Very basic. Rooms are large but dated. The shower an bath were running cold water the morning of our departure. We told reception but it took approx 30 mins to fix and we were in a rush so we had to leave the hotel without showers. Nothing was offered to compensate for this such.

Loved our stay, very convienient for where we wanted to go in Limerick. Hotel staff were very friendly & helpful. Would definetly recommend this hotel.

On arrival our room wasnt fully ready, we were promptly moved to new room and given complimentary breakfast and fully facilitated. Fantastic staff, great location, fine room, no complaints, fully satisfied. Would stay again for sure

Great location in the city, close to a couple of good Pubs with great music. Staff was helpful in getting connected to the Wi-Fi.

Really impressed. Found the room to be spacious and clean. Staff were really friendly and helpful.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, limited parking in an underground car park nearby was free. Close to the city centre, rooms are basic but adequate, no complaints

Great location and a warm welcome from the staff, What more could you ask for?

First time visit to Limerick and this hotel and have to say I would not hurry to return to the hotel. Very tired and in need of serious re-decoration! We were on the top floor and I have to say the smell of damp in the corridor and the room was quite overpowering and made me feel quite unwell. Hotel is in a fairly central location with secure parking. very good value for reasonably good comfort.

Arrived at this hotel to find they had lost our reservation. Not a good start. Then they put us in a smoking room when we had specifically requested non-smoking. So we had to change rooms. The second room was half the size of the first one so we felt shortchanged already. Car parking was provided around the corner but the spaces were so tiny it would […] have been difficult to park a pushbike. The single lift in the place was as slow as a wet week and had 2 doors and you never knew which one was going to open, so people fell out of them regularly. There were more fire doors to navigate to get to your room than you can see in the opening credits of Get Smart". The wifi internet worked but was tricky to setup. Then the worst part .. at about 9pm on the Friday night the music started from the bar. It went on until after 1am and it was the most horrible painful sounding brazillian rubbish. Trying to get to sleep was impossible. We complained to reception but they basically said . . "Too bad, just suck it up". .. Will never ever go to this place again. If you are thinking about it .. Great sized room and bathroom. Good quality furnishings and spacious. Great value. Loud bar downstairs open until 2am, but can't hear from rooms.

Out dated furniture, cannot open windows far enough. Breakfast was horrible.

HOtel staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was outdated, no aircondtioning and the street noise was very loud.

Sobre este hotel pocas cosas buenas puedo decir... creo que lo único es que el personal es bastante amable y la cena en el hotel no estuvo mal, menos por cosas que comentaré después... Nada más llegar a Limerick ya nos dió bastante mal rollo la zona donde está el hotel, barrio de inmigración de la chunga, lleno de casas de apuestas y gente con pinta […] muy mala por la calle. El hotel tiene parking grátis, pero al meter el coche allí parece de una peli de miedo y que te van a descuartizar dentro, con el suelo empapado, lleno de porquería, un desastre vamos... pero bueno, con las pintas que había por allí como para dejar el coche en la calle. Luego subimos a la habitación... estaba en el quinto pino, cosa que tampoco es relevante, pero era superpequeña, la cama lamentable, todo sucio, hasta había arañas en el techo. Un verdadero asco de habitación. También es verdad que al día siguiente cuando nos fuimos (gracias a Dios una sola noche) las habitaciones estaban abiertas porque las estaban limpiando y parecían mejores, pero bueno, la nuestra una basura, y la falta de limpieza intolerable. Para más, la ventana daba a un patio con aires acondicionados, así que no podías tener la ventana abierta por el ruido, y en la habitación canija esa te cocías. Luego la cena en el hotel (porque por allí pasamos de andar de noche por lo que se movía) no estubo mal, un plato para 2 por 18€ con bastantes cosas. Pero lo único que estaba siendo normal nos lo fastidió una señora con pinta de vagabunda que se puso a cenar allí y que se quedaba dormida en la mesa, se tiraba eruptos y cuando se levantó a la barra un momento tenía el pantalón empapado, se había meado por ella y apestó todo. Debía estar borracha y aún se bajó allí dos botellines de vino más. No sé como la dejaron entrar. Al final no sé en que quedaría la cosa, supongo que la montaría para irse sin pagar. En resumen, un desastre EN TODO. No recomiendo este hotel a nadie, ni por la zona ni por nada. Avisados estáis... un saludo. Devamı
