There are a number of things about this hotel that could be better. The location is about 5 miles from what I consider the main strip in Dover (the hotel is next to the air force base. The room is fairly small, and the bathroom is small. The housekeeping does not work past 2:30 pm so if you need your room cleaned after that you are out of luck. But […] there are nice things too. The staff is generally friendly, they have a small but tasty free breakfast every morning, including fresh do it yourself waffles. And at the end of the day, this hotel just seems cozy. The Best Western Galaxy Was A Nice Hotel To Stay in The Onely Thing Was The Steps All Steps. Over All The Hotel Was Nice . Can't Take The Steps All The Time! Thank You

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very helpful. The only issue I have was I left a few articles of clothing behind & was unable to retrieve some of my items but other than that I really enjoyed my stay & the pool.

I didn't expect this hotel to be as nice or as well-maintained as it was, so I was pleasantly surprised. The price was excellent and the hotel felt very comfortable. I would stay there again.

Amanda at the desk was EXTREAMLY accomodating due to a mix up in booking I was given the wrong type of room for 2 adult males. Amanda went above and beyond to find another room for me and even got me a Smoking room at that! After a Frightful stay a couple of months ago in another "Chain" hotel, it is nice to know that there are still people out there […] that take a little pride in what they do and consider the customer first. Especially since the Hotel was experiencing a MAJOR rush at that time! 5 Stars to the staff there. I will certainly be looking forward to my next stay at the Galaxy very soon! Devamı

We were traveling and had a lot of luggage and ended up in a room on the second floor.. There is no elevator so it Was difficult to take our luggage up..staff was not very helpful either.

The breakfast was good and the staff pleasant but outside the building there was water(?) running all over...someone had spilled something on the steps that ended up being rather slippery and it smelled like "raw sewage" outside. So we were quite disappointed with that. There was so much dust on the lamp between the beds that when I went to turn that […] light on dust fell into my water! Devamı

Convenient to the route I was driving, comfortable and a great value

I was disappointed with this location. The hallway carpeting was very dirty, the cleanliness of the room could have been better, and when we walked in the room was very hot because the A/C was completely turned off. I guess you do get what you pay for.

For the price the hotel was very good. Clean room with good bed. Internet working well. Breakfast good too.

My husband and I initially reserved the room for 8 days. We needed an extended stay for 4 additional nights. Without hesitation, we knew we were going to extend at the Best Western!!!! Overall, reasonable value for the money. Ironic that they made a BIG deal about not smoking in the room (I asked for and received a non smoking room), but the hallways absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke. Yuck. I guess the other guests simply stepped into the hallway for a smoke .

very neat, top hotel in its class and rate. very affordable.

This hotel was fantastic. It was clean, beautiful and the staff was super friendly. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!!

Did not empty ashtrays or coffee maker, clean to1let bowl and sink, o replace used kleenex box. Also cobwebs and dust behind sink stand.

I requested and got a non-smoking room, however the carpet reeked of cigarette smoke. I had to spry it with a fabric deodorizer to try dissipate the smell. Other than that the accomodations were fine.

Hôtel bien situé près de la 1 sud. Excellent resto italien à proximité.On peut s'y rendre à pied. Chambre agréable et confortable . Personnel accueillant et attentif. Bon petit déjeuner continental .
