NH Alanda - Marbella

We had a great stay at NH Alanda! About 3 km's from the Old Town, but easily accesable with the bus (goes from the front of the hotel every 10mins!). 5min walk to the beach! Fantastic breakfast. Great service from reception, helped us figure out transport to Ronda and Malaga!

faceless characterless hotel with public transport to civilization every 40 minutes,or taxis at euro 10. No care for comfort for travellers: expensive Wifi,no tea kettle in rooms, no pool attendant or bar service,onñy positive thing is good gardening.

Really nice hotel, spotlessly clean and smart outside areas. Lovely pool and sun loungers. Room was bright and modern and having two sinks outside of the toilet/shower was a godsend for us two girls getting ready. Buffet breakfast was amazing and late servings on the weekend was good. Only downsides were the distance away from Marbella and Puerto […] Banus, but buses are frequest and only cost just over a Euro each way. Taxi's are about 10 Euros each way. I found the rooms here very comfortable and nicely done. The reception staff were helpful and free parking was a nice bonus. On the other hand, no free wifi was a disadvantage. The breakfast buffet was fine. The evening buffet was not very good at all and I'd definitely skip that another time. I thought it was good value for money in the area, though […] I must admit I'd skip Marbella totally if I had to do my holiday again (Granada, Seville and Cordoba were much more interesting to me!). 6th time staying here & we'll be back.

The hotel is situated between Marbella and Puerto Banus next to the main road that runs along the coast. The hotel photographs seem to indicate that it is next to the beach, it is NOT. They have a beach bar next to the the walkway that runs between Marbella and PB but this is a five minute walk from the hotel, accross the main road. We were only there […] for 5 nights and did not find a decent place to eat that was within walking distance from the hotel, although we did not look very hard. The one we ate in on the first night was average and very over priced in a very over priced area of Spain. The hotel breakfast was very good and plentiful, the staff were pleasant and polite, public rooms and gardens very well maintained. If you don't have a car there are busstops in either direction outside the hotel. Taxi one way to PB was 10.30 euros each way (a distance of about 3 miles). If you have a car go to Benahavis (about 8 miles inland) little village with lots of places to eat (Rufinos is very good value). Also Ronda lovely drive fabulous views and lots of nice places to have lunch. Overall this hotel was perfectly fine, nothing particularly good, but nothing bad either. Devamı

Cant fault this hotel which was excellent value. The rooms were first class - spotless, well appointed and contemporary but warm decor. I really liked the set up in separate low rise blocks without internal corridors. Very nice and mature planting in the hotel's grounds. Yes it is on the wrong side of the road for the beach but at what you are getting […] for the price this is not an issue plus its got a lovely quiet beach and beach club, sandwiched nicely between the very upmarket Marbella Club and Puente Romano hotels. Taxi rank and bus stop right outside the door. Equal distance to Puerto Banus and Marbella Old Town. Simple but nice and clean breakfast. Very much best in class. Devamı

I had two issues during my stay 1. The poolside sun loungers are very uncomfortable and quiet a lot of them were broken 2. The coffee machines in the breakfast room were completely inadequate they were constant queues and needed a lot of staff intervention.

Where do I start! Definitely not five star, not even three star. Staff at front desk can't smile, asked for non-smoking room, checked in and room smelt of smoke and had an ashtray and matches next to bed on table with NH logo, rang reception, and they told us it was a non-smoking room and wouldn't relocate us. Stayed in hundreds of hotels and never […] had to pay to use the gym, this hotel charges 8 euro. Not to mention I have been to lots of hotels in Spain, and this was the first hotel to charge for wireless internet. Breakfast was terrible, all hot food was cold even the scrambled eggs We waited twenty minutes to be seated at breakfast, and coffee to the table took forty minutes to arrive. Rang manager from room to tell the manager, that all the hot food was cold (as chef didn't speak english), and was told he would ring back in 5 minutes by reception staff, and waited an hour and a half and he didn't ring back. When we checked out the manager said he tried to call our room five minutes after we rang but got no answer, so he lied to our face. the walls are paper thin, you can hear people snoring in the next room and their every move. We had a room next to the elevator, which we got to hear all night as well! We asked for a ten o'clock wakeup call, only to have someone knock on our door at 10:30am, half an hour late as all phones in hotel didn't work. At check out asked for front desk to ring taxi, and they said they couldn't as phones weren't working, so had to walk to taxi rank which was a fair distance with luggage, and no one offered to help, or surely at a five star hotel they would have a mobile phone to contact the taxi company. The pool area was closed, the hotel is so sterile, with no one to be seen as drinks and food are expensive, and the hotel is so far from anything. Avoid this hotel as it is short staffed with unfriendly staff, and not worth the money. NH is all about saving costs with lack of staff and cheaply made hotels, and charging for everything th Devamı

manglende lyspærer på rommet. kontakter uten strøm. lamper som ikke var OK.dusj som ikke var i orden.

Hotellet har en Deilig frokostbuffé, med mye godt å starte dagen med. Naboen til hotellet er en moské, og fem ganger om dagen ropes det bønner ut fra minareten. Det oppleves veldig forstyrrende. Det er midt i mellom Mabella by og P. Banus, og langt å gå til begge steder. Dog nærme en fantastisk strand.

Vill man bara ha det där hotellet som är lite extra fint som bara finns där så är detta helt okej. Men avståndet till affärerena och centrum var alldeles för långt. Det var ganska nära till stranden men vill man vara där det finns lite kiosker så var det lite väl för långt att gå. Servicen kan man inte klaga på. Den var verkligen jättebra och maten […] på hotellet var med väldigt god och inte farligt dyrt heller. Men något jag verkligen måste klaga på var sängarna. Det var som att sova på en parkbänk med en träbit som kudde. AC funkade fint och det var lagom stora rum. Jag kommer inte välja detta hotellet igen utan ett som ligger mer centralt. Men för den pengen det kostade så får man väl vara nöjd. Devamı

El hotel era muy bueno, muy espacio, la atención y el servicio fue bueno. Lo malo del hotel que todavía no tenia abierto el servicio de playa y no lo aclaraba, por eso no me gustó tener que usar la pileta cuando se podria haber estado mas comodo en la playa

Luego del desayuno, y hasta que abre el restaurante, no teneis dónde comer algo. Parecería que no ofrecen servicio. Sinceramente, un hotel para el olvido en una zona plagada de Hoteles de primera categoría.

nh allanda tres bien petit dejeuner excellent

Allure 5 étoiles comme indiquée mais service plutôt 4 étoiles. En tout cas excellente valeur. Un peu éloigné du centre. Belles chambres, parking facile, pas d'attente à la réception. Petit déjeuner somptueux.

De tager et meget højt gebyr for "højhastighedsinternet" hører ingen sted hjemme. Du kan kun benytte Spa hvis du køber det som en pakke med massage mv. hvorfor prisen bliver ekstrem høj.

Llegamos al hotel y pedimos una habitacion con vistas al mar y con cama King, como era de esperar nos dijeron que iban a ver si tenian alguna disponible, a los 5 minutos nos dieron el OK........la habitacion limpia, con una buena cama, un cuarto de baño extraordinario, con terraza, etc..me parecio explendida, lo unico que cambiaria el TV por uno de […] plasma, pero no me parece fundamental. El parking, sin problemas y el desayuno buenisimo. Repetire sin duda. Devamı
