great hotel & great location. breakfast good. only complaint is the noise from the streets at night/ early hours as windows do not block the noise out & its a stretch to says there is a gym - just a few broken bits of equipment! having said that this is our third visit as location is everything!

Although in a great location we stayed on floor two and were disturbed by regular early morning noise in street. Hotel is more like a large hostel with no bar or lounge available. Wouldn't give it 4 stars.

Very noisy at night, up to 4am in the morning people returning from clubs & bars along the streets below. Could not get wi fi in the room, had to go to a bar a couple of doors away.

Convenient location a block from the beach and an easy walk to the old part of town for dining and strolling. Our top-floor room had a nice outdoor patio that overlooked the square and looked toward the castle, but we were lucky to have one of the few rooms with such a patio. The breakfast provided was worth the discounted price offered when the reservation […] was made, but I wouldn't pay the full 10 euros asking price for a walk-in customer. Front desk staff spoke adequate English and tried to be helpful, but was out of stock of the local walking maps. Biggest complaint was with the free wireless internet service that was promised. It barely worked and seemed to be way over-subscribed. WiFi would usually not respond except very early in the morning before most guests were awake, rendering it nearly useless both in the room and in the hotel lobby. Devamı

Nice hotel, good size rooms, very clean. Hotel is centrally situated in old Alicante near the Town Hall and Cathedral. Unfortunately the small streets around the hotel echo at night when the bars close, and both the town hall and cathedral have clocks that chime and bells that ring. Bring earplugs! This hotel is centrally located, very close to lots of restaurants and bars.It can therefore be a bit noisy in the early hours. The check in staff were very friendly and professional. It had a very small gym, clean and ok for a quick workout. Breakfast was in a small restaurant and had a good selection of cooked and continental items. It was all self […] service. The Hotel was adequate but it should have Coffee or Tee making facilities. Furthermore, there is no lounge you could spend some time in to read a paper or wait for a Taxi. Breakfast was quite good. The room was kept very clean and linen changed every day, even the sheets, which we found was not necessary.

The hotel is located on the main Plaza across the street from the city hall.It was difficult to find even with GPS, because of many walking streets that are around the Plaza. We finally asked a policemen who pointed to the hotel. We were actually right on the Plaza but because there isn't a significant sign we didn't see it. They have a reserved parking […] spot on the street which was very convenient but in the morning we moved the car to a public parking area 5 min away near the beach for about 3euros. The hotel is right in the middle of the town so restaurants and sightseeing is all near by.The staff was friendly, spoke English, the room was large facing the square. Overall very good for the money. Don't bother paying the extra for breakfast, it's poor value and you can go next door for a coffee and there are many good eating places very close. If you are English and a tea addict you will want to take your own tea bags and buy an electric kettle when you get there, If you open the window in your room, the noise […] from outside is excessive. Very good value for money. Front desk provided excellent help and support regarding car rentals, recommendations, etc. A very disappointing aspect was access to internet in the room, although free WiFi is provided and the WiFi connection was available there was no access to internet around 80% of the times I tried to use it.

Excellent hotel and location. Receptionist was very helpful and recommended places to see and go. She spoke excellent English and even upgraded our room to a spacious suite. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again if our travels bring us to Alicante (charming and picturesque town).

The hotel is well situated, the staff is friendly and helpfull. Alicante itself is quite calm this time of year, but it is still no problem finding restaurants & shops within 5 min walk. The main market is a must!

located just next to the beach, the port and explanada de españa. you can walk to the city center and the commercial area. less than 10 minutes drive from the train station. the hotel is friendly and welcoming, the staff was super nice. highly recommended!

We stayed Thursday to Tuesday. Surrounding area VERY NOISY on Thursday/ Friday & Saturday through the night. Asked at reception if they had a quieter room and although they offered a different room they advised that ALL rooms had noise issues over weekend. Room was fine, big bathroom, we stayed in room 301, there was some street noise at night but I think the rooms at the front of the hotel that look out the square would be quieter although they were more expensive. There is a nice terrace on the roof if its sunny and very convenient location for everything.

There was no Internet in my room. There were no English tv channels but worst of all it was extremely noisy. I could not recommend this hotel because I did to sleep well for two nights.

Very well located, though a tad difficult to find, especially if arriving by car. We booked for one night, to break a journey south, en route to Malaga. The hotel was nice but I thought the decor was average. I was a bit put off because there was a damp spot in the bathroom which had spoors coming out it. It was right over the toilet.

v good but make sure you request non smoking if you dont smoke. our room smelt a bit as we were on a smoking floor and so it came through the aircon vents.

Very good nothing to much trouble for the staff. The breakfast in the hotel was on offer at 7.50Euros which was good value, the buffet had a good selection of food, which was to a good standard, but was possibly to expensive at the normal rate of 10Euros.

!am arrival but a cheerful welcome from the receptionist. Comfy bed, very clean room and well equiped bathroom, and a good breakfast next morning, served until 10.30am on weekdays too. Stayed before and will do again.

Perfectly situated a 5 minute walk from the port and beach, and also 5 mins away from the main dining district. Rooms spacious, beds not overused, bathroom large and clean. For a special view, go up to the 6th floor and up to the terrace on top of the building - you can see the city hall and square with the mountain and castle in the background. We were made to feel very welcome when we arrived and this continued throughout our stay. The room was large by European standards and well presented. We only had a niggle with the bath in the bathroom which had chipped enamel, but other than that it was acceptable. The roof terrace had breathtaking views of the castle, especially beautiful at night. […] You must take a bottle of cava up after dinner and enjoy! The breakfast was very comprehensive with a range of hot and cold food and a very friendly maitre'd. The air conditioning, although not working on arrival, was fixed the next day and much appreciated in the mid August heat wave we experienced. Tbe hotel has everything going for it - great location, great staff, decent breakfast, nice and modern..... but the air conditioning is SO BAD. Staff were lovely. Air con broke on first night, they changed our room to a bigger one, provided a fan and compensated by providing breakfast all week which was great. Breakfast staff brill. Receptionists friendly and helpful- lovely with our little baby. Great location- on lovely square in the centre.

As returning guests we used this hotel for the second consecutive year for a one night stay returning from the grand Prix weekend in Valencia. (Earlyish flight times from Allicante airport!) Perfect position, spotless, good if limited breakfast,rooms are fine and great staff, we had a lovely stay. The only downside is no parking but there is a public car park just over the road at €22 pre 24 hour stay so budget for this, we would stay again

It was an OK experience but we expected more from a 4star hotel. The rooms are pretty spacious and clean but everything is a little dated. Some of the staff is super friendly and others are not really. The location is very central but parking is not possible near by but the hotel offers cheaper parking near by (10 min walk).
