I had a great time. Wonderful place to stay

THis place would not be great place ever because when they say something is in your room it isnt. I will never stay here im going to spend the extra money to stay somewhere else.

Everything stinks like cig smoke. Blankets pillows everything you brought will smell like it when you leave. Its very inexpensive that's about all it has going for it. If you smoke you will feel right at home. There is also a strong smell of indian food coming up from somewhere. Bathroom windows don't lock. Could hear cars all night, lamps didn't work […] in the room. If you are scared of the dark its perfect as the curtains don't block out all the light. They were nice about a late checkout. Devamı

This hotel was very poorly maintained. When we arrived about 20 minutes prior to check-in time and no one was at the front desk. We rang the bell several times and no one answered. Finally we called on our cell phone and someone came to check us in... no apology for lack of response. When we opened our room which was non-smoking it reaked of smoke. […] We had to search for the desk person and told him we asked for non-smoking and wanted a different room. Reluctantly he gave us a different room. The new room only smelled better. It was very much in need of remodeling. The carpeting was worn and frayed and the painting was chipped and patched. We tried to turn the lights on and only about half of them worked. Some light bulbs were completely missing; others just burnt out. Finding an empty outlet was a real chore as well. The bathroom was in terrible shape. The shower door would not close and had a large crack in the glass. When you showered the water went on the floor and also hit the ceiling and dripped back on to you from there. If you used the toilet, you had to hold the shower door back which remained open. The toilet pretty much ran all the time. The sink had no plug so you couldn't fill the basin. There was no hairdryer and the only plug to plug one in was in the light fixture high above the sink. Positives were that the bed was fairly comfortable, but only a sheet and a bedspread, no blanket. There was a refrigerator and a microwave, both of which worked. Breakfast was waffles, cereal or toast with coffee and juice, no fruit. Overall I would not stay there again. It was apparent that the management was not interested in maintaining the property the way it should be. Devamı

Terrible carpet and bed (must be 25 yrs old) - dirty, stained YUK. Scary looking. Sink, tub, toliet was barely adequate but loose floor tiles, countertop with mis-drilled holes, not ok. Room had table, & chairs and there was a fridge. Pool wasn't open and probably would't have used, based on surrounding conditions it wouldn't have been clean. No landscaping […] - actually dug out and left gapping troughs. Abandoned apt. bldg and thrift store directly in front of rooms. I was desperate for a room as the town was sold out. Devamı

This was the dirtiest hotel I've ever seen. Filthy and disgusting. Broken shower door that wouldn't even close, four locks on the door and one was broken, dirt and who know what it was on the walls. I'll never book a room on price alone again.

Do not go over there, try a diferent one please, old, dirty, and smells of smoke everywhere.

For the low price I did not expect much but I think it should have been a little better. The staff was friendly and helpful but maintenance of the motel needs major work. The grounds had litter and debris all around and sidewalks were dirty. The mattress was clean and fairly new and the bedding was clean, also the bathroom was clean but old and shabby […] with peeling paint. The carpet was old and shabby with a few stains, I will not say there again. Devamı

It was not very clean, it was noisey until 7:00 in the morning. We would not even take shower there. We could not get out of there fast enough.

for what we needed it was clean ,quiet, and nice

People were very friendly and nice location in historic district, but hotel was very aged. We had about 3 squares of tp left on the roll, and when we went down to the lobby, she said that she didn't have any, so had me grab some napkins from the breakfast buffet bar. Although this is a beautifull little city, you would expect a better quality of hotel. Especially when the price is quite high for what it has to offer. However, if you are on a budget, this place is pretty much your only option if you need tosaty St. George before heading to Zion. Note: I traveled with a service dog and the receptionist (who appeared […] to be from out of state and unfamiliar with service dogs federal laws and regulations) tried to charge me a pet fee. However after much explaining to her the dog is not a pet, but a service animal and that it was against the law to refuse to acomodate for my needs and after showing ofitial special tagging information, she waived the fee. The cleanliness and accommodations in the room were great. The person at the front desk wasn't very friendly, but got me what I needed. Overall, I was quite satisfied with having my needs and my dog's needs met.

did not stay. walked into the room stayed 5 minutes then left and found a room elswhere. absolutely the worst room i have ever rented and i am 61 years old. do not book stay away

i wouls stay there again. I would've wanted someting better, but for the price, it works. I didn't try the complimentary breakfast...and the beds weren't that comfortable...but then again, i'm the kinda guy that can sleep anywhere!

My room was extremly hot I couldn't control the air condition I am not sure if air conditioning was available.

Hotel was on the lower end, towels had holes in them, Comfortor had burn holes in them and the room key took 3-6 times before it would work. The bathroom windown didn't lock and it was right when other coustomers walked. At any time someone could have opened our bathroom window and gotten into our room. We had one more night on our stay and they gave […] our room away to someone else. Thank goodness we were there and could go right down and talk with them. If not, another group would have had access to our room along with all of our stuff. I would have liked to pay a little more and had a better place to stay. Devamı

My room was missing half of the bathroom window, so strangers next door had unlimited visual access. Not ideal. The toilet worked...as long as it was flushed 3-4 times with short rest intervals in between. The TV worked...the remote did not. The non-smoking room smelled like...smoke. There were no power outlets in the bathroom. Room had a powerful odor of some sort of "air freshener," my feet were dirty after walking around barefoot in the room. But, the bed was comfy and the linens clean and fresh. I also appreciated the late check-out.

We stayed in two adjoining rooms for two nights. The rooms were generally clean and had comfortable beds and functioning TVs, microwaves, fridges, and bathrooms. Unfortunately, however, there were two major problems that affected the quality of our stay. First, one room had a broken latch on the window and could easily be slid open from the outside […] and the second window had a latch that didn't keep the window shut all the way, which didn't make us feel very secure at night or that our rooms were secure while we were away. The second major drawback was the breakfast. We arrived with our small children to eat breakfast the first morning to discover that the skimpy breakfast was served on a counter in the office with absolutely nowhere to sit and eat the breakfast. How in the world do you feed a child a bowl of cereal standing in an office lobby? We tried to take food back to our room, but it was a pretty good walk and this made it difficult to get seconds, etc. I have never been to a hotel or motel that served breakfast but didn't provide a place to eat the breakfast. I would say advertising this motel as having a "continental breakfast" was false adverstising. The second day we went to the grocery store and bought our own breakfast since this was easier than trying to eat the motel breakfast again with small kids. Devamı

We enjoyed our stay in St George. The hotel was a nice one with a great swimming pool.

I read all the reviews about this motel before I booked it. Some reviews are good, some hated the hotel so much, and I was confused by that. After I lived in the hotel, I totally understood why the difference. Some of the hotels rooms have been remodeled, some not. For those remodeled rooms, the contractor did such a bad job. Even the bath tissue holder […] is falling off. Carpets and drapes/curtain are wore badly. I can say almost everything in the room are falling apart. I really pity the owner of the hotel. The staffs are decent and are willing to provide help, but I think they are just helpless with the condition of the hotel. Devamı

The rate was great for what you got, the room was good, but I usually don't complain, as long as I have a roof over my head. The management was wonderful and made sure I had everything I needed, the internet worked a little slow, but they did have a continental breakfast, not as fancy as other places, but enough that you had a choice of about 4 different […] things, they had fresh fruit and not just bananas and apples. They also served a tea time treat in the afternoon. Night time about 10:00 pm it was dead silent, which meant plenty of sleep for all. Guest were very respectful to those around them. Walking distance to many Historical Sites and easy access to many restuarants. It was a little further down than most hotels off the freeway, but loved the quietness. Devamı

By far the best price during Iron Man race weekend. Location was great. They did have a Belgium Waffles maker for breakfast, which was a nice surprise for a budget motel.

Rooms were clean - Nice value for the money. The room met my needs fine.

It is in a business district, but I didn't hear street noise, it's older, well built, good insulation. Can walk to restaurants. They served breakfast, oatmeal, waffles, milk, coffee, variety of herb tea. Besides a microwave, there was also a fridge in my unit. Yea! They answered my questions of where to find places.

The guy at the front desk left much to be desired, the door didn't look very secure, there was a woman walking around trying her key card on every door, there were a handful of unsavory folks around the whole hotel and there was only ONE cup in the room. BUT, for the price it was a bed to sleep in.

It was clean but old. We tried to check out a night early because one of our party was hurt but they would not refund the money.

Had no coat hangers when cleaning room left no towels of wash rags card for door would not work haft the time.

Room was old and outdated Key stopped working twice in 1 night. Smelled bad because of thin outside windows to back alleyway. Lighting was dim and dingy. Disposed of dead cockroach in the bathroom. Had to park far away in a dark place that made me feel uncomfortable my car might get broken into. TV worked and was clear. Heater worked good. Waffles, […] toast, and fruit loops are the breakfast. Bed was very basic which was a stepdown from our beauty rest at home, but it was fine. Bathroom lighting was terrible, but there was a heat lamp that worked good. Carpet felt dirty to walk on with bare feet. Pillows were super thin. Good thing we brought our own. Overall, I would not recommend it to anyone. I would say go check the other motels because you'll get the same quality room for a better price or maybe better quality. My comments are biased because we got an unrenovated room. The renovated ones were probably better. Although I booked a week in advance and there were several rooms left, they gave us the last, worst room when we checked in because we booked through the website and not by calling Best Inn themselves. I found my room to be more comfortable than the rooms that are available in Mesquite NV. Worth the daily commute to Mesquite. Staying weekly at places while house-hunting in Mesquite.

The Best INN was among the cheapest hotels available for this weekend. I will attempt to communicate why. First, the hotel is in serious disrepair. There are large potholes in the parking lot. The paint is stained and peeling. The waffle maker doesn't hold heat, therefore does not cook the waffles. The pool area is stained and worn out. It is old and […] in need of serious renovation. The room is clean and room service did a fine job cleaning the room. The bed sat on a wooden frame that jutted out from the mattress making it a hazard to walk by. All but one outlet was already taken by existing appliances making it inconvenient to charge my phone. The shower head sat so low that I had to bend over to wash my hair (I am 5'10"). When I went to the continental breakfast there was no one tending the station. The apple juice tasted rotten and the orange juice was watered down. The waffle maker doesn't heat well so it took 10 minutes to cook the waffle. They were out of syrup and didn't offer so much as a sorry for the inconvenience. Lastly, despite the Utah clean air act and booking non-smoking rooms there were ash trays placed right in front of our door which were utilized by noisy guests well past midnight. Because it is only rated as a two star accomodation, our expectations were not very high. It was clean and location was good for our needs. However, they did advertize a continental breakfast which turned out to be only toast, coffee, and one kind of cold cereal all of poor quality. Also since the place is so small there is no place to sit down and […] eat it. Therefore if you just need a cheap place to sleep at night it is ok and clean. We were disappointed in our stay. The carpets were very stained, there were cigarette burns in the bedspreads, there was no stopper in the bathroom sink, mold on the ceiling in the shower; overall very dirty. Definitely not worth the money that was paid.

I stayed in one of the renovated rooms. It had new paint, new carpet, granite in the bathroom, nice tile. I felt bad for the hotel that the workmanship on the new renovation was shoddy, paint slopped over, carpet not tacked in correctly and starting to rip, toilet paper holder coming off the wall, glue from mirror spilled onto wall. The breakfast waffles were good but we ran out of mix, syrup, cups, plates, etc. The orange juice was good. Once it was called to the attention to the person in charge (the same one who had checked us in the night before) he quickly re-supplied everything. However, his manner was still somewhat sulky. The lady who came in later was very upbeat, happy, […] and friendly. I wish she had been the one in charge from the beginning. You can forgive a lot of things when a person treats you like they are glad you are there. We appreciated the microwave and the refrigerator. Devamı

Hotel was as expected. You get what you pay for. Staff was kind and maid service was on time each morning. Was clean, and nice. Only complaint, no electric outlets in the bathroom. I would stay there again!
