I have 2 kids and the full kitchen was not only spotless but so convenient. I had the 1 king size bed in a seperate room as the living room with a couch bed in the living room. The living room was so big that i used a queen size air matress instead and it worked perfectly. The continental breakfast was great, the room was clean and the staff was polite. […] There was nothig more i could have asked for. Perfect for what you spend. Hopefully their prices don't go up. Everything was fine except two things. The second day/night of our stay something was banging inside the walls near the fridge. The other thing was no hotel literature ( policies, phone numbers, area restaurants) or area phone book. Nice breakfast and a very friendly breakfast staff.

Parts of the hotel are updated, parts are not. I was in one of the older rooms and it needed a new carpet and the kitchenette needed to be updated. It is in a very nice neighborhood and I felt very safe. It's ~1 mile or so to the metro and you can catch the kings farm shuttle which is free or wait for the staff to drive you which can take a little while. […] The shuttles only run until 7:30pm so that is a little bit of a pain unless you feel like walking or taking a cab. The staff is nice but seemed a little disorganized, probably because of the switchover to quality suites. There were some leaks from the rain, I had one wake me up at 4:30am because it started leaking through one of the cans in the ceiling. The bed was very comfortable and cozy. Overall, it's clean and in a good spot, just needs some repairs and updates. Devamı

Really lovely experience overall. The room was large, met all my needs, and was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was delicious. The only problem seemed to be with staff. The managers knew their job very well and understood the hospitality side of the business. Most of the line staff didn't know the answers to my questions and one young lady in particular […] didn't offer anything when I clearly needed assistance. Devamı

The room was very good and very large. The front desk personnel were very unhospitable and cranky. The hotel's restaurant was empty of both patrons and employee during the hours it was advertised to be open.

We had a wonderful experience staying in this hotel. It was clean, well-maintained, and provided a comfortable living space. We would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I spent a Saturday night at this hotel as we visited relatives nearby. The room was large (sofa and armchairs, dining table) and clean, the king bed comfortable. Furnishings were dated and the bathroom could use modernizing, but importantly, all was clean. Breakfast was adequate (scrambled eggs, toast, mixed fruit bowl, cereal, coffee, juices). […] Quiet location (however, it was a weekend. Hotel is in a corporate office park.) For the price, we found this hotel to be a very good deal. The personnel was gracious and helpful. The suite was very comfortable and clean. The continental breakfast was simple but ample for a free meal. This is our second stay and we would certainly return.

The hotel should have locked posterior door at night, More friendly staff.

The room I stayed in had a thumping noise in the wall the whole time I was there. Every 10 seconds or so you would hear it. If you closed the bathroom door that helped some, but it continued all night long. I really didn't feel like having to gather up all my stuff and move in the middle of the night so I just put up with it. I would never stay in that […] room again although I would stay in a different room. I've stayed here before and gotten rooms that are fine and rooms that really need a lot of repairs. If you stay here, just hope you get a room that has been somewhat renovated. Devamı

I stayed here because in the high season, Best Western was over the company budget. Exterior could use a coat of paint but it was perfectly clean and room was big and comfortable. It was good for what I needed.

They allow hotel parties I was threatened by guests at a hotel party and we called the office and they did nothing they stood outside my room all night threatening my wife and I for reporting them to the office they called the police but they didn't remove them from the property. So we were stuck in our room all-night. Also the restaurant is terrible […] the foods always cold and they don't have half the items on their menu. Devamı

After a long day of walking around the Washington, DC area, it was great to know that we had such a nice place to go home to everyday. People we really nice, free breakfast buffet everyday was a great way for us to start our day and the bed was soooooo comfortable. Staying at the Chase Suite Hotel made our trip that much more enjoyable.

Room was comfortable and large. We were travelongwith grandhildren, so having two tv's was great. Was not too far from DC. Over all excellent value.

Great service. Wonderful and very friendly staff! Free shuttle to and from metro. Nice breakfast. Room was big and comfy. Hotel is older but well maintained and clean.

I received a quiet place as requested. Not much noise at all. The room was spacious with kitchen and clean plates & utensils and microwave, no oven. Room smells very musty and cigg. smoke like, eventhough hotel is non smoking. Did not use free brkfast or other amenities, but was part of the deal. Location close to the hwy and quiet. I believe i received […] an older non renov room, but again adequate for me. I would recommend it but have realistic expectations. Definitely adequate for the price i paid. Devamı

roomy, clean, good bed, bad TVs, reasonable breakfast

Stayed here four nights. Excellent bed for a good night sleep! Good service; very clean, Shuttle takes you to restaurants and shopping a mile away - or you can walk too. Would definitely stay again!

First night I was there, I saw a big roach crawling across the floor. It's nice that they have a full kitchen area, but it's not worth the insects. Free breakfast in the morning, but the eggs are really sub-par.

The location is several miles from the Shady Grave Metro Station, so without a car you are dependent on the taxi or the Chase shuttle driver. In the morning the shuttle driver is a very convenient way to get from the hotel to the metro station, but in the evenings I normally had to wait from 30 to 50 minites (even with several calls to the hotel front […] desk). The hotel staff were very friendly but they didnt have access to printer toner. When I stayed, both printers were out of ink so I couldnt print documents. The bed was comfortable and the room very spacious. This would be a great place for business travelers but it is remote from downtown happenings. The buffet was good. My family and I visit the Chase regularly. The front desk is always accomodating. The rooms are clean and reliably everything they promise it would be.

I booked both through H.com and the hotel directly but the hotel over changed me $6,000. Staff is not very good. Not horribly unfriendly but seemingly unable to understand what good service is.

I have stayed here many times. While the women that work at the front desk are fine there is a guy that works there that seems to go out of his way to put you in bad rooms. He then lies to you and tells you there are no other rooms. When you go out in the morning the parking lot isn't even half full. My work has put me up in this hotel many 35 times […] in the last year and this every time I have to deal with him I get a old outdated room. One time he tried to tell me the internet was down in the hotel because the room he put me in it didn't work in. I went to the desk and talked to someone else and was transferred to a room that internet worked fine in. If you stay here , when you check in, if there is a guy at the desk DO NOT BELIEVE A WORD HE SAYS!!! He will lie to you for no reason. Devamı

it was cool no major issues.... frontdesk lady told the guy behind me she was getting off and he had to wait.. though that was a little "hood" on her behalf. My room was huge, quiet and clean. Location wa svery convienient to the beltway and 270

Hotel was clean and comfortable but I wouldn't say it was the best I was ever at. It served its purpose I would recommend to travelers. Be advised it is outdoor access to rooms.

This hotel is a little gem! The rates are usually reasonable and include a fully cooked buffet breakfast every day. If you request a renovated room on check in you"ll be in for a sweet surprise. They are beautiful. Granite countertops, fully equiped kitchens, newly tiled baths and flat screen TVs with HD in the living room and bedroom area. Recently […] this hotel underwent management change and has cut back on some services but fortunately they kept the same hospitable staff. I loved the huge wood burning fireplace in the lobby. It was so nice sitting there with a cup of cocoa watching the flickering flames when it was 22 degrees outside. (Brought my own pack of cocoa.) Devamı
