Maui Kamaole - Maui Condo & Home - Kihei

Beautifully decorated, amply supplied, very clean, and everything worked (all lights, appliances, etc.). Very nice and clean outdoor pool and spa, and lovely, well-maintained landscaping. Short walk to the beach, a couple great restaurants, etc. And very quiet; almost completely unaware of other residents.

This was our second time staying at the condos. It's very clean and centrally located to the best beaches and restaurants. The pool area and BBQ were spotless, with as many people using it, it was a nice surprise! I will definitely come back for a third and fourth time!!

Our unit (G107) was on the ground floor, near the road - which meant it's also near the beach. Slightly limited view, but we could see the sunset over the beach. It was quiet - only a little road noise in the front; but the bedroom was at the back, so quiet. The only small hiccup was the checkin instructions: we weren't told to go to the front desk, […] but they came and asked us to swing by, and we got stuff sorted very easily. The free WiFi in this unit was wonderful (thanks!), as was a huge TV and a selection of movie DVDs. We have stayed here on two occasions, each time in a different condo. Both have been well appointed, well maintained, and comfortable. The first one had boogie boards, snorkels, fins etc, and small comfortable beach chairs we could take with us when swimming at the beach. The second one's beach chairs were a little too low for us (we are both in our […] 70's)and decided to leave them at home, and there were no boogie boards, which we enjoy playing with in the ocean. We really do enjoy the Maui Kamaole Condos. The maintenance of the gardens and vegetation surrounding each group of condos is kept neat and tidy. The temperatures in the pools are just right, and the pools are maintained well. The people working at the site are always helpful, and happy, right down to the gardeners. Perfect location. Very clean and ell kept grounds and bbq's. would most definitely recommend 100% and restay again. The kids really enjoyed the pools and appreciated the short walk to, what we thought was the best beach, Kamaole 3.

The situation, the silence, the beautifull property itself, the fully furnished and atention to every detail in our condo unit. We had a wonderfull time there, and just don't have any complaint. Just check in their website the pictures of the condo they assign you before you go, not all the condos are beautifull.

I don't give high ratings easily -- but when we walked in the door of the Condo at Maui Kamaole after our long flight, we were blown away. The 2BR/2 Bath had tons of space, nicely decorated in a Polynesian style, with a complete kitchen and open floor plan leading to a deck. It is indeed walking distance (5 minutes) to a stunning sequence of beaches. […] Local supermarkets allowed us to stock up quick breakfasts, lunches, and snacks... They had all the beach towels, beach chairs you would need, plus boogie board and swimming masks. Gas grills allowed some easy dinners. We did not use the pool but they looked nice (not big). Wonderful experience. This condo H-202 has new furniture and a brand new kitchen. Views of the ocean are a bit limited, but overall this was a great unit close to all the shops in Kihei and Wailea. In addition, a couple of items needed to be handled by Maui Condo and Home, and they were courteous and reliable in their service.

We stayed in Condo A03 on the first floor. I had my doubts at first because of privacy on the lanai but there was no problem at all. The lanai had tasteful landscaping on both sides, which gave us the sense of having the beautiful lawn area all to ourselves. Our partial ocean view was lovely. This was the fourth time I stayed at Maui Kamaole - I have stayed there with 2, 3 and 4 people. The complex is beautiful and very well maintained - very tropical. All 4 of the units I have stayed in were large, clean and well stocked with everything you might need. I will stay there again next year. A+++

Nice large unit. Advertised as ocean view which technically it has but other units have much better views. Beds and in particular the sofa bed need updating. Very small tv! Excellent complex but units really vary so check out reviews for the exact unit you will be getting.

Lovely condo! Everything we needed, very clean, easy to locate, and quiet. We felt as comfortable as if we were in a friend's home. Little personal touches gave the condo that homey feel. I would definitely request this condo again on a future visit to Beautiful Maui, or recommend it to a friend. If you are in to hiking to the beach and bbq'ing on a parking lot then this is the place for you. Had to leave and check in to a hotel for the last 3 days of our stay. The picture of the property "showed us the daughter and sold us the grandmother." Do not get caught they way we did.

My wife and I spent our tenth anniversary on Maui. This condo (H-106) has a great ocean view from the back patio. This was our first trip to Maui and guess what, we shall return. The only problem was our last night. A new guest moved in to H-206 above us and it sounded like, there was a football game was going on. That was the only problem. The owner was very kind to fully furnished the condo unit with a lot of basic necessities. Plenty of beach towels and beach gears stored away for the use. Kitchen is fully furnished as well with wine glasses etc, very kind owner.

Been to Maui several times and this was our first in a condo (all 4 or 5-star hotels previously). Overall it was great. What I like best is the location. Maui Kamaole is in the southernmost part of Kihei, so it's really close to Wailea, Makena, etc. The complex is nice (has two pools) and a quick walk to Kam III beach & park. We found the room H106 to be great. Not only did it have an ocean view, but the owners had tried to include so many extras, from kitchen utensils to beach chairs! It was greatly appreciated. Recommended.

WE HAVE JUST RETURNED FROM A WEEK AT MAUI KAMAOLE AND TRAVELLING FROM NEW ZEALAND I WAS A BIT NERVOUS ABOUT WHAT TO EXPECT, BUT WAS SO IMPRESSED WITH THE PROPERTY. THE PHOTOS DON'T DO IT JUSTICE AT ALL, THE GARDENS ARE BEAUTIFUL AND THE UNITS VERY COMFORTABLE - A HOME AWAY FROM HOME. WE HAD 2 YOUNG CHILDREN WITH US AND THE TWO BEDROOM UNIT WAS GREAT, […] BUT WE PROBABLY COULD HAVE EVEN DONE A ONE BEDROOM. WE ONLY BOOKED A GARDEN ROOM BUT COULD SEE THE OCEAN SO WERE VERY SPOILT. WE HAD B204 AND IT WAS NICELY DECORATED IN HAWAIIAN STYLE AND HAD EVERYTHING YOU COULD POSSIBLY NEED FOR YOUR VACATION RIGHT DOWN TO SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER. IT WAS VERY CLEAN AND TIDY. THIS WAS OUR FIRST TIME IN A CONDO AND WOULD DEFINITELY BOOK ONE AGAIN. THE POOLS WERE GREAT AND THE FRONT ONE IS HEATED SLIGHTLY WHICH WAS PERFECT FOR OUR BABY. WE REALLY COULDN'T FAULT THE PROPERTY AND WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND IT AND WOULD LOVE TO RETURN AT SOME POINT IN THE FUTURE. KEHEI IS A PERFECT PLACE FOR FAMILIES AND I THINK KIWIS AND AUSSIES WOULD LOVE IT AS ITS A BIT MORE LOW KEY THAN THE HIGH RISE AND UPMARKET AREAS OF KA'ANAPALI AND WAILEA. We really like these condos. Location, gardens, & views are excellent. All the personel at both Maui Kamaole and Maui Condo & Home were very helpful. We asked to change our unit a few days into our stay for one with better air conditioning and were given very curteous assistance by all the people at Maui Condo & Home to do so. Fabulous Home away from home in C-209 with all the amenities our family needed. The condo was fully stocked with boogie boards, snorkels, games, towels, bedding...anything you would need. People had left spices and a few staples in the cupboards.We left stuff too. A fully stocked kitchen, we only needed to buy food. Cleaners, laundry soap, dishwasher […] soap, garbage bags...all that stuff was provided.The walk to the beach was 5 minutes. Our lanai was spacious and a great place for breakfast every morning. We were close to the pool and the noise was cut off by 10 pm and all was silent. The grocery store was 10 mins away by car and Kahalui, where the Costco is located, was a 20 minute drive. Really convenient. We loved our central location to all Maui's sites. Yes food was a little more expensive about 20 % more. You might want to opt for chicken or pork in Maui because beef is 12.99/lb. Salmon was cheaper at 10.99/lb. We really enjoyed our stay and we are sure you will too. We will be back! The property is beautiful! Devamı

I loved the location of this place. It was across the street from Kamaole Beach III, which was a good swimming, sunbathing and snorkel spot. It was also across the street from the boat ramp, which was convenient for early morning dive boat trips. The grounds were well maintained. We stayed in unit H201, which was listed as having an ocean view. Yes, […] technically, I could see the ocean but a few palms interfered with the limited view. The unit itself was a roomy two-bedroom with two baths. A few updates had been made, such as appliances, a flat screen TV and the bathrooms. However, the beds and the pillows were horribly uncomfortable. All three of us slept extremely poorly and very little during our week-long trip due to the rock-hard, cheap feeling mattresses and pillows. I was desperate enough that I tried using towels, an extra blanket, my own clothes and a couch cushion as a pillow. I wish that the money spent on the new stove, BluRay player and TV had been spent in the bedrooms. Personally, I could care less about watching TV while I'm in Maui. A comfortable bed is the most important thing for me after a long day of playing outside. The unit was poorly cleaned before our arrival. The under-sink area was smelly, with spills left uncleaned around the garbage can. We found a huge mass of long, black hair stuck to the wall of the shower, which makes me wonder if it was cleaned at all. I would recommend this building but not this unit until new beds are purchased. Devamı

We booked a two bed, two bath condo with ocean view (for two adults and two teenagers) and we were allocated unit 212 which received poor reviews from previous occupants. However, overall we we were very happy with our stay at Maui Kamaole. The location is great. Kihei has nice local beaches and a friendly atmosphere that includes locals as well as […] tourists. Our condo was in a very nice location with easy parking and access to the two pools. It was also very quiet - hardly saw neighbors - and the view from our balcony was beautiful, especially at sunset. As indicated by a previous review, the decor in the condo was a little 'tired' but everything worked and we were supplied with plenty of towels/bed linen. Bedroom one had two twins and loft bedroom had a double. Additional supplies included beach stuff such as bodyboard and beach umbrellas and a small 'library' of paperbacks which made it quite homely. Condo management were easy to contact and very friendly - they were happy to arrange a late departure on our final day so that we could have a final morning at Makena beach - the best in Maui. What an amazing condo & complex. If you want to relax and feel like you're at home and not an overpriced hotel, this is the place! Each condo has different decor (as expected since each has a different owner), so one condo may be 5 star while another maybe needing some re-stlying -- but even those are perfectly acceptable. 5th time back to Maui Kam. […] Across the street from the beach. We had a condo on the second floor with an ocean view. The location was excellent with quick access to Kihei and Wailea. The suite was clean and had ample sheets and towels. The grounds were very well maintained and we all loved the pools. The gas BBQs located throughout the grounds and at the pool were also very convenient. The only comfort complaints […] I had were that the air conditioning could have been stronger, a single AC window unit wasn't able to keep up. The ceiling fans did help though. Two bedroom with loft means the loft acts as a second bedroom. The first condo we checked into we could not figure out how to work the a/c unit, we were quickly moved to another condo that was excellent. I would recommend this place to anyone and would stay there again.

オープンから２０年以上たっているので、部屋のなかが心配でしたが、さすがにリニューアル時期に来ているのか、リモデルも完全に出来ていました。 とくにキッチンは最新型になっていましたし、壁・壁紙も真っ白で気持ちが良いです。 あまり評価できない点は、ベッドがクイーンとなっていたのですが、日本でいうところのダブルサイズくらいしかなく、移動する前に宿泊していホテルのキングサイズに比べると半分くらいに感じました。 環境はあいかわらず素晴らしく、鳥のさえずりと椰子の葉音で朝を迎えられる広さは このコンドならではと思います。

リビングのテーブル上のライトが頻繁に消えるため電球を変えてもらいましたが、それでも電球のカバーを取り付けるとまたすぐに消えてしまうので、滞在中は電球のカバーを外して裸電球でした。寝室の電気も故障しており、部屋から漏れる明かりを頼りに入浴という状態でした。

初マウイでH-202の2BRに4泊しました。 キヘイの中心からは離れているため、車は必須ですが、閑静でとてもきれいなコンドミニアムでした。部屋も大変きれいに維持されており、100m2はオアフではまずない快適な空間を提供してくれました。 Ocean Viewでしたが、部屋の角度で海は窓から半分見える程度で、少し期待はずれでしたが、その他は完璧なコンドミニアムだと思います。 キヘイに数ある他のコンドミニアムはわかりませんが、絶対にお勧めです。

Great condo with all the necessities. However the location is pretty far out in nowhere on Maui. If you want to go anywhere to eat or see places you will have to drive. Great condo especially for families with younger children in a safe area. For others I would recommend staying closer to town.
