Mükemmel bir otel. Türkiye'deki 5 yıldızlı otellerden bir kaç gömlek daha iyi. Olağan üstü temiz ve bakımlı. Odalar çok geniş. Kahvaltı odaya geliyor. Herşey dakik, kaliteli ve göstermelik olmaktan tamamen uzak. Bugüne kadar kaldığım en iyi otel diyebilirim. Zürich'te oteller genel olarak oldukça pahalı ama EMA House bence fiyatına göre çok iyi bir […] otel seçeneği. Gözümü kırpmadan tavsiye ederim. We wanted a hotel that would allow all four of us to stay in one room but not too crowded. EMA all-suites fit the bill perfectly without being too crazy-Zurich expensive. On the tram line not too far from the local sights. Clean and spacious, very private. Generous breakfast delivered to your room.

This was the second time we have stayed at the EMA House. We will stay there again on our next visit to Zurice.

The hotel does not have a restaurant/bar. The breakfast is included in the price of the room and they bring the breakfast to the room. The charge per day for parking seem a little to high.

I spent 2 days in zurich. The service apartment is in great location, just few steps from bus station ( 3 stations to Banhoffstrasse) Reception is very helpful. The rooms are clean.I expected the kitchen in the room, but it will be provided only if you stay there more than 4 days only or pay at non-promotion rate.. The breakfast are served in room at […] your convenient time which are good. Bed is , comfortable but too flat pillow. TV is an old one in living room. The place was well kept at excellent condition. The room is clean and the food is good. The front desk staff is very energetic - being very helpful and friendly

EMA hotel. conveniently located. spacious, well maintained with great service. wish they can provide better matteresses. only minor disappointment though.

We spent 1 night at EMA house. This is an All Suites hotel very comfortable and nice. Just 2 stops from Zurich central station, few steps from city centre. The room (or I should say apartment) is very big and comfortable, spacious and clean. The staff is helpful and nice. The breakfast is good, served directly in the room. My husband and I spent one night at the EMA house and stayed a few nights at the Marriott Zurich (only for purposes of meeting up with a larger group). Overall we were really satisfied with our stay and the location was very easily accessible from the train station. Believe it or not, we really enjoyed the EMA house more than the Marriott because it […] was more comfortable (we could open the windows and had more space). The breakfast here was also very good and filling. We are definitely eaters and really enjoyed the breakfast. I have to mention that the front desk staff was super nice and helpful. We were able to store our luggage at the hotel after our flight from Dulles that arrived at 8am (we couldn't check in until 3pm which is standard for most hotels). Overall a good experience. Devamı

It's actually expensive, but deserves it. One thing I wasn't satisfied is that the breakfast is cold. I wished there would have been something hot. But it's still OK.

This is a great place to stay especially if you have young kids. Ours who are 6 and 8 thought it was great having so much space and having breakfastt served in the room is brilliant. Highly recommend it!

What a lovely suprise to find such a well run and organized hotel! Easy to reach from the station with the tram,as it stops close to the hotel. The staff is friendly and very attentive eg. while booking in I said something about our anniversary on Friday.What a surprise to find a box of chocolates and a card on our return on Friday evening! The suite […] was big and comfortable.As for the safe,it was big enough to put the laptop and other belongings in it..Never seen such a big hotel safe anywhere in the world! Bathroom big and always warm water. Breakfast brought to your suite was just so lovely.You realy feel you on holiday.Good selection to choose from. beautiful room with bedroom, bathroom with large bathtub separate shower, entrance room, living room/den/tv, dining room with great picturesque breakfast (room service) with separate small kitchen. friendly helpful staff, 10 min walk to central train station. city train car outside the front door of the hotel. by far my favorite hotel experience in […] europe during this trip. after a terrible USAIR plane flight (really bad) this hotel probably saved my marrige. Great breakfasts, lovely staff, lovely views. Cushy comforter and luxurious tub. My recommendation would be that the walls were marked up and needed paint

Amazingly clean - cleaner than my own house! Upgraded to a larger room without having to ask.

We were pleasantly suprised by the multi-room suite and the in-room breakfast service. We enjoyed our stay very much, and would stay there again if/when planning trip to Zurich.

This hotel was a real find! For our first stay we got a suite - which was lovely. For our return stay, we had a smaller room, but still lovely and larger than you'd expect in Europe - it included a living room area and lovely bath and bedroom. We spent the first week at a hotel located by my office - I wish I'd known about this hotel for my work stay […] as it was nicer than the hotel I spent the first week at, larger, and more conveniently located to a tram (right across the street) and access to downtown. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. We had an early flight and they dropped off breakfast to our rooms before closing for the night. Felt safe in the hotel and the location was perfect for Zurich sightseeing - near trolleys and trains! After reading alot of positive reviews, I decided to book this for a two night stay. It was exactly as described and a very enjoyable stay! The breakfast lived up to the hype of others and there was more than enough for four people. The only little problem we had was that the hot water to the shower took a long time come and was a little difficult to […] keep at a constant comfortable temperature. Was great to have a living area to relax in after a long day's sight-seeing and there were alot of English speaking cable channels to choose from. I stayed at the EMA House for 4 nights at the end of a 2 1/2 week long business trip. It was a great way to end my trip, was very comfortable, the room had a great view of Zurich and every time housekeeping came by they left an additional chocolate on my pillow. Lovely, large living area and huge bedroom. Lovely bathroom. Very clean. Beds made up each day and a chocolate left on each pillow. Clean towells each day. Fantastic, amazing breakfast included. So much food that we saved half of it to have as dinner each night!. Excellent location - very close to trains and buses. Very highly recommended.

The EMA House suites are large, clean and very comfortable. Some rooms provide a view over the river and city. Transport down into the city and main raliway station is at the corner of the street. This was a really nice place to stay in Zurich.

Great service. There was only one eatery nearby. Internet in the room was good. Pretty close to the rail station.

I stayed there during the tail end of a business trip and found it to be a great hotel. Clean, organized, in a good neighborhood. It was quiet but within minutes of the train station and about 15 minutes from the airport. I will stay there again and recommend the EMA house.

All rooms in the hotel are suites and ours was of a very good size. Breakfats was served in the room and both the service and food on offer was more than satisfactory. The hotel's location is 2 short stops north of the Hauptbahnof which is convenient but can be quiet on weekends

Late arrival to EMA house after an evening flight. Was met by a very gracious person at reception, and that graciousness was the rule for the rest of our brief stay. The accommodations were first-rate: spacious, clean, with a view of the Limmat river. Everything was just so: breakfast brought to the room, really perfect service and a lovely place.

We stayed in Zürich for one night only at the end of a 10 day cycling tour of Switzerland. We arrived before the official check in time and without us asking, as the room was ready, they let us check in. It was a mid-week stay so they gave us an unprompted upgrade from the Junior suite we had booked. To say it was spacious, clean and well stocked […] is a big understatement. It was just what we needed at the end of our cycling tour plus it was also raining most of our stay. The staff were helpful and spoke perfect English. There was a kettle and plenty of complimentary sachets of tea, coffee, sugar etc. A complimentary bowl of fresh fruit was delivered to our apartment shortly after check-in. As Switzerland is very expensive and we were at the end of our trip it was useful to also have a large fridge and microwave. So a short trip to a nearby supermarket for milk and dinner was all we needed. The breakfast the next morning was delivered to our suite at a time of our choosing and it was enough for 4 people. There's a tram stop outside the hotel and its only 2 stops to the main train station where you can change to a No.10 tram for a very relaxing 35min journey to the airport. Devamı

Good all round. Right next to tram stops so no need for taxis.Plenty of space in rooms and cupboards. I would have thought the beds could have been larger. Bathroom was large and had all amenities. Kitchenette was useful. Also had BBC 1 on TV and not just ubiquitous CNN. Breakfast healthy and more than adequate

My husband and I have traveled extensively and we were very pleased with this hotel. It's about 1 mile from downtown but we were happy to walk our meal off on our way home and although it was past midnight we felt entirely safe. The room is really more like an apartment, and those of you traveling with children could take full advantage of the galley […] kitchen (and save money in the process) if you visit a grocery store and purchace items for lunches. チューリッヒ中央駅からトラムで二つ目の停留所まで徒歩３分以内でとても便利です。５泊しましたが部屋はとても広く快適でした。朝食は毎日時間通りに部屋まで運んでくれます。キッチンは使用できませんでした。

初チューリッヒで２泊しました。比較的中心地に近いこと、宿泊費の高いチューリッヒでも割と手頃な値段だったことからこのホテルを選びました。場所は中央駅から徒歩だと10分強（少々坂を登ります）、トラム11番・14番の停留所がほぼ目の前であり、交通の便は良いと思います。 ２名での宿泊でしたが、非常に大きなリビング（仕事用デスク・食事用テーブル・ソファセット）、広い寝室、バスルーム、大きなクローゼットが２ヶ所あり、十分すぎるほどの広さ。有料のキッチンもあるようで（我々は利用せず）、長期滞在には非常に良いのではないでしょうか。併設レストランは無く、朝食は部屋まで運んでもらえるので、ルームサービス感覚（チェックイン時に飲み物等の希望を聞かれます）。 夜間はフロントに人が常駐しておらず、緊急連絡先が書かれた […] カードを渡されます。ホテル正面玄関及び自室の鍵の使い方等、チェックイン時に部屋まで案内がてら丁寧に説明してくれるため、夜間不在でも問題は無いと思います。シャンプー等のアメニティはもちろん、スリッパ、バスローブも備えられており快適でした。 Devamı

Hyvä hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla. Kohtuuhinnalla saa erittäin tilavan huoneiston koko perheelle. Aamiainen tuotiin huoneeseen ja palvelu ja hotellin yleinen siisteys ja henkilökunnan palvelu kiitettävää luokkaa. Pientä miinusta hotellihuoneen siisteydessä eli siivous toimii, mutta sitä voisi parantaakin. Hotellissa ei ole ilmaista Wlania. 가족들과 함께 간다면 추천할 만한 곳입니다. 아이들을 위한 시설은 없으나, 조용하고 취리히 역에서 트램 타고 2정거장으로 편리합니다. 조식은 room service로 제공되어 아이들과 함께 먹을 때 주위의 시선을 생각하지 않아도 되고 편합니다. 레스토랑이 없어 점심, 저녁은 여행중에 해결해야합니다.

Ich war das erste Mal in Ihrem Haus und kannte Zürich ebenfalls noch nicht. Schon der Empfang durch Frau Gubler war außerordentlich aufmerksam, einfühlsam und hilfreich für meine Orientierung (ich bin hochgradig sehbehindert) und informativ. So zum Beispiel habe ich im Zusammenhang mit dem Angebot eines 24-Stunden Zürich-TIckets erfahren, dass dieses […] auch für die Schiffahrtlinien der Stadt Zürich gilt. Zimmer, Service, Receptions-Unterstützung und Komfort sind vorbildlich. Alle Technik funktioniert bestens. Ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen vom ersten Betreten an bis zum Weggehen! Die zentrale Lage und die direkte Linie 11 bis zum Zürichsee sind zusätzliche Pluspunkte. Für meine Geschäfte in RIchtung Hochschule und Universität war die Anbindung zusätzlich ideal.
