Very nice hotel, bedding was a bit dated, but breakfast was best we've ever seen included. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would stay there again!

Extremely satisfied with this hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. English speaking staff in both hotel and restaurant. Taxi service from hotel to airport arranged by hotel had reasonable rates. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Our stay at this hotel was great! My wife and i, spent the night before getting back to U.S. there. This hotel it's about 1 mile away from the airport, it allowed us to get some extra sleep and it helped us avoid driving a long distance to the airport in some of the dark and dangerous road of the Dominican Rep. The staff was very helpful and friendly […] and the room was very clean and pleasing. I'm not sure if it was only our room, but the air conditioner was very loud. The only good thing about it was that it was January and it's not hot during that month there. But overall, not a bad place to stay if you want to be close to the airport before leaving the country. Not a tourist spot but much cleaner and less worn than the hotels in the city. Very convenient to the airport. Excellent diverse food and restaurant, staff and overall accommodations. Right next to Las Americas industrial park. True high speed wireless. No other choices in the immediate area and no nearby hot spots for entertainment so the hotel is […] the show. It is quiet here. The sports bar is a place to kick back and relax. The restaurant serves buffet style as well as to order. The food is generally very good, varied international and local cuisine. They do a good job for any travelers and as a stopping point in and out of the airport to other more distant destinations on the island. I know Santo Domingo well. This is the first time we used this hotel due to its proximity to the airport. It is the only one close to airport and thats not good news! No competition means they can do as they please. They do. We asked for Nonsmoking room and we were 3 people travelling. The gave us the keys and them we discovered the entire floor stank […] of cigarete smoke and the room had only 1 double bed! Had to go all the way back to reception which may not have been so bad except we had a months worth of luggage and there are no porters or bell boys or even luggage trolleys. Complete disaster for an airport hotel. Wont bother again. Devamı

Stayed at the BQ for 3 nights. The open-walled hotel bar faces the street and was very nice; it was a great place to hang out after a hard day's work. The food and drink was VERY reasonably priced compared to similar fare in the U.S (90-110 USD for 4 guys, dinner and lots of ice cold beers). The beds were surprisingly comfortable, although the rooms […] are fairly spartan - no alarm clock in mine and no desk, so I just sat on my bed to use my laptop. There were several restaurants within walking distance, and the Avenida Anocona and Avenida Mirador Sur are easily accessible, making East-West travel pretty easy in traffic that can be a bit of a shock if you are not used to it. The bedding need to be upgraded. The aircondition is too loud and need to be upgraded. On the way to the hotel, we were a bit concern about the surrounding neighborhood but once we arrived it was okay.

Best overnight between flights, closest hotel to the SDQ airport, clean and convenient. Not close to atractions or colonial city. Helpful and friendly staff.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I did not enjoy the breakfast bar. The food was not satisfactory. They should have a more appetizing selection of food on the menu.

Staff was very friendly while the conveneinet locataion of the hotel provides a good place to stay if you require to operate near the airport area in Santo Domingo or stay overnight to catch an early flight

Their shuttle/taxi sevice from the airport was horrendous. I requested a vehicle that would fit 6 passengers and luggage. When I got to the airport the driver wasn't there. We had to call the hotel and then one was sent. When he got there he showed up wit a Camry and tried to stuff us all in withh luggage and all- wasn't happening. After my several […] threats from my wife they sent a beat up mini-van and we finally made it to the hotel. After we got to the hotel the staff was friendly and we ordered room service. The food was digestable but nothing to rave about and it was a bit expensive for what we were served. I would use this hotel again because how close it was to the airport but I would just get a cab from the airport and not use their shuttle service. You shouldn't pay more that $30 for the five minute ride. Try to get there before 10pm so you can use the restaurant and avoid usin room service. Devamı

If you are looking for hotel close to the airport, this is the one. No attractions near by, but it is the best hotel near to the airport. Service was outstanding, I was not sure how to use the wireless Internet, and someone came in 5 minutes to show me. The food is excellent, it is classic Dominican Cuisine at it's best. If you have an early morning flight, this is a great hotel. The service was 100%, the food was excellent, and it is a beautiful place. If you want to go into the city, it is a bit far, but it is also far away from all the noise and traffic which is great!!

Way over Priced, however the people in the hotel were nice. They charged a huge deposit, more than the cost of the hotel stay. Awesome pool, and clean rooms.

I had a delayed flight. I checked-in at 1:00am. The person at the front desk was very kind and helpful. Everything was done very quickly and efficiently. The room was standard, very clean and in excellent conditions. Breakfast was very good also.

Clean, everything looks fairly new, nice location close to airport. Great breakfast buffet way beyond expectations. Guarded 24 hrs parking gate. Wireless internet access too tightly controlled. Arrived into a hot humid room, A/C takes 2 hours to cool the room. Next day arrived to same thing after a hot day out working or touring I wanted to arrive at […] a cool room. Great staff. I think they should turn ON the AC before a guest arrival or at least keep the room cool for my second day there. Great location if wanting to stay near airport for a 6 AM flight out. Its an american experience hotel not like the ones I stay at in old city center with old Spanish charm if I am touring here. Devamı

This hotel is the closest nice hotel from las americas airport. His security is well organised. Surroundings are hugly (industrial area) but you can live inside without seeing it...

I would recommend finding a different hotel. We chose it because of the nearness to the airport but the customer service was bad, the room smelled gross, and it was not very comfortable. Even though we were near the airport, it still cost $15 to get to the airport. Plus, the hotel charged us twice for one room. Very dissatisfied.

Bodde bara här sista natten eftersom flyget gick 08.00. Perfekt nära till flyget. Skulle kanske inte bo där om jag ville se mer av stan. Personalen trevlig och informativ. Rummet rent o fint.

Das Hotel liegt sehr nahe am Flughafen und die Distanz zur Buslienie Caribietours ist auch sehr kurz. Optimal für Übernachtung und Weiterreise am Folgetag mit der Buslienie.

Check in et check out efficace. Localisation de l'hôtel idéale pour une nuit, avant de prendre l'avion: très proche de l'aéroport. Restaurant convenable. Personnel très agréable et serviable. La chambre supérieure avec lit double et canapé était très agréable. Petit bémol: pas de télévision à écran plat.

Olor terrible a humedad. Aire acondicionado ruidoso. Me picó un animal. Las sábanas de la cama mal puestas, se salían y quedaba el colchón descubierto. Muy caro en relación al servicio.
