Oak Tree Inn - Monrovia

We had a funeral at Rose Hills and family visit nearby. We had a smoking room which was not as nice as the same room on an upper leve other family stayed in. Mattress was very old. Garbage can was right outside our door room 102. Lobby was nice, grounds were pretty. Evening manager was not into her job. Day manager was very nice and friendly. Older place that's in the middle of re-model. Trying hard and they will get there. Frankly, a bargin for the price if you're going to Santa Anita.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, Several well-known chain restaurants within walking distance. We needed to stay longer than our reservation, but that presented no problem for the very helpful staff. We were decorating a Rose Parade float in Irwindale, CA - just down the road. We'll book here again next year!!!

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay. We had never visited the LA area before and we were concerned with finding our way around. Our hotel was easy to find, conveniently located by many nice restaurants and shopping services. Our room had updated furniture and a new mini frig.

I would not return to this hotel nor would I recommend this hotel to anyone. The room was dirty, the access to the rooms was a mess and the over maintenance of the hotel was horrible.

When I check in, the man in the front desk was very polite, I wanted to change my room, from smoking to a non smoking and he was totally ok about my request. He even had the courtesy to walk my to my room. The first thing I notice was the smell, it seemed to me they had the carpets cleaned, the smell bothered me, so I went to Target down the street […] bought me a .99 cent air freshener, which worked. I also noticed that there was a big gap on the bottom of the door, this kinda bothered me because it was an easy access for any insects to come into my room. So I had to stuff towels in the gap so that wouldn't happen. The condition of the Hotel was ok, not too bad, but you can see they try to make there place presentable. It does needs some updating. The Breakfast is only donuts, cereal, juice, and coffee. Other than that everything was fine, I had no problems, I slept well, but one thing that bothered me, unknown to me but someone who was staying two doors down from mine had a dog that would hear it growl, bark, and the dog even followed me to my car, I have no problem with animals, but I think this hotel should have strict rules about animals. If I was in the area again, I would stay at this hotel again, without hesitation. Devamı

Room beautiful - recently redecorated. New beds & pillows, new refrigerator. Had coffee maker in room, but no coffee or cups , etc. Spa not heated any warmer than the pool, both needed minor surface cleaning (filters did not appear to be on). Friendly staff. Breakfast in morning was Cereal, donuts, milk, juice, & coffee. The addition of fresh fruit […] would have been nice. Great stay for the low price paid. Devamı

A nice little hotel, right off the freeway. rooms and services I would say rate just like a 4 star hotel and the people at the front desk were very warm and willing to assist wth all your needs including being helpful with directions

The hotel is clearly dated. Nice TV, but rooms are bare and old looking. If you need a place to stay w/o the frills, stay here.

We've stayed at this hotel numerous times over the last 10 years and knew what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised to find that they had upgraded some aspects of the room - including the plumbing fixtures - since we were last there. We stay here because it's convenient for the reason we go to Arcadia and it's right off a major freeway. The hotel […] is clean and comfortable. Noisy, and smelly reception

ホテルの方は大変親切で、価格の割に部屋はとても綺麗で広くて、利便性は大変よいし、良かったです。 ただ、部屋には電子レンジもなく、コーヒーメーカーはあってもコーヒーやテーパックなどはなく、朝食もドーナツ中心であったのが、残念な点でした。
