Quality Suites Lake Buena Vista - Orlando

The only thing about the stay is the traffic getting from the interstate to the hotel. This is nobody's fault and to be expected in this area. The hotel was beautiful, staff was friendly, and everything was clean. I would definitely stay here again!

The most uncomfortable bed I have ever felt. Lights outside the window so bright I thought it was 6:00 am all night. There was no way to block out all the light coming in. Horrible insulation. I could hear every sound from toilets flushing to the elevator moving. With so many other options, I'm sorry I decided to stay here.

Wonderful hotel. The room was much nicer than I expected! Pillows and bed were comfortable. Location was great, located at the Crossroads plaza right across from DisneyWorld. Great variety of restaurants. Would definitely recommend this to a friend.

Conditioner was REALLY noisy. Everything else was good.

I recently stayed with my family from Wednesday through Saturday. The location was outstanding for Disney and Sea World. The only turn off was the staff at breakfast time. It is clearly a family oriented demographic with the location near all of the attractions. The full breakfast is also a great draw for families. However, when they say the breakfast […] ends at 9:30, they really mean 9:29 and not a second longer. The two mornings we had breakfast there, I watched the staff go into the serving room with 8 - 10 guests still getting food. They turned off the lights and started taking the food away from the guests who were standing there trying to finsh filling their plates. Love the location of this hotel and the price

The only complaints I could make would be that the bathtub had a sticky anti-slip base which was becoming detached making it a bit tatty. The bathroom is a bit tired. The breakfast bar is very chaotic due mainly to the poorly thought-out layout. Service stops promptly at 9.30 Noisy air-con units if you get the wrong room. Luckily we were able to open […] or windows and switch it off (it is in a cupboard in the bedroom) Would be unbearable on a hot evening though. This apartment was great. I can see it would suit a family or couple looking to make the most of a trip to Disney. Bed was comfortable and room was clean.

Good location, reasonable cost. Hotel in decent shape. Comfortable beds. Only issue was housekeeping could have been better.

This hotel is the perfect place to take your family to stay for the theme parks. I went for business, but it was very conveniently located next to the World Center's convention center. The kitchen and full sized fridge were perfect for a quick dinner. The room was clean and quiet. The free breakfast was just fine for a continental, cereals, milk, juices, […] fruit, bread, sausage and eggs. Overall, it was a great deal. Cheap price, but wouldn't stay there as a business traveller. Internet access was choppy at best and for my stay was not functional the entire period. Business center only has wired connection and no phone. The rooms are dated, bathrooms OLD and the bathtub had a slow drain so I had to balance around while showering because it started to back up. The […] guy at check out didn't really care to address those concerns, just asked me if I was ready to check out and that was it. There was a woman there as well and she however displayed exceptional customer service under the circumstance. She tried to tell me that not all Quality Inns are the same (because I said I'd never stay here again) and really tried to support Quality Inns reputation. Quality Suites, Lake Buena Vista - perfect for a family visit to Disney when staying off-site... short drive to Disney and other parks... also Ideal for Convention Center Trips... short drive. Nice 2 room suites - Bedroom / TV / Kitchen room with pull out couch for children or additional guest. Hotel Staff very friendly.

The hotel staff was very friendly, and the location is pretty central to both Disney, Universal, and Sea World parks. The room was clean and comfortable but needs some updating. The nightly rate is a little pricey considering that it only has one room and one bathroom. Maybe the fact that we stayed on New Years Eve affected the rate a little. Don't let the pictures fool you. The hotel is right next to a big road and the area is as dreary as the rest of resort-land. Wifi: a bit slow. Breakfast: all the fat and sugar you can eat. Kitchen: small, but probably usable. Beds: Fine. AC: a bit noisy. Area: walking distance to strip mall with a few restaurants and bars. Parking: free and OK.

Overall a good deal for the money. Unfortunately the AC was quite noisy and made it for a restless night. Otherwise would have been a great experience.

I reserved an additional night via Hotels.com and told the hotel staff so there wouldn't be a problem and I was assured there wouldn't be. However, when we returned to the hotel for the additional night we were locked out and had to go around to the front entrance to get in. Not a big problem but when you are assured there wouldn't be a problem it is […] vexing. The toilet had a problem but that was fixed immediately. There was some sort of leak. However, the kitchen cabinet door fell off on the morning of our final day. It wasn't secure to begin with but finally gave out as we were leaving. We wanted the extra bed so it was very convenient to have th pull out couch and the furniture and other fixtures were new and the decor was tasteful etc. Overall we were very pleased and would stay again as the hotel was very convenient to the parks. The staff was friendly etc. The pool was closed the entire time we were there which was disappointing. It opened the morning we left. Devamı

The Good - Suite was clean. Included a full fridge. We were able to check in early (7:15 AM). Queen beds and the pull-out sofa were a plus. Pool was under repair, but that really didn't matter since we spent most of our time at the parks. I'd go back. This hotel was amazing from the staff to the spacious and clean room. The free breakfast is really good too! Will definitely be staying here again!

This is by far one of the best hotels I have stayed in on a vacation. The room(s) were a great size with a tv in each room. It was so convenient to have a kitchen in our suite. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel staff were all very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was good. Great location for Disney World! The only negative thing I could say […] is that the couch was a little hard and not too comfy to sit on. Also, walking barefoot in the room yielded dirty feet, but I would almost expect that from any hotel. Even with that said, I will deinifely stay here again when I go back! Devamı

The fire alarm went off by accident for about 15 minutes at around 6:30 AM Since it was a false alarm, it is hard to understand what took so long to shut it off. But that said, if there was a real fire - no one could claim they did not hear the alarm!

carpet was very dirty

I was very disappointed at Quality Suites in Lake Buena Vista. The hotel is very dated and looks dirty and run down. There was rust on the towel racks, carpets looked and smelled dirty. The hot breakfast attracted me, however, it was the same exact menu every day (we were there for 6 days).

If you are looking for a comfort and secure. Not a big hotel this is the one. Good neighborhood good breakfast and very clean. the service is great. Close to the attraccion

It better than what I expected. The room was nice and clean.

We, family of 5, ended taying here for 6 nights. This hotel is close to all Orlando attrcations. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. The kids liked the pool a lot. Overall a good choice for a family with kids.

My 11 month old daughter was crawling on the floor in our room and when I picked her up her knees and legs were black (covered in dirt). Everyone kept their shoes on for the rest of our stay. It made me think that if the floors were that dirty, what else in the room wasn't cleaned properly. Aside from the dirty room, we went to have the complimentary […] breakfast which was served from 7-10am. There were a lot people there and line ups for food and right at 10 they took everything away and turned off all the milk and juice machines, as well as the tea and coffee machines. Those waiting in line didn't get to eat nor did they get anything to drink. Definately wouldn't go back to this hotel. Devamı

Sofa convertible to bed, not worked at all time. A mainteining guy came and tryed to help us, but finaly said next Monday come new furniture, so we experience a very low quality in beds availability. Sofa never worked at all.

We were looking for a hotel in the downtown Disney area for just one night after our 5 night stay in one of disneys better resorts. We typically stay in Hampton inns and embassey suites and have good experiences with those. Since those hotels were not available we took a chance on this hotel. It was adequate for a one night stay but would not recommend […] it for a multiple night stay if you are staying off the Disney property for any length of time. The biggest negatives were that the bathroom smelled of urine and the room we were in faced the pool, which had a huge spotlight that shone into our room at night between the decrative wall curtain and hanging curtains so the room was never truly dark. The pull out couch that we had to use to sleep our 5th person had a very uncomfortable bar across it that made it uncomfortable sleeping and the furniture looked dirty. Last, the breakfast was cleared out promptly in about 90 seconds flat so if you do stay there and want to eatake sure you get there 15 minutes before closing time and not just a few minutes before. II doubt I will ever stay in a quality suites due to this experience. I'm thankful I didn't pay full price for it. Devamı

This was a very comfortable stay. Generally, I hate hotels because they are impersonal and treat guests as cogs in the machine. I prefer B&Bs because I like the personal touch. And this, being a one night, quickly planned and executed trip. I expected the worst. We were greeted warmly. The desk clerk, although not required to, offered to help with our […] luggage (we declined). The room wasn't perfect when we entered, so I called the desk. The deskclerk called me by name,m not by room number and addressed my concerns within minutes. I had to return to the desk to ask questions about the hotel, and each time, I was treated with respect and addressed personally. The fact that the deskclerks (both of them) remembered my name every time blew me away. The concierge greeted me politely, answered my questions directly and sent me away with maps, directions and a feeling that she was concerned about my safety, my time, and whether or night I returned to this hotel in the future. When I returned a couple of hours later, she called out to me by name (the name thing is very important to me, as you can tell) and asked, "Did you find it okay?" and "I am glad I could help." I am very happy with this hotel this short trip and plan to return to this hotel in the future. Devamı
