Havaalanindan taksi ayarlamak zor. Ingilizce anlamiyor gibi yapiyorlar. Biz otele vardigimizda, adamin istedigi fiyati vermek istemedik ve "concierge"e havaalanı-otel normal fiyatini soralim dedik. 8 Haziran 2009, saat 13:00 sularindaki mavi gozlu concierge taksicinin tarafini tuttu ve bize yalan soyledi. This hotel is located within an easy walking distance to all of St. Petersburg's best sights and several great restaurants. Service at the hotel is very friendly and the hotel's breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of excellent choices. Would definitely stay here again.

I have been to St P Burg many times but always lived outside the city centre. this time location was more important than price and quality. The location is the best. closse to everything but off the main street and away from noise. I was welcomed in the style of a tsarina - while the Tsar famiy was still in fashion. It was as if they had been waiting […] for me. The reception was professional, friendlyand very effecient. So was the concierge. The people in the bar need more English and also a lectin in service. My room - spotless! I have never really thought of the pride some people put into their job in cleaning hotel rooms - we all tend to take it for granted. The lady who did my room must be one of those who find pleasure and pride in doing her uttermost. It was a pure pleasure to live in a room so immaculate and clean. ( I felt like measureing the height of the bathtowel folds to see if they were equally high - I think they would have been :) I will recommend the hotel to everyone! I will go back!!! Devamı

Hi, I have visited the hotel 2012 new year, The hotel is new, clean, nice rooms. The location is 7 minutes from from the central location, the neighborhood is quit, cheaper and better restaurants are located near the hotel (Teplo is a very good one), The hotel crew is LOVELY, nice, helping. The prices of the coffee in the hotel is expensive, no option […] to store cold drink in the mini- bar (they close it). So you pay for everything that is not basic. I can't say enough nice things about this hotel. The atmosphere was terrific, the rooms were spacious, the staff were friendly and accommodating and they had rooms that were large enough for three adults. The location was within minutes of Nevski Prospecht, St. Isaac's Cathedral, the Hermitage, and the Russian Museum. The neighborhood seemed safe and […] it was an easy walk from the Metro station. There were plenty of reasonably priced cafes and coffee shops within walking distance. Devamı

Boutique Hotel...adequate gym, friendly staff, no assistance with luggage, great linen, smallish bathroom, comfortable room with great light blocking drapes. Near St. Isaac's Church and not far from Hermitage and Neva River. Neighborhood is kind of Soviet era style and a bit depressing. Take the hop on bus tour and visit Nevsky Prospect.

Hotellet angav familjevänligt på hemsidan och det började bra med servicen att bli hämtad på flygplatsen med bilbarnstolar i bilen. Hotellet var fint och låg på gångavstånd från det mesta. Tyvärr var roomservice ingen höjdare och en del av personalen lite ovänlig. Hotellet har bra beliggenhet i forhold til de viktigste severdighetene,i god gåavstand. Menge butikker og restauranter i nærheten. God atmosfære og personlig. Litt gammeldags men også moderne. God service og vi ble godt tatt vare på

hotel accogliente e ben posizionato, tranquillo e molto silenzioso camera superior confortevole così come i servizi di palestra e sauna ristorante di buona qualità e prezzo adeguato consigliabile se non si vuole essere nel pieno centro ma ad una distanza molto ridotta (5-10 min a piedi dall Nievski)

The hotel is so good. Place is the best in this city.
