The rum in the hotel are not like rums at a four star hotel. Everything was ok but not more.

I stayed at this hotel for one night in October 2011. It was clean; the room was more than large enough for one person; and the aircon worked very well! The staff was very helpful. The only issues I had were 1) the WiFi only worked if I was standing near the door of my room. For some reason, I would lose the connection if I moved just a few steps away. […] 2) The description of the hotel said that it had a fitness room, but it did not. A bit old but spacious room and bathroom. Well situated at a few minutes walk from old medina walls.

This is a business hotel and city. The bar was its best feature. The room was clean and comfortable, although the rest of the hotel could use some paint. It's a long walk to the mosque and Rick's cafe, the two best features of Casablance, although we did it with good directions from the staff. They said the medina wasn't safe, which was a disappointment. […] Not sure if they were just being cautious. We did fine in Marrakesh and Fez. The hotel is in downtown, but not in the center. The rooms are very old, and the carpet old too, the bath room is clean and is ok. I've been in many Hotels and I think it should rate at three stars and not four starts. breakfast buffet was good and the sellection was fine.

Great value hotel. location fine for most sites. rooms a bit jaded in need of sprucing up

This hotel was dirty - the sheets appeared to be clean, however the bathroom wasn't. The room smelled of damp as the carpet outside the bathroom was saturated. The linen napkins in the restaurant were filthy and when I asked for replacements, the new ones which were taken from adjoining tables by the staff were just as filthy. This hotel was a pleasant surprise for me. It's located right in the center of the city, about a block from the Medina, and a 15-minute taxi ride from Casa Voyageurs train station (5 Euros). It's about 30 minutes from the airpoort (25 Euros - they have a fixed rate for taxis to/from the airport). The Grand Mosque and port of Casablanca were also within […] walking distance. The staff was very helpful and nice. They have free Internet in their business center, too. The room was big, including a huge closet, and clean. Granted, it's not the Ritz, but I would say it's a 4-star by Moroccan standards. Everything was clean, safe and convenient. This is a great place for location, value and staff service. Devamı

Das Hotel liegt an einer lauten Strasse mit viel Gehupe. Die Réceptionisten sind relativ unfreundlich und nur unwillig hilfsbereit. Die Zimmerfrau beschuldigte uns ungerechtfertigterweise des Handtuchdiebstahls obwohl sie selbst uns zwei Tage lang keine kleinen Handtücher gegeben hatte da eine Pulli zum trocknen über dem Handtuchhalter lag. Der Computerraum […] war immer abgeschlossen. Es hiess der Computer sei kaputt, blabla...wir haben für den freien Internet-Zugang bezahlt. In den fünf Tagen unseres Aufenthalts wurde der Computer nicht Instande gestellt. Dreckige Teller im Frühstücksraum. Kein Willkommensgruss wie angekündigt. Sonst erster Eindruck ordentlich aber unfreundliches Personal. Devamı

schönes hotel, sehr schöner pool (klein aber fein), freundliches personal, ruhig trotz pool disco auf dem dach, gutes essen aber recht teuer, leider ziehmlich weit weg vom zentrum, einziger mangel ist das es nicht so gayfriendly war wie bei egotours (link zu hotels.com) beschrieben, es war ein ziehmliches problem das 2 männer in einem zimmer in einem […] doppelbett schlafen, aber am ende war alles okay!!! Hôtel assez vieillot. Très mauvaise odeur dans la chambre à cause de la moquette défraîchie et datant d'un autre âge. Par contre grande chambre, mais propreté limite. J'ai vu beaucoup mieux pour un soit disant 4*. Confort un peu dépassé mais personnel de qualité et emplacement près de la place principale de Casablanca. Assez bruyant si la chambre donne sur le Boulevard.

Hotel bien situé. au tarif pratiqué reste imbattable en centre de casa, l' accueil est sypatique d'un personnel competant. seul bemol, le tarif indiqué sur le bon de reservation est TTC. hors qu'il faut prevoir des taxes supplémentaires.TC et TPT ce n'est pas enorme mais a mon avis cela devrait etre indiqué sur le detail de la reservation. je conseil […] cet hotel pour son confort et sa propreté et sa qualité d'accueil. Très bon accueil, hôtel très bien situé. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Réservez les yeux fermé.

Le personnel est de 1er plan, et particulièrement Souad,femme de ménage du 6° étage,la chambre est spacieuse avec un beau balcon ,heureusement les chambres vont être rénovées car uelues défauts aparaissent avec l'âge.Tout le monde est extraordinaire et grâce à Hotels.com, j'ai pû avoir un rapport qualité-prix extraordinaire.Le ménage est parfait et […] les matelas très confortables.Je recommande vivement cet hotel avec un emplacement de rêve. Das Hotel hatte eine gute Lage, was Personal verlangt viel Trinkgeld, sonst hat man keine Freude dort, Die Toristengebühr wird 2x in Rechnung gestellt. Keine Sicherheit für's Gepäck.....
