great hotel .one room with three adults very uncomfortable. A SEPERATE ROOM SHOULD HAVE BEEN GIVEN TO ME FOR THE THIRD ADULT. I PAID FOR THREE ADULTS

I like to stay always there because service to the guest is too good and rooms are slso very clean..........

Well in few words all i can say is the hotel is surely upto the mark taking service,warmth and accomodation into consideration but surrounding surely should have been better. In all Its a 5 star located in rural area!!

Great hotel in side , the exterior building is crumbling. location is poor around slums. could not go for a walk. Admin is poor as have good over charged for stay.

For a five star hotel, the decor was poor. Toilet was not clean and when house keeping staff were informed of this, a guy came and spread a horrible smelling spray in the bathroom and the entire room to mask the smell in the bathroom. The room was booked for three but they did not provide extra bed as they said no bed was available. Coffee cups were […] not replaced once used. All in all, a bad hotel. Devamı

unfortunately the hyatt is not grand in service. it has all the trimmings but the service is crap. the staff only smile and wish you but beyond that they are ineffective. the second day of our stay they didnt even clean the room. we came back from a long day and the room was a mess. what is the use for paying for a 5 star when there is no standard. […] my kids were asleep and obviously i couldnt wake them up to give the hotel a chance to clean up when i called them. when i called for the bell boys to take out our luggage while checking out, they didnt turn up for 15mins and i had to call them again. To arrange party, even on weekdays, That are allowed to play very loud music (earplugs do not help) until 02:00, indicates a total ignorance of the hotel guests.

Stayed in Mumbai for 2 nights at this hotel, if you love mumbai and what it has to offer and you are in the city for longer than 3 nights - this hotel probably aint the best for you...We had a great time here it was perfect for coming back to after seeing parts of mumbai and just relaxing, using the facilities and eating a feast for breakfast. This is a great hotel close to the airport which is a good retreat from the intense nature of India! The rooms are clean and luxurious and was a nice treat to start our holiday. This is probably more of a business hotel, but with its extensive facilities (pool, gym, spa, small shopping centre, and several restaurants) means it is fine for a leisure […] trip as well. This is truly 5 star hotel and experience. The neighborhood is not so nice but the hotel has excellent security.

I booked my stay at the Grand Hyatt Mumbai through hotels.com from the US. Before coming to Mumbai, I called the hotel to provide them with my pick up information from the Mumbai International airport (BOM). During this call, I was informed that the pickup from the airport and the breakfast would be complimentary. However, in the morning, before checkout, […] I was informed that the breakfast was not complimentary, and therefore I did decided to not use this service. Moreover, at checkout, I was surprised to find that I had to pay INR 2186 (USD 48) for a one-way ride from the airport to the hotel - the hotel is listed to be 2.1 miles from the airport on hotels.com. I would not have made my reservation had I known apriori that the breakfast and the pickup were not complimentary – these services are complimentary at similarly priced hotels such as Leela Kempinski Mumbai (where I stayed a few months ago). Most importantly, I’m unhappy that a hotel of such repute does not honor what they say – it’s very disappointing. Devamı

Everything about this hotel is superb! A peaceful and quiet gorgeous haven. The staff is exceptinally pleasant, highly accommodating and most helpful. We had a night flight and were allowed to use the health facilities to wash up and relax while we waited, despite not being members of the hotel frequent guest programme. The hotel is nice but don't use their phone to make an international call. A 30 minute call to the US was billed at over $200. It is criminal. In fact, I ripped up my Hyatt Platinum Card and will never stay at another Hyatt. Everything is extremely expensive even by 5 star hotel standards.

This hotel has a great deal going for it: good food, very comfortable facilities, terrific atmosphere, safety, warm staff, etc. Unfortunately, they also have amazingly thoughtless management. I was on business staying at this hotel at the same time the hotel was hosting fashion week. The key problem was that hotel management allowed trade show organizers […] to persist with entertainment each night consisting of hours of monotonous banging on steel-like drums in a garden outside the hotel situated near hundreds of rooms -- for no less than 5 hours each evening as part of some dinner show/entertainment -- right up to midnight when they thankfully stopped. It was un-nerving and resulted in a thoroughly unproductive stay in the hotel. It constantly amazes me that luxury hotels that purportedly cater to business travelers permit such activities that impose upon the quiet needed by business travelers. Devamı

great staff, great hotel, good location. unfortunately, they refurbished in the lobby area and all meetings scheduled there couldnt be held as the sledgehammer was louder than any voice could be....

Conveniently located for the traveler just arriving in Mumbai, this Grand Hyatt delivers in true Hyatt fashion. Gorgeous interiors, immaculately kept, and a variety of quality in-hotel dining options. This last point is especially helpful as the hotel is located some distance north of downtown Mumbai. I am a frequent traveler from NY / Tokyo to Mumbai. Have stayed in all kinds of places - keep going back here. Three simple reasons - good rooms, great nightlife and the best gym in town.

Das Hotel hält bereits beim Limousinen Service, über den Empfang, die Infrastruktur bis hin zum hochwertigen Service, was es verspricht und auch kosten darf.
