfully appointed but we were delighted to find that the 2nd bedroom also had a king bed. The main living area and private bedrooms was just a delight to come back to after a long day at epcot. The price was so reasonable. […] Thank you hotel.com. Devamı

We had a 2 bedroom villa that comfortably slept 6 (one king, 2 full size beds, and a living room couch that converted into a bed. The room itself was very nice; everything was extremely clean and looked brand new. There were 3 HD TVs, 2 bathrooms, and a great balcony view to go with it, as well as a full kitchen and a combined dining/living room. All […] of the above earns a 5* rating, and is nearly on par with places like the Ritz. The disappointing part of our stay was that the service was below average for a place that's supposed to be a 4-5* resort. Except for the doormen and check-out staff that were both excellent, the rest of the folks we interacted with left us with a bad taste in our mouths. The room key making machine was broken so we had to be escorted to our rooms; when the keys were ready, they were not delivered to us, but we were called to come fetch them ourselves. We asked for an accommodation for a family member that was disabled; guest services said they'd 'look into it and call us back;' they never did, and this happened twice in the same stay. Lastly, the housekeeping staff rang our doorbell twice before 9am, wondering if "we were ready to check out"... lovely to be woken up by that while you're on vacation, huh? I emailed all of these complaints to the management several days ago and they have yet to respond back. Once this chain trains their staff on how to provide good service, it'll be a much better place. Devamı

This was by far the most service oriented and fabulous place I have ever stayed and I have stayed in a lot of places!! It is not next door to DW,etc but it is SO worth the few minutes drive. The outlying villas are where you want to be. We had a 3 bedroom, overlooking the pool with its own fully stocked kitchen and laundry in the suite! Really special […] even down to the maids who set up a fun decor for my daughter everyday with her stuffed animals. I could go on for much longer but why? STAY HERE!!!!! Devamı

This is a beautiful resort in a gated community. It has many Villas of all different levels of amenities. I booked this resort for a five star villa. When I went to check in I was told we were staying at a villa far away from the main resort near the main road and by the entrance gate to the property. I explained to the front desk that I had booked […] this resort for its advertisement as a five star Villa. The villa was advertised as having granite counter tops, stain less steel appliances etc. The villa we were going to be staying in had none of these upscale amenities. We were told for more money we could stay in the main resort. After discussion with the front desk we were given a villa in the main reunion Building. We usually stay at ritz carlton or four seasons. We have never had a problem like this with any other Resort. Travelers beware. Devamı

I thought it would be a nice place from the description and my sister and family were also staying there. It turns out the place is miles from anything. It is a very large community type place and looks more like and apartment/condo mixed housing community. We were over 2 miles apart from y sister and family. The buildings are condo type with no common […] areas in the building but a community center nearby. Rooms were clean and spacious...full kitchen, master bedroom, huge bathroom and living room. This is better suited for someone who wants to spend a month or so in a fully furnished apartment/condo and not just a couple of days at Disney/Orlando attractions. We were on golf course front property which looked nice. However we were the only ones in the entire building which is not very comforting. Very pricey for a one night stay. Devamı

This was one of the most luxurious hotels I have stayed . The staff was so pleasant. In room dining not as appealing to children however you have a kitchen.

We checked in and went to the pool. The water park is closed for rennovation and repair until October. On the way out we were swarmed with 12 police cars and a k-9 dog as they were searching for a hoodlum. We were made to stay in our room and unable to leave to get dinner as well as room service was not allowed to come in do to the manhunt. No sheets […] on the extra bed for the kids and management charged us a Resort Fee. Any other hotel would be better. They will charge you for everything except air and staff is snooty. Good Luck! After visiting a year ago I promised myself we would get back to this resort when the opportunity arose. Once again I wasnt disappointed- The resort still looks brand new and the rooms still do not look like anyone has stayed in them(excellent cleaning and maintenance teams on site) I will be going back again next year without doubt. The resort is beautiful. The staff is great. The price was great, and the rooms were beautiful. Everything about the resort and my stay was perfect. It is a great place to go and stay with friends and family. I will stay again.

Beautiful villa with a gorgeous view of the golf course. Very clean and lovely decor.

I stayed for 2days. I wish I could stay long. The resort was beautiful. The rooms where beautiful and fully furnished. The staff was friendly and nice. I give this resort 5 stars and I will definetly stay there again.

When you arrive at the Reunion Resort you will be greeted by the friendly (although not necessarily efficient) security guard at the 24-hour gated guardhouse, who will direct you to check in at the main hotel, an imposing high-rise structure that you will reach only after passing miles of manicured plantings, immaculate golf course fairways and stately […] condo buildings... and you'll think, "Wow, this place is spectacular......!" Well don't get too excited. Check-in and check-out are the only times you'll get to see this this part of the resort. You booked your reservation though Hotels.com! Your condo is waiting for you..... down by the guard station, overlooking the CVS Pharmacy and the intersection...... Not that it's all bad. The view out the back is of the golf course, and the unit itself was exceptionally nice - a three bedroom with high-end finishes (granite, stainless steel appliances, tile) that looks positively brand-new. The only complaints I had was the location of the unit I was assigned (the resort was not at all busy - we literally had the entire building we were in - 6 units - completely to ourselves the entire 5 days we were there - so why couldn't we get something closer to the resort itself?) and the attentiveness of the staff (took 2 days and 4 trips for them to get someone out to our unit to get internet service connected, and they never did fix the phone that didn't work in our unit). Perhaps the resorts firm "no tipping" policy means that staff really has no motivation to do anything.....? Housekeeping was impeccable, however, and again, the units are beautiful. The price we got for a 3-bedroom unit off Hotels was an exceptional value - but you may feel a little like a second-class citizen..... (By the way, I'm a 20 year + corporate traveler who has been all over the world - and I've stayed in many comparable resorts (Ritz, Four Seasons, etc)). Devamı

Wir waren in einer wunderschönen Villa untergebracht, mittelgrosser Pool nur ein paar Meter von unserem Sitzplatz entfernt, denn wir leider wegen unseres Programmes, Magic Kingdom, Epcot Center, Universal Studios etc. nicht so oft benutzt haben. Umsomehr haben wir die Ruhe und die Aussicht auf das Golf Resort nach einem unvergesslichen, tollen Tag im […] Disney World genossen. Das einzige welches wir bemängeln könnten, das man beim Check-in nicht viel über das Resort erfährt, da man einfach den Schlüssel und den Resort Plan in die Hände gedrückt bekommt. Devamı

Ett hotell att rekommendera! Man ska vara medveten om att hotellet inte ligger granne med parkerna bara, men vi störde oss inte eftersom vi ändå körde bil. Vi trivdes väldigt bra och skulle gärna stannat längre än två nätter. Mycket bra "villa" med allt man kan behöva och mer därtill. Vi var fem, två vuxna och tre ganska stora barn. Golf, tennis och […] vattenpark! Är man svensk kan det vara kul att känna till att de har Annika (Sörenstam) academy här. Devamı

Large rooms and great service made this an excellent place to stay. It does take some 15-20 minutes to get to most places and there is not much of interest in the immediate surroundings, but I felt this was minor drawbacks compared to the great facility with cool pool area and great golfing (both practice area and three on-site courses).

Vi var der i 4 dager og hadde et kjempefint opphold, bra leilighet med 2 soverom, stue, kjøkken og 2 fine bad. Vi bodde i 2. etg og hadde da en terrasse på ca 300 m2. Er bare 2 sånne terrasser i hovedbygningen (tower), prøv å få en av dem. Var helt genialt med 2 små unger. Waterparken er kjempefin med et virkelig bra barnebasseng med masse leker, sklier […] og utfordringer for barn i alle aldre. I tillegg er det 3 superfete golfbaner på området. Vi fikk ikke gått noen runder da vi har 2 småtasser, men det er noen av de beste banene jeg har sett. Ligger et lite stykke å kjøre til Disney, Seaworld etc men det er vel verdt kjøreturen når man bor der. Vi bodde noen dager midt i Disney, men det er bedre å bo ex. her og kjøre litt da man uansett må ta buss/bil rundt til de ulike parker, downtown, outlet etc. Devamı
