two disappointment when i got there it i snot clear on the website that a "double room" means only one bed... i don't know if i should blame the hotel or the hotel.com. also i phoned to make sure there was a shuttle to airport, i have been answered "yes , it's 8 $" bur when i fially get there, no shuttle of any kind... otherwise, for the price it's […] good value: clean, quiete, close to the airport. This is suppose to be a good hotel with a full kitchen with dishes and when i got there it a total of 2 forks 1 knife 2 spoons no bowls and 1 cooking utinsil i can honestly say i have stayed in better places

After reading the reviews I was very nervous about what the condition of the hotel room would appear to be. My boyfriend and I agreed CLEAN would be the word to look for - we didnt need fancy. I was very surprised at how well kept the hotel was and the room was perfect for our 1 week stay. This stay was a last minute desision. Have stayed at this location previously. Property has some maintance needed in some areas. Value for the price.

Looks nice from the outside but in the inside it loks like there is drug dealing inside. To tell you that the soap has a sticker that says please report prostitution and if you are being hold against your will!! Would not recommend.

bad neighborhood. Cops showed up cause I was sitting in my car. Toilet ran. Doors are broken to outside. This is a tear down and start over. Knights inn is a better bet on a budget in the same area. Almost anything is.

I can't say enough about how horrible this hotel is. The first thing I noticed was the ants in the bathroom, cockroaches in the kitchen and the smell of the place. But the real kicker was when I got out of the shower and found some stranger had THROWN A BEER BOTTLE THRU MY WINDOW. I called the office immediately and told them what happened. They apologized, […] but I checked out anyway. Then the next day I got a message from the manager saying "you need to pay for the window you broke, this is being turned over to the police" needless to say I was completely outraged. Suburban Hotel was close to many community and business locations. I was very impressed with the customer service, the quietness, and the cleanliness of the Hotel, especially for the reduced rate. I was somewhat hesitant to book the room after reading the prior customer reviews, but I am so glad I went anyway...perception is always one's opinion, but […] this hotel exceeded my expectations! Well where should I start, 1st I check in go to the room open the door to room 247 its tiny like a walk-in closet but add a little kitchen a bathroom and a bed. Ok I booked a room with double beds but I get there and its one single bed. When does 2 ever equal 1? Then I pull back sheets and covers I see 3 rather nasty looking bugs that scurry off into […] the darkness behind the headboard. I quickly ask for a new room I get 241 to be exact. I saw a baby roach.. which means, there are others. Bathrooms were disgusting and discolored stains everywhere. Carpet matted with black stains..curtains ripped, tv barely worked. Not even worth the money..

I was a student doing a rotation in Dallas. I went for an affordable hotel because I was rarely going to be there. Unfortunately the local pimps also like cheap hotels. The front doors were propped open at night. My first night there, someone opened my room with a functioning key at Midnight. Security never came. I confronted the person in the hallway […] who claimed they were doing an empty room check at midnight. Bugs in the room, and a very large mirror next to the bed for the most common occupants. Till. Snyder stay here. Bugs roaches unclean. If u stay here bring bleach and a lysol. This is grossly place to stay.

What you see is not what you get. This hotel room had cobwebs, insects, towels were dirty, room stunk, the beddings were old and awful. We had to cancel the reservation upon arrival. The overall price for the room was really cheap. The only complaint i had was that their were a lot of creepy people sitting in the halls of the hotel. Everytime we would open the door to walk out someone would peek through their door to see who it was. We were afraid they might jack our stuff.

The toilet did not work and there were dead bugs on the floor.

My criticism of my stay is the noise level were much too high to have a good night sleep.Loud refrigs, microwaves,ice machines, vendor machines and outside traffic are easily heard inside the rooms.

I felt like I was in a crack alley and I overpaid on hotels.com I felt I paid twice as much has the room was for one night due to the surroundings. There was a liquor store right next door so that may have been where the undesirable traffic came from. The front desk clerk also told me there were a lot of topless bars in the area. I only stayed 1 night, […] but the room as well as the hotel smelled old. I tolerated it for 1 night, but anything more than that I would have left. Unless it is extremly cheap to you and you are only staying 1 night, you maybe dissappointed. Devamı

The room was hot for most of the night and got cooler towards next morning. There was no phone. The taxi cab requested was not timely available.

I should have read all of the reviews before making the reservation. The room was thick with the smell of mold and mildew. There was no hot water for a shower. I woke up unable to breathe and started feeling sick from the smell. In fact, I'm still sick after spending one night in this place. Do NOT go to this hotel. The hotel is falling apart and is very badly run. It had roaches, lumpy and smelly mattresses, thin and old towels and air conditioners that make strange loud noises. The front desk was friendly but not very effective. I had to ask for the weekly room cleaning thrice. I had to get different room items, like the cooking pans, the coffee maker and dish […] rags which the room is supposed to have and after repeated attempts got these one at a time. Devamı

The room was in a great location for the price but there was some ants inside the bathroom, as well when i ask for clean towels on the front desk it took 5hrs to provide me with towels and for me to able to take a shower to go out. I believe then need to hire people so customer dont have to be waiting for a service we have paid for. Thank You.
