Dirty carpeting, dingy, ughh

I was very exhausted and quite tense when i chekced in the hotel. But, kudos to all the hotel staff, especially Yunis, who helped me feel better and ensured that all my needs are taken care of. The hotel is a bit away from Grand Palace but one can be sure that it's well-maintained and managed by very good people.

So rude behaviour at reception from the guy asking for more money and asking tip for Free Wifi a morrocan man totally confused gave our room to someone else and then behaving so rude asking us to pay more so in order to get another room...

Outlet dangling broken off of wall=safety hazard shower curtain barely on. Reasonable rates for Brussels and for a family room (total of 4)

Hotel is a good distance from Brussels airport. We travelled by taxi but during the day there's a tram station a good 10-1 minute walk from the hotel. The only staff we encountered were at reception but they were very polite & helpful if we had any questions. I would never recommend this hotel for others. In our room - our beds were broken. I felt like I would fall off the side all night. It was not very clean. The bathtub had mold around it, the shower curtain was torn and the water only worked partially. And, the next day the elevator was broken. The neighborhood was questionable but for an overnight stay on your way to bigger and better things this hotel is perfect. The hotel staff was very friendly and the breakfast buffet was the typical European style. Free garaged parking on site is a major plus.

Es muffelt in den Zimmern und Gängen. Durch die Fensterscheiben konnte man kaum schauen, so schmutzig waren diese. Bad zwar neu renoviert mit schönen Fliesen, Feinarbeit lässt jedoch zu wünschen übrig. Bett war lediglich aus zwei Gestellen mit Matratze auf Rollen zusammengeschoben.

Facile d'accès, il est plutôt mal placé, loin du métro (15 à 20 min à pied). Nous avions une chambre pas très bien entretenue. Bref pour une nuit seulement sinon voir ailleur!

This hotel might be a good choice for vacation as the buses have frequent rotations between the hotel and the West station. However, pay attention to the time tables as the last bus leaves the West station at 11:40 pm (and previous one at 10:40 pm). I would be more skeptic for a business stay as the rooms are too small (allowing only a folding table), […] as internet is only provided in the breakfast room, as there is no laundry service. Devamı

Hotellet var slitt og trenger sårt oppusing. Beliggenhet ved sterkt trafikkert lyskryss. Til tross for røyking forbudt var røyken sterkt sjenerende i restauranten, hvilket gjorde at vi ikke spiste der. Plusset var at frokosten var enkel, men god.

Für unsere Zwecke war das Hotel ok. TV war im Zimmer, aber nicht ein deutscher Sender!

Жили в этом отеле с 14 по 17 октября. Очень приличные номера, все понравилось. Завтраки в принципе сытные, но могли бы быть получше. Если оценивать его по 10 бальной системе, то смело можно поставить 8 баллов.

En la habitación se percibía un mal olor. La cama extra estaba muy chiquita. La cortina de baño estaba rota. El tanque del WC tardaba mucho en recargar de agua. El jabón y shampoo de muy mal aroma. Desayuno con escasas opciones y cantidad.
