Dreams Tulum Resort & Spa All Inclusive - Tulum

I have been sitting in the lobby of the Dreams Tulum waiting to be assigned a new room, for 45 minutes while water has been pouring into the bathroom of my "suite." I have never complained about the service at a hotel before because I think the management of any hotel does as good of a job as they can with the staff they have been dealt, but this is […] beyond belief. Used all towels and we still have 1 inch of water on the floor from water linking through the limestone tile onto the floor of the bathroom. Management have no other rooms but promised to have maintenance to fix the problem. Fixing the problem would required taking out the limestone, re-plumbing, and re-tiling room. Sent them back for another solution. Offered to give me an adjacent room. Sent them back for another solution. Other problems: On Command service to order video not working in the room despite 2 calls from me, 1 face-to-face meeting with front desk staff saying they will fix, 1 call from concierge this morning Internet in room not working. Internet unavailable for all my stay. Even for payment, in the room, was not working. This was really a problem. Television set was 20years old, dirty and very poor quality. Cleanless of furniture very poor: old stains on the armchair. First night we had water dropping to the floor from the roof : air conditioning broken. Absolutely perfect! The food was excellent, especially the buffet restaurant. The service outstanding, none of the people working there made any gesture like expecting tips. They have a very nice coffee bar, that we used extensively. And also a nice smoothy bar. The gym is very good. And there is no wristband you have to were, and no towel-cards. My husband and I stayed at Dreams from Nov. 27 through Dec. 3 celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary. We canceled our trip there in Oct. due to the hurricane, but soon rebooked. Everything stated on the website was for real. I randomly chose Dreams from the web and was so pleased. The hotel exceeded all of our expectations-service, food, pools, staff, […] entertainment, the grounds, and the gorgeous beach with all of the fabulous palm trees and turquoise water..We had an oceanview room that was close to everything. Meals were presented like a 5 star restaurant and tasted the same. There was a family atmosphere and guests of all age brackets which added to our comfort. We can not say enough about the food, drink, and service.We highly recommend Dreams Tulum and all the beauty it offers. We will return sometime. Devamı

Great in every respect. Food service comfort & cleanliness of room activities at hotel off site activities. Great all around.

I am not generally a user of alla inclusive large resorts but our stay at Dreams was a pleasant surprise. Rooms were nice and we got a cheap upgrade to beach room. Food was very good quality and premium liquor on request. All in all I would use it again as is convenient to Cancun airport.

My wife and I were thrilled with our stay at Dreams. The location was great (no Cancun party feel), the food was above average for an all-inclusive, the drinks were tasty (be sure to get an Iceberg!), and the grounds were beautiful (our room was great and the facilities are well cared for). We enjoyed it so much that we plan to search out other properties […] from the same group when we vacation. The staff seem to truly enjoy taking care of their guests- they are always smiling. The entertainment team does a great job during the day with activities for young and old. The evening shows were enjoyable as well, though some were clearly intended for families with kids. Some notes: 1. There are many families with children, but we were never bothered. In fact, they have a program to care for kids so parents can have a day to themselves if so desired. 2. Downtown Tulum is a bit disappointing- the shopping was weak at best. 3. Bring insect repellent! The mosquitos come out at night, especially at the outdoor dining areas. We were chewed up the first night, and we were unable to buy repellent at the resort until our 3rd day. Devamı

Although being the furthest hotel from Cancun airport, Dreams Tulum is close to many activities and is the closest to Tulum and Coba ruins. The hotel is situated in a very secluded location afording long walks on the beach. It has a lot of charm and character. Mature trees separate the beach area from the pool area. Our son is alergic to gluten, so kitchen staff prepared pancakes and cooked pasta from the ingridients that we brought with us. This family oriented hotel has an excellent kids program. Resort was beautiful, food was wonderful, service was good. My only complaint would be that the bartenders make very weak drinks and most of the time they are not correctly made. My suggestion would be to stick with beer and shots.

Vi var på Dreams Tulum i fjorton dagar i slutet av April 2012. Hotellet är kanon med mycket aktiviteter. Personalen är mycket vänliga. För den som vill vara aktiv så har de två pooler, en av poolerna är ca 45 meter lång och går utmärkt att på morgonen motionssimma. De har bra gym samt tennisbana. Bra mat på restaurangerna, ett tips är att testa buffé […] restaurangen till lunch då den varje dag innehöll många olika rätter och varierade (det är annars lätt att man endast går till al carte resturangerna). Ca 10 min taxi resa till Maya ruinerna i Tulum och ca 30 min till ruinerna i Cobe. Hotellet har utbyggt internet över hela området inkl strand och pool, dock kostar det ca 65 usd / vecka och håller en rätt dålig hastighet (ca 0,3 m/bits) Devamı

Stort resort med all inclusive. + positivt * Stort utvalg i mat. Flere restauranter og fri tilgang på alt. Buffet, Italiensk, Kinesisk, Japansk, Fransk(kun for voksne) og Meksikansk restaurant, samt godt utvalg av roomservice 24/7. Bra standard på mat, ikke fantastisk, men veldig bra til å være all inclusive. Du trenger ikke bestille bord på restaurantene, […] alt er lagt opp til at det skal være plass til deg uansett hvor og når du velger å spise. Vi opplevde likevel at det var kø og ventelister på enkelte restauranter en del kvelder. * Fine store rom. Vi bodde i Master suite i hoved bygning. Bra renhold. * Ok service * Pene bassengområder * Vakre omgivelser, fin strand. * Ok treningsrom + tennisbane * Fornøyd med spa og behandlinger. Fikk 25 - 40% avslag på alle behandlinger fordi vi var litt frempå å spurte, så ikke betal fullpris på spa i alle fall. - negativt * Mye folk - over alt! Spesielt mye amerikanere som er høylydte og gjør mye utav seg. * Umulig å få solseng ved basseng/strand utpå dagen. Alle holder av senger så det gjelder å gå ut å holde av plass tidlig. * Vanvittig mye bråk og aktiviteter rundt `barne/familie-bassenget` som til tider gjorde det ganske utrivelig å ligge der. Høy musikk og roping i mikrofoner når de skal ha med folk på aerobic, vollyball, håndball ++ i bassenget. Vi hadde med et barn på 2 år og følte det ble veldig urolig og mye bråk for han der. Vi måtte gå på rommet for at han skulle sove på dagen fordi det var så mye støy rundt bassengområdet. Mange store grupper står i og rundt bassengbaren som står og drikker hele dagen. * Vannet i bassenget virket skittent og grumsete utover dagen. Mye solkrem og hår ++ * Alle restaurantene er samlet rundt et `torg` hvor det også foregår aktiviteter på kveldene. Dvs at du er nødt til å gå gjennom dette området for å komme til den restauranten du skal på og det er igjen veldig høylydt og bråkete. El hotel está en muy buenas condiciones, la comida es excelente. El único problema es que la entrada al mar se encuentra llena de piedras, por lo que es necesario entrar con zapatos de playa. el gym en malas condiciones así como la cancha de tennis, por todo lo demás el hotel es espectacular.

Det här hotellet är helt fantastiskt.Jättegod mat privat strand. och en toppen barnklubb! Det enda v i inte gilla var att fast vi bokat seaview rum fick vi strida för det i 3timmar innan de godkände att vi hade bokat det. Även ett annat svenskt par hade precis samma problem. så var noga med att kunna bevisa vilket rum ni betalat för! Allt annat är superbra. […] Mysigt fik jättegott kaffe. bra råvaror på fisk o kött. Fullutrustat gym. Vi är vana all inclusive resenärer i Mexico. Detta hotell är en av de bättre vi bott på. Våran 3åring älska barnklubben trots han inte kan engelska eller spanska ville han gå dit varje dag o leka! Internet kostar pengar enda nackdelen. De flesta lyxigare hotell brukar ha att det ingår i lobbyn. Finns underbara cenote i närheten som bör besökas! Devamı

Perfekt ostört läge några km från mayaruinerna. Vi stannade 8 dagar och tröttnade aldrig på maten - stor variation och tillagat med det lilla extra. Fantastisk strand, ok pooler om man vill ha det. Det enda vi saknade var att drinkarna end gjordes på mixer- inte ett spår äkta frukter, tex jordgubbar... Ca 1, 5 timmes transfer från flygplatsen. Allt perfekt med mat, dryck och service av högsta kvalité! Bara man går några hundra meter bort så sträcker sig oändliga vita orörda stränder att vandra längs. Hotellområdet är vackert med låga byggnader. Det finns mycket att göra, så även våra ungdomar (13, 17 och 19) hade kul. Samtidigt inte stökigt eller typ "Bamseklubb" med rutschkanor som vi ville […] undvika. Det går att få den lugn och ro man vill och t.ex. morgonyoga på stranden i skuggan.. Bäst av allt var entertainment-teamet som var så trevliga och proffsiga. Till skillnad från våra tidigare erfarenheter från olika resorts så var det här hög kvalitét på alla de idrottsaktiviteter m.m. som teamet höll i. Vi rekommenderar detta varmt! Devamı

En general nos la pasamos muy a gusto en este Hotel, si es altamente recomendable aun que algo caro. Muy bello el Hotel!!

Detta hotell var ett av dom bästa som jag har bott på när det kommer till god service. Personalen var otroligt hjälsam och professionell. Hotellet ligger även helt perfekt om man vill ha lugn och ro. Det ligger inget annat hotell nära inpå och det enda man får uppleva är en lång kritvit strand. Jag och min pojkvän besökte också deras underbara spa och […] detta var även ett av dom bästa spa hotellen som jag har besökt. Jag rekommenderar detta hotell till bröllopspar då omgivningen är oroligt vacker. Det är ett romantiskt hotell och man märker inte av barnfamiljerna. Jag har inget dåligt att säga utan jag tror alla trivs på detta hotell, allt från barnfamiljer till par som skall på sin bröllopsresa eller par som bara vill på en kärlektstripp. Devamı

J'ai séjourné 4 jours à Dreams tulum avec mon mari et mes deux filles de 6 et 8 ans en mars 2011. L'hôtel est idéalement situé, à 5 min en voiture de site de Tulum. J'ai été agréablement suprise par la qualité du service de l'hôtel, pour un "all inclusive" la qualité de restaurants était remarquable ( il y avait 7 restaurants au choix et tous de très […] bonne qualité), tous les types de boissons et cockails étaient à volonté. Il y avait deux grandes piscines et une belle plage, aucune difficulté pour trouver des transats de libres. L'accueil est vraiment de qualité, beaucoup d'animateurs et d'animations, un mini club ouvert de 10h à 22h et du personnel au club très disponible et accueilllant (les filles ont beaucoup aimé le club même si elles ne parlaient pas anglais). Par contre, peu de français, une clientèle majoritairement américiaine et canadienne. Ambiance très "classe", certains restaurants demandaientt une tenu pantalon pour les hommes le soir. Les animations sont en anglais et en espagnole, les animateurs ne parlaient pas ou peu le français, difficle de sympathiser avec d'autres personnes (mais bon on y allait pas pour ça). J'ai trouvé qu'il y avait pas mal de monde, et parfois un peu d'attente dans certains restaurants le soir pour aller manger. Si vous souhaitez être dans un complexe tout inclus c'est une très bonne adresse à Tulum que je recommande. Devamı
