"Very nice hotel except for parking fee!"
This hotel will not disappoint. It's beautiful, clean, close to falls and has friendly helpful employees. Only problem was I wasn't expecting to pay an additional $12.00 + tax per night for outdoor parking! FYI, if you make a local call from your room you'll be charged $1.00 per call. "Doubletree is a great hotel!"
We had an excellent stay at the Doubletree and really enjoyed the River view. We would definitely book with this hotel for our next stay in Niagara Falls!

"Yes you can actually see the falls"
We were on the 12th floor so we looked out of our windo at the falls. Beautiful at sunrise! Hotel was pattented DoubleTree qualitt. Spacious, great location, comfy linens, great restaurant and clean. "Doubletree by Hilton at Niagara Falls"
We were at the 18.floor with a very pretty view,comfortable rooms(suite) and very friendly staff.We will love to come again.

Very nice hotel with a good view of the American Falls from our room on the 16th floor. Don't know why there is a parking charge.

Recent stay was very decent and enjoyable. Children went swimming in the saltwater at the pool; beds were very comfortable. Only downfall, hair was sporadically found in the room so chairs and lamps could be vacuumed and/or dusted and insure that floor in bathroom and carpet is thoroughly vacuumed and towels cleared of any remaining hair before folded […] and given to residents. Other than that, the view of the falls at night is pretty decent as long as you stay in a room on the upper levels and the view is not obstructed. Area decent, cars were safe although I didn't see any security patrolling the lot. I have not figured out why this hotel and/or other surrounding hotels charge residents a fee to park daily. The hotel fee should include the parking since there is no valet parking. The hotel is several blocks from the falls but one could find a few $5 parking lots closer to the falls and walk a few blocks. Rooms were comfortable and the window vents opened to allow cool air to circulate in the room should you not choose to use the a/c, although we did not need it. Devamı

We stayed in room 1102. We did not sleep at all as we suffered an over heated room. I could not cool it down, turned it to cool on the lowest & tis did not work.
"Bugs at double tree niagara falls"
Don't go here. Moved twice. Both rooms infested with ants. Had to be refunded and find another hotel. Other area hotels we're cheaper, had better views and most importantly were bug free.

"NIce Hotel with great location"
This is a nice hotel situated between the Falls and the street with most of the restaurants. The casino is a 6 minute walk and 10 to the Falls. While I would complain about the prices of food in the hotel it appears to be inline with the neighborhood (the 4 of us saved $55 by crossing the bridge to the US side for breakfast). Cons: Room smelt like cigarettes, pool area too small, surrounding neighborhood looked like abandoned, took 20min to checkout. Pros: Hotel had very nice decor, room was nice, very close to the strip.

We were looking for a hotel away from all the noise of the night life but with walking distance to the attractions. This resort was for us. We had a falls view which we enjoyed and we walked where we wanted to go. The pool and hot tub were both salt water, which felt great on the skin. The rooms were clean and the bed comfortable. It was a very nice hotel. The only thing that bothered us was that the room door was warped at the bottom and it seemed like it wasn't safely closed. The toilet is so close to the bathroom door, it was difficult to move around in the bathroom if the door was left open. Other than this great service, great restaurant( with an amazing breakfast buffet). […] Short walking distance to Casino and Lundy's Lane. "niagara getaway"
The hotel was close to all the big sites, the falls, the casino etc. I walked to the casino in a few minutes. Taxis were numerous if you wanted to venture further afield. Great time. Had dinner at the hotel and breakfast in the morning. Would recommend the hotel.

Great hotel...very comfortable beds, clean room, great gym, sauna, pool and great panoramic view. Warm chocolate chip cookies upon arrival were really nice. Would definitely stay here again.
Great hotel ,we been Niagara falls few times and never stayed in doubletree but we found this hotel is great ,nice and clean and warm .Staff was great and that could be better if they smile little bit as the lady at the reception looks serious but anyway she gave great service . we will definately recommend and looking forward to stay again .

"Quiet, Beautiful and Amazing View!"
The Doubletree Hilton was fantastic. We enjoyed our three night stay, everything from the warm chocolate chip cookies at check-in to the super comfortable beds. The hotel still feels brand new and the staff were awesome too. Great place to stay.

My colleague and I arrived on Tuesday, Feb 28th at 8pm. There was one lady at the front counter serving a customer and one lady around the corner sitting at a desk when we arrived. I'm used to a greeting when we arrive at any hotel I stay at (we travel as salespeople and frequent hotel stays). We were not acknowledged and continued to wait in line for […] about 15 mins. The lady behind the counter went back to ask questions of the lady behind the corner but never did she come over to my colleague and I and ask if she could help us out. We have just recently taken over the Niagara Peninsula as part of our territory and will be frequently staying over night in Niagara Falls (last mos we stayed at the Riverbend INN in Niagara on the Lake). I am sharing these comments with you for your feedback as my colleague was so upset with this lack of service, that if it wasn't for our rooms being pre-booked/pre-paid on Hotels.com, we would have left and checked in at another hotel. All clients want is some recognition - she could have acknowledged us when we arrived and indicated she would be with us once she finished with the gentleman she was with. OR, better yet, asked the lady around the corner, to come and check us in. Thank you Devamı
