Argentiere B&B - Floransa

We spent 3 nights at the Argentiere. Very friendly service, good location, very large and comformatble rooms

Argentiere has a very helpful staff. The room was comfortable and warm! We stayed Dec. 25th-28th 2011, so it was nice to be somewhere we could control the temperature of the room. The B&B is not located in the best spot, but because of a near by bus stop it makes it easier to commute into the city. Make sure you have your bus tickets that cost 1 euro. […] Buy several tickets at a time, so you're not looking for a Tabachhi everytime you need to catch the bus. We ended up taking a taxi several times, which cost 12 euro from about where the Uffizi Gallery is to the B&B. I only ate breakfast once (because we opted not to pay for it), but the only time I went, it was 5 euro for a wide variety of food in the breakfast sun room. They are strict about breakfast hours as they did not let my boyfriend into the breakfast room only a couple of seconds after 10am. The shower was big and had hot water, we had fast wi-fi internet and a balcony. Highly recommend it for the price. Only negative was that our room smelt bad at first, but we got over that quickly. The bus station is less than a block from the hotel, and it takes about 15 minutes to reach city center, but the last bus is at 23:30. I highly recommend that you get directions and notify the hotel of late arrival. We reached Florence at 22:00 and cannot reach anyone at the hotel. The room was well presented & very clean but as mentioned in previous reviews it is not centrally located. This is not much of a problem being only 3-4 minutes stroll from the very regular bus service into town. The main downside is that there is no balcony or anywhere to sit outside & relax so you feel compelled to be out all day to make the most if […] the weather & culture etc. The other downfall for us was that being a B&B, the room facilities consisted only of a kettle, sink, fridge & only the favoured expresso sized cups (we had to buy mugs for our stay) there was no hob or oven, although pans were provided!!! Overall, perfect if your main requirement is a clean room with a bed & air conditioning, if you want more facilities or do not want to rely on buses, then seek other accomodation. Devamı

Staff at the B&B were great. Very pleasant and quite eager to please (for example making sure that we had a taxi to pick us up to get us to the airport early in the day of our departure). Our room was quite spacious (this wasn't really necessary but compared to many other "pensionnes" in Italy, it was huge) but more importantly it was quiet and clean! […] The B&B was about a 25 minute walk to the central part of Firenze. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They responded readily to any requests. We had some difficulty finding the hotel because we hadn't understood the directions properly. We took the bus from the train station, and once we understood how to find the place, it was very convenient. There is a bus stop just a couple of minutes walk from the hotel, […] plus another stop within quick walking distance for another bus line. Though a few kilometers away from the city center, it was nice to be in a quieter neighborhood. There were some delightful restaurants just a few minutes away. The room was not the most impressive in terms of decor or furnishings, but for the price we paid, we were ecstatic about the space. It was really large, especially compared to the hotel rooms we've had in Italy. Everything was very comfortable. Wi-fi access was free, though we sometimes lost our connection. There was a construction project going on down the street, so there was some loud noise in the mornings related to that. The only problem we had at all was that one of my skirts disappeared. I had put it on in the morning and then changed my mind and laid the skirt over a chair. That evening when we returned to the hotel, the skirt wasn't there anymore. I suppose it's possible it was somewhere in the room, but I searched endlessly and couldn't find it. I didn't report its disappearance because it was so minor, and all of the other much more expensive stuff we had in the room was fine. Devamı

Located outside city center. Great if you are driving. On major buss lines to center. Takes about 20-30 minutes to walk into town. Nice neighborhood location. Room was large and very basic. Was clean and the a/c worked well. The staff were very nice, however there was language barriers. The breakfast buffet was nice. There is no staff on property at […] night. You get a key to the main gate to let yourself in. If you want to save money and don't mind a walk to the sight this is a great place. Devamı

It was a real nice stay in this hotel, which added a great time to us. Location is in a very nice residential area, roof top is so nice, staff are sugar sweet in their welcome and assistance. it is very close to public transport and 40 min walk to all the great places of Florance.

Ok place. Good location because you are on a bus line into Florence. Rooms are tired. Staff is mixed as to their helpfulness.

Out of the way was convenient because we had a car with us. The parking was free. 5 Minute walk to bus. Be careful not to overpay for bus tickets: a 4 way is only 4.70 euros and not 8 as we were charged by the tobacco store. The room was cute, with a loft clean bathroom and shower. Room was nothing special but was clean and basic. Free gated parking was a plus and bus was easy to catch to/from tourist attractions in Florence (10-15 min ride). Breakfast was included, but consisted of only breads and cereals. Free wi-fi, but the person checking us in did not provide information on how to access it so we had to wait until morning […] when someone could provide us the access codes. No information book in room to describe wi-fi access, breakfast times, local amenities, etc. Overall a good value, but would consider it a 2 star in terms of amenities and quality. Devamı

Fantastic large room. Wonderful staff! Bus ride to town very easy! It is nice to stay in a quiet neighborhood. Great breakfast poor coffee.

Nice place with patio, two rooms, very attentive and courteous staff. Cook your meals if you like, but the breakfast spread was well above average. We had a car so I can't tell you about convenience of location for alternate transportation, but we did park it there in an on grounds court yard. Quiet neighborhood. Pay extra for your internet, and you […] must catch them before they leave for the evening for the pass code. OTTIMO RAPPORTO QUALITA' PREZZO. CAMERE PULITE, PERSONALE CORDIALE E DISPONIBILE - L'HOTEL E' SITUATO LEGGERMENTE FUORI IL CENTRO DELLA CITTA' MA SERVITO MOLTO BENE DA MEZZI PUBBLICI (IN 5 MINUTI SI RAGGIUNGE IL CENTRO)/MOLTO COMODO ANCHE IN CASO DI SPOSTAMENTI CON PROPRIA AUTOVETTURA

Vähän nukkavieru, mutta siisti. Hyvät yhteydet Firenzen keskustaan.

Al realizar la reserva, el mapa de google señaló una zona céntrica: por eso lo elegimos. Nos llegó la reserva para imprimir y para nuestra sorpresa estaba en las afueras, lejos del centro. El Hotel normal, cómodo, pero tirando a lo mínimo. Este "error" nos ha perjudicado la imágen que tenemos del hotel: Los traslados en Taxi (en donde quisieron timarnos) […] o caminata a pie (bajo la lluvia) no los teníamos en nuestro programa. La habitación cómoda pero antigua. Hay que agregar que en Hoteles: no hay extra de desayuno incluído y hay que pagar 2 euros por día por persona: como impuesto revolucionario de Florencia (cosa que hay que realizar antes de partir). Florencia pude permitirse estas cosas porque es un lugar magnífico al que hay que volver, pero no recomiendo en especial este hotel. Devamı

Prestation médiocre. Odeurs d'égouts insupportable dans les chambres. Surfacturation des places de parking et taxes de séjours non déclarées sur le site de réservation à la date de l'achat.

Неплохие семейные апартаменты. Лучше всего останавливаться в них в теплое время года, так как централизованного отопления здесь нет. Завтрак достаточно скудный. На территории есть паркинг. До центра города 25 минут пешком. В целом по соотношению цена/качество добротный отель.

Está bien de precio, el desayuno demasiada bolleria industrial, pero abundante (bufete), la habitación es muy grande y con aire acondicionado. La cama es mala ( el colchón necesita un cambio). Los autobuses para ir al centro muy cerca y la zona muy tranquila. Lo recomendaría a personal no muy exigente.

Típica casa de la Toscana que te hace pertenecer al entorno. Totalmente tranquila al estar en un barrio residencial, pero totalmente cómoda para visitar Florencia porque en 20 minutos caminando se llega al centro histórico. Maravillosas vistas de la Toscana. Belle chambre très spacieuse avec une kitchinette assez grande. Jolie déco. Le personnel est sympathique A proximité de l'hotel existe une pizzeria vraiment excellente Par contre pour le petit déjeuner dommage qu'il n'y ai pas du vrai bon café italien auquel on s'attend et du jus de fruit vraiment moyen. Ces points mérites d'être améliorés

The parking is not free (15 euros per car per night) The brekfast is an industrial lunch… but the bedroom whas quite good.

hôtel sympa pas cher et confortable a 3 km du centre avec TV, wifi, clim et petit dej au calme. parking non compris dans le tarif de chambre a 15€ la journée et taxe de séjour a 2€ par jour, par pers. accueil hôtelier très sympathique. ne vaut pas + qu'un 3 étoiles mais rapport qualité prix excellent!!!

Bon Hotel place dans un lieu tres calme et pas tres loin du centre, biensur ce n'est pas un 5 etoile mais il est mignon.

Dejligt B&B, 3 minutters gang fra direkte bus til centrum af Firenze. Man kan også sagtens gå til centrum...det tager ca. en halv time. Værelset var perfekt. Dobbeltseng, sovesofa, tv, køleskab, pænt bad/toilet, spisebord og 4 stole. Morgenmaden koster 5€ per person og er ikke noget specielt. Vi spiste der én dag og tog så morgenmad i byen de andre […] dage. Billigere og bedre! Rengøring af værelset var ikke helt i top, men det gik. Jeg ville helt sikkert komme her en anden gang, hvis jeg skulle besøge Firenze igen. Devamı

É distante e nem tem metrô perto. Não vale a economia. Perdi dinheiro pq desisti de ficar lá e fui procurar por outro hotel no dia seguinte. Mas o pior de tudo é o cheiro do quarto, nada, nada agradável. Uma noite para esquecer.

Situé à proximité de 2 arrêts de bus, le centre de Florence est à 15 min. Même si le quartier est assez banal, sa situation est intéressante pour ceux qui veulent être à proximité de Florence sans dépenser trop. L'ensemble est un peu vetuste mais le personnel est agréable et serviable.

la wifi fonctionne mal, signal faible, obligé de travailler à l'extérieur dans la voiture en hiver c'est pas top! porte entrée chambre cassée, flexible douche cassé avec fuites, literie médiocre, peu de prises électriques, réception tv de mauvaise qualité

Personnel très accueillant et souriant. Au lieu d'une chambre, nous avons eu le droit à un loft très propre, très agréable et à la décoration soignée.Le petit déjeuner très agréable aussi dans une belle salle. BB Argentiere er et rent og godt beliggende 'hotel' med en behagelig atmosfære. Det ligger meget belejligt lidt uden for de største turiststrøg, men er alligevel nemt at komme til både fra togstastionen og de væsentligste seværdigheder i Firenze. Det er muligt at gå til al ting, hvis man vil.
