Very comfortable......great location.....wonderful staff

Excellent value for the money. Room was small but very well maintained. Asked for a handicap room and were acommodated.

third time I stay there. friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, beach services, good location (far but not too much from south beach), bug keeping in mind it's a 3-4 star hotel, so there's no room service, valet (although there is a parking lot) nor much frills... but highly recommended.

We were welcomed when we arrived, and allowed to check in at 11:00! The location is great, right by the beach! Everyone was helpful and kind. The setting is lovely, they have a little courtyard.

A nice small hotel, a bit far away from the "action" on South Beach, though. The room was very light and clean, with a comfortable bed. The pool area was smaller than I thought based on the pictures. However, the hotel is just off the beach, so we ended up not spending any time by the pool in any case.

Heavy sleepers only... the hotel sports the original single pane windows, the city buses are a bit loud. The small room I stayed in was on the first floor by the pool. I am fortunate to be a heavy sleeper, but could be annoying for those less fortunate. The statement the the room a coffee maker is incorrect. Flat screen televisions, but few digital […] channels. This place is more ike a youth hostel than an hotel for business people. We were attending an attorney's function and I could not bring anyone back to the hotel, certainly not to my cell of a room. The front door was under construction. The ice machines didn't work. The room consisted of a bed with a window overlooking a parking garage. Awesome Hotel, Great price, Great Location I highly recommend it!!!

This hotel has a modern, trendy look and feel to it. The rooms are spacious and clean and even though my room overlooked the pool area, it was relatively quiet. I enjoyed the staff's courteous and helpful attitude but what I enjoyed less was the "full breakfast" served in the lobby restaurant - it needs to be more diverse; same scrambled eggs EVERY […] morning, no yogourt or fresh fruit and Frosted flakes cereal??? Nice interior courtyard. Intersting architecture and decor. Not as roomy as a modern hotel. Rather noisy. Beach is just across the street.

Very European and great for the money. Location was good, too close to the beach. Always cleaning.

Was first put in a room on the front of the building that had such loud traffic noise that it was completely intolerable. But the staff moved me to a back room that was wonderful.... definitely a great hotel as long as avoid the street!

Ok hotel, but you need a car to get to where the action is.

Hotel is badly in need of repairs, it is misrepresented in the advertisement. it should be a half star instead of 3 1/2 star.

This was a great little hotel. There was parking right next door and the beach is right across the street. there is also a little cafe & market next door. Had some issues with my room key not working but other than that the hotel was wonderful. Great price, great location!

We would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again. The hotel was very clean. Cute little pool area and a great garden/terrace for having drinks and sitting with friends. Close to South Beach and other surrounding popular areas. Great Stay for the value.

Don't accept rooms on the back, you will have a pain in ass carring on your stuff. Otherwise pretty cool on Collins, close to everything in MiBe

Overall it's not a bad hotel. Our room was clean except that the bathtub was peeling. A block from the beach which is amazing and easy to access. Only a few restaurants to walk to. We ended up taking a cab somewhere else for dinner. No electrical outlets by the bed but pretty good wi-fi. Good bargain for the cost.

We found this hotel to be charming and very well kept up. The staff was as friendly and helpful as I have ever seen. Very good value for the money, and we'd defintely go back.

I showed up on a rainy afternoon to my room with a terrible mechanical buzzing sound louder than the hard rain. Turns out the Giant AC unit for the building was either poorly insulated or out of repair - no way you'd sleep through that without chemical help. Additionally, the bathroom tile work was sloppy and the cheap wood flooring was laid with big […] cracks between the boards. I got moved to another room to find the sink there barely attached to the wall and a busted (but still functioning) shower head. One room and the lobby ceilings showed big stains from roof leaks. Both rooms had scary looking electrical outlets.... FYI, the internet is free but unsecured, so a poor choice to try to run anything secure or to use any passwords. The elevator is from the 50's or maybe earlier and is covered in drab red paint, labeled as the "ugly red elevator" - hey at least that part is obvious to see. I have NO idea how this hotel got rated 3.5 stars. This is a 2, 2.5 at best. Devamı

Cute boutique hotel with modern decor. The concierge desk had the same tours we were planning on taking so we booked with them and didn't have to worry about taxi's. To go into South Beach at night, we just picked up a taxi at the Marriott accross the street. We'd stay here again =)

I found this hotel to be in excellent shape. Room was very clean as was the rest of the hotel. The bar was excellent Jorge the bartender was great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, and I will come back. Nice location it was quiet in comparison to other hotels in the South Beach area.

The location is great, the beach is right across the street. The staff is super nice very helpful. Housekeeping could come more often to trow away the trash. Need more towels. Over all it was good :-)

I stayed here with my boyfriend for only one night. It was okay for the short stay. The hotel could use some renovations (carpeting and bathrooms), but overall it was okay. The room was small, but not uncomfortable. In the middle of the night we were awaken by a crying woman near our door, so that wasn't so much fun, but that was the only time that […] happened. Hotel staff is very nice, parking is convenient, but a little expensive. I would recommend that if you are only staying there one night that you park accross the street because parking is free at night until 7 am the next morning. My boyfriend parked there with no issues. We stayed at this hotel for my 50th Birthday and had a fabulous time. The staff was very courteous, loved the location and room, they even upgraded us for no additional charge. We would recommend this hotel for anyone that want's to be near the beach and less than a $20 cab fare to the South Beach action.

The floors need to be re-done

we were across a busy street to the beach and not a safe place at night. homeless people, no shops nearby. no food at hotel edible. do not get their hot wings they are smoked chicken wings, terrible. lights went out in room and unable to fix. the second time the return trip from the bahamas they put us next door to a crying baby and then had to put […] us in a single with a rollaway. we misbooked and when we tried to get a room for a weekend night which was our original rate suddenly was twice the price more. ice machine did not work in courtyard. had to go to second floor to get ice. ice machine room not even marked. but clean with hallway needing carpet overdue and worn. It was great!! was our honeymoon and after being in the Dominican Republic your hotel was such a wonderful soothing place for us! Thank you for having us and hopefully can visit again. The location was absolutely wonderful.

A beautiful, small hotel in mid-beach. Pretty little pool. One block from well-maintained beach. Beach chair rental and beach umbrella rental are not included in room charge. Friendly and professional staff. If you want your sheets changed and new towels and add'l shampoo, you must request full-service.
