Novotel is great hotel. Very family friendly. Kids get a gifts during check-in. The common area has toys, games, books and outside pool. You can stay in one room with your kids. Hotel has rooms with kings bead and couche. Stuff are very friendly and help with all type of the request. Room is big, bathroom is good size. Even so it's nice and bright it […] was not clean properly. We found foreign coins ont he floor and some dirt here and there. I jsut want to say this is not 4* like you would get in US. But it's the best from all 4* we stayed in Italy. So even they do everything to attract the families with kids, the most important part it's far away from the city. Hotel don't have shuttle, so you have to take local bus and it's nightmare if you have small kids. Buses always full and it's more than 15 min to reach the city. If you coming back after 9 pm you will be squeeze in the bus as never before. There are two bus lines serve this way during the day. One is stop running at 8:45pm. The other bus dont have bus stop close to the hotel. So you will have to catch other bus on the train station or walk in the dark for at least 15 min. If hotel had a shuttle service it would fix the issue and attracted more people. So I really hope they will pay attention to that. Devamı

Frankly.. nothing special over here. nothing bad... nothing good. hence I would classify this as an average hotel. Location from venice P le Roma is a 30 minute bus ride. Would suggest you to spend a few extra bucks and stay somewhere near St Marco square itself. It will be worth every penny.

good standard hotel. close to venice. breakfast standard, but hot buffet was a dssapointment, however there was a selection of other food. overall good for stay.

If you want to stay somewhere close to Venice, it is a very good choice.

We stayed in this hotel with our two little children while we visited Venezia for a couple of days. Room was clean and the sofa bed was set up for our kids upon arrival. This location is right off the highway, and while the neighborhood has no "charm" like Venezia -- the price and location to a LIDL Grocery store was ideal. We did not pay the extra […] for the secured parking, and had no trouble finding an open free spot. The bus stops were around the corner from the hotel -- there is no sidewalk to get over to them, so we ended up driving through the town's main street in order to park in front of the train station. IF we didn't have small kids, then we would have walked to the bus stop most likely. All in all, my kids enjoyed the wooden blocks in the play are located in the lobby. The computers are right next to it, so you can check your mail for 20 minutes and have your kids close by. We would book here again and have recommended it to our friends with small kids as well. OH, and we didn't eat at the hotel, so I cannot comment on that. Devamı

The benefit of this hotel is that you are close enough to Venice to take a bus ride to get there. And, the hotel is clean. There is not much in the surrounding neighborhood though.

The Novotel Venezia Mestre is exactly what you would expect from a Novotel. Clean, comfortable, courteous staff, nice furnishings, reasonably priced. As we were there to visit Venice itself the location was not ideal, however being in Mestre meant we were very close to the train station and we did not have to haul our luggage across Venice to a hotel […] in the old centre. The staff were amazingly courteous and were very prepared with detailed information on how to get to and from the centre of Venice. We would highly recommend staying here if you want value for money and a nice hotel to use as a base for visiting Venice. Devamı

Stayed here based on other reviews and would do so again! Staff was kind, Rooms clean and there is the bus to go into Venice a little ways away! It was excellent!

In general a new and modern hotel. Rooms nice layout and fresh decorating. Beds very hard. The hotel should expand the common areas in base floor and have two restuaran´ts, one more standard for families (today very noicy, personnel slamering plates ad hardware) and one more quit and better meny. The so called Gym was 10 sqm and 3 machines. Pool area […] could be bigger with more area for sun beds and open 10:00 and not 12:00! Easy access to motorways and bus stop for Venice Devamı

the comfort of the hotel is what you would expect from a Novotel - clean, good breakfasts. Although the hotel staff were professional, they weren't particularly friendly. Overall a nice hotel

The overall hotel was fairly good. Rooms were clean, restaurant was nice, etc. The rooms were rather warm as the air conditioning had not yet been turned on. Venice is an extremely expensive location for a family of four. In order to make the visit there more affordable, we looked for hotels just out of Venice. The location is a little farther out of Venice than we had hoped, but access to Venice was very easy via the buses and taxis (about 45 minutes by bus) and the rates were well below average for the location. my husband and i drove down from germany to visit venice and stayed here. public bus ride directly to venice is walking distance around the corner, cost 1.20 e /person...takes about 15 min, but it can get a little crowded. bus ride back is the same and is the same pick up/drop stop. hotel breakfast is a little expensive for what you get. it is advertised […] as an "american" breakfast, but it is more of a continental breakfast. still good though. has a great swimming pool, and w/i walking distance to some great restaurants, as well has a restaurant w/i hotel. cost is great for the comfort/modern feel. plan on staying here again during our next trip to venice. Parking was free. By bus was about 30 minutes to Venice. Hotel seems new, very nice decor, very clean. Wireless internet was out of order, but the hotel has 2, 24 inch apple machines in the lobby that you can use for free, for 30 minutes. I had to wait until after 11pm to get access. To get to Venice required buying a bus ticket at the nearest Tabbachi, […] about a 10 minute walk. The cost is Euro 16 for a 12 hour ticket that includes water taxis in Venice. Be careful to check your receipt as we purchased 2 tickets for Euro 32 for my wife and I. But when we tried to use my ticket for a water taxi once in Venice, I was told that my ticket was only for bus and was worth Euro 1.10. I had to buy a water taxi ticket for Euro 6.50. Only then did I check our receipt and discovered that the receipts were dated for the previous day and although we paid Euro 32, we had been given receipts for 16 and 1.10 Euros respectively. When we got back to Mestre, we went to the Tabbachi (convenience store) and pointed this out. We wanted a refund, but the storekeeper would only agree to give us a new ticket, which did not help us as we were about to leave for Milan. If we could do things over we would have tried to get to Venice without the rental car and rather stayed in the center of Venice. Price of the hotel through Hotels.com saved us over 100 dollars for 1 night! We called the hotel to check room availability and they gave me the best rate. I then called my son in the USA and had him check the price on Hotels.com. The price was over $100 cheaper. Devamı

Jag är nöjd med min vistelse! Det var nära till busshållplatserna där det gick direkt bussar till Venedig, vilket var ett stort plus. Frukosten var pinsamt dyr (140kr/person) men var helt okey. Personalen var trevlig och hjälpsamma och rummen var fina :) Vi hittade världens bästa resturang i närheten av hotellet som hette Corte Sconta, grym personal […] och fantastisk mat. Devamı

Klanderfritt bemötande och bra hjälp med lokaltrafiken! Det finns en bra bussförbindelse in till Venedig med hållplats omkring 100 meter från hotellet; vill man komma hem lite senare på kvällen kan det dock bli krångligare. Unser erster Besuch in Venedig. Aufgrund des tollen Preis-/Leistungsverhältnisses buchten wir außerhalb von Venedig. Haben es nicht bereut. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Leider kann das Frühstück nur bis 9:30 h eingenommen werden. Zimmer sehr ruhig. Schlafsofa für unsere Töchter nicht so bequem. Badezimmer sehr geräumig. Weg zum Bustransfer […] nur 2 min. zu Fuß. Nuovo, che in Italia e difficile trovare un hotel nuovo. Bello..

L’hôtel est bien situé sur la rocade ce qui permet un accès facile si on a une voiture. L’hôtel est aussi bien que tous les autre hôtel Novotel dans lesquels j'ai été sauf peut-être la chambre qui est un brin plus petite mais sans que ça ne soit un handicap. Pour une court séjour à Venise en Famille, je pense qu'il n'y a pas mieux niveau confort. Le […] parking en ville (Mestre) coute entre 10 € et 15 € du coup j'ai opté pour le parking se trouvant à l'entrée de Venise (24 € / jour). Devamı

con l'autobus siamo a 10 mn da venezia e la stazione piu vicina si trova di fronte a LIDL. Per la cena vi consigliamo di andare nel cenmtro di mestre che si trova a 2 mn in macchina. tutto molto interessante e davvero economico.

Hotelli löytyi erittäin hyvin. Bussipysäkki neuvottiin hotellista ja sieltä sai myös ostaa bussiliput. Hyvä palvelu .

Hotellet har bra standard men ligger litt i utkanten av selve Venezia sentrum. Passet oss godt og det var uproblematisk å ta bussen inn til busstasjon/togstasjon. Hotellet har kun BBC World og CNN som engelsktalende kanaler.

Het was een hele leuke een sfeervolle hotel. Je hebt in de lobby wifi verbinding. Je kan lekker drinken bestellen beneden. Allemaal luxe. Hotelkamers worden elke dag goed schoongemaakt en je hebt ook nog eens vriendelijk en behulpzaam persooneel. Ben zeer tevreden met het hotel. Zeker een aanrader.

Hotel c/ boa infra estrutura, bem arrumado c/ piscina.Se estiver de carro a localização não é problema, caso contrario complica um pouco.Estive ano passado em Londres e Paris e fiquei hospedado em um Novotel que era bem superior a este, seja na aparencia , bem como nos serviços. Café da manha fraquissimo.

El servicio de transporte publico es deficiente por decir lo menos. Mal señalizado, los choferes imprudentes y mal educados. Si va a este hotel, procure otro medio para trasladarse a Venecia, que no esta cerca!. El hotel, no es muy confortable en general, aunque el personal es muy amable.

PERO......id cargados con antimosquitos (lociones, pulseras, pastillas) todo os vendrá bien....

Très bien, beaucoup de réceptionnistes parlent français. La navette pour Venise n'existe plus. Il faut prendre un car à 5/10 minute de l'hôtel puis compter environ 3/4 d'heure pour arriver à Venise. Les trajets se font simplement on est très bien orrientés à l'hôtel mais du coup prévoir 2 Euros par pers pour se rendre à Venise le 1er jour (attention […] pas de vente de tiquets dans le bus mais l'hotel en vend à la réception). Arrivé à venise, il est préférable d'investir dans un pass permettant l'accès illimité aux vaporétos, ce pass fonctionne aussi pour les trajets de bus (donc les aller-retour hotel/Venise). Un pass pour 48h coûte 26 Euros/pers. En comparaison un aller simple en vaporéto revient à 6 Euros/pers. Bémol sur la picine de l'hôtel qui ferme à 20h. Trop tôt pour l'été!!!! Les enfants ont appréciés la console de jeux mise à disposition ainsi que les 2 ordi. La wifi est gratuite!!! Demander le code à la réception. Bon Séjour! Devamı

Fint, praktisk hotel med kort afstand til Venedig - venlige folk, fin morgenmadsbuffet - virkede godt for en familie på 4 der skulle have en overnatning i nærheden af Venedig

Het hotel is heel goed, alleen de locatie is wat slechter. Het zit naast een weg waar vaak file is. Voor de rest is het wel aanbevolen.

Bra hotell med fin service och en bra frukost. Allt finns på hotellet, men restaurangen var aningen dyr jämfört med om man gick ut på stan. När vi var där strejkade kollektivtrafiken så vi kan inte uttala oss om hur det funkat att resa till Venedig från hotellet. Med tanke på hotellets placering mot busshållplats så borde det funka bra.

Fint hotel for børn og voksne. Nemt at komme til venedig!

This hotel was pretty new and a safe stay on our family trip. It was the nice price offer who was the reason to chose these hotel when We were there to enjoy Venezia. It was 35 min bustrip from the hotel. It was a typical business hotell, even they have an outdoor swimmingpool. There is no activity at or nearbye the hotel.
