I liked the location as it was nice and at a walking distance from shops, from Lincon Avenue, from drinks and from the beach, having in front of the Hotel a nice and decent park. I liked that the hotel was not noisy and the street was not a noisy street either even staying in Miami Beach. From the Hotel you need to move 2 short blocks to the beach and […] then you can walk through the boulevard. For the price I paid in the sector I understand that it does not have swimming pool but the service, the hotel, the bed matress was clean and in a very good state. I would definitively go for the same Hotel again if I expect to save some money but still stay in a clean and decent Hotel. I just recommend the owners to put a small frigde in the room to put some water or drinks there. A mini bar would add some points Devamı

The room was basic but very clean and large enough. The bathroom was roomy and the beds comfortable. The location is perfect... not far from beach and nightlife but not close enough to hear the noise. The only problem I had with the room was the old tv, poor reception and lack of channels. This hotel was alright. We had to ask for room service which was pretty frustrating. Also, if you're a teenager looking for the party scene this is not the place. I reccommend you go down towards 10th street, that's where my friends and I ended up walking to/taking the bus to every day. The bus was only 25 cents though, so it was very nice. Location was within walking distance to the beach and many restaurants and some shopping in south beach. This is a good value hotel choice in South Beach. The location is great, the rooms are a decent size and we were very pleased overall with our choice. The hotel staff are helpful.

Clean, Comfortable, inexpensive and in a great location. Not a lot of flash (especially considering it is in South Beach) but the staff is really friendly and the location is really fantastic. Considering how much other friends of ours paid for hotels in the area we were really happy to have stayed here. Would definitely stay there again.

I recently enjoyed my stay at the South Beach Hotel with my husband. It is simple and convenient. You have access to everything that you need. My only suggestion would be, Please get refrigerators for the room, come on this would have made a big difference in our stay for the better

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. There were great restaurants nearby and the beach was only a block away. Our room was clean and the hotel personnel were nice and efficient. We loved the entrance and the look of the building. The Art Deco styling is very appealing. We will definitely stay here again. It's a good value for the price.

The hotel staff were great; room very clean. However, there was almost no insulation between the walls. It sounded like an elephant was walking over me and, when the man in the room beside me sneezed, it sounded like he was in bed beside me. Convenient to the convention center.

The room was very clean and didn't smell which is rare for a hotel in this price range in Miami Beach. The beds were reasonably comfortable and the basic amenities were there but not much else. There's a risk of having to listen to noisy neighbors if you're unlucky as the walls are paper thin. Street sounds also penetrate but it's on a secondary street […] back from Collins so it wasn't a major issue. This hotel is clean and fairly quiet, a block and a half from the beach and walking distance to Lincoln Rd. mall. There is a local bus that passes in front of the hotel that is a quarter and goes along Washington St. - near everything. There is no frig, no microwave or coffee maker in a basic room but one can buy a cold breakfast in the lobby until […] 11am. This hotel looks great form the outside. The rooms are a little tight. If you have kids I would not recommend this hotel. There is a park and public beaches close to the hotel. You will have to park on the street and handle it manually but the parking was not hard to manage once you figured it out. The bathroom had some ants, but was not infested. The location was great. It was in walking distance of everything. I had a little ant situation, but housekeeping came and sprayed. I wasn't able to open and close the windows, but I took it as a safety issue. The parking deck was ok, but it can use some improvement. It was a little crazy at times. Very nicely renovated. Outdated TV but if your in SOBE you shouldn't be watching TV but enjoying the beautiful weather and sights.

Been to this hotel twice now and both times have been more than satisfied. It is close to the main area of Ocean Drive, without being on the doorstep. About a 10 min walk at the most. Room is a good size.

This hotel is a hidden gem. The location is wonderful for access to the convention center, beach and venues. It is very simple, but the staff go above and beyond and treat you like family (Fredrico is a joy!!!)! I felt very safe and comfortable and the adjoining park and outdoor seating adds to the feel.

Hotel is great for quick trips when all you need it for is to sleep. Walking distance to stores, food, beach. However it is more at the northern edge of south beach so to get to were all thereal fun is its easy to walk back but you may not want to walk back. Cabs are plenty though.

This hotel was minutes from the beach, in a great location, very close to shopping and minutes from numerous clubs and lounges. Wonderful experience. Very clean and art deco.

Having read a few bad reviews...we set our sights a little low. We were pleasantly surprised with our stay. The hotel is clean and conveniently located to Ocean Drive, the bus lines and the beach! It was only a five block walk to Lincoln Road. The staff was friendly, however the front desk staff was just not super chatty. We never had a bad interaction […] with any staff members. Our only complaint about the place is the louvered bathroom doors. When there are four of you in the room...there is ZERO privacy. The beds were a bit springy, but clean. Our room looked out onto the main courtyard, and some light shined through all night, but at least it wasn't noisy. For the price, we were very pleased with the South Beach Hotel! In general we got satisfied with the quality of the hotel, the comfort of the room and especially the location. Less than 5 min walking from the beach and very close to Oceans´ Drive, Art Deco District, Española Way, etc. Good place to stay for a reasonable prize

I will not be returning to this hotel ever. I didn't feel safe. The walls are paper thin, if your neighbor showers it sounds like an airplane in your room. I was awaken almost every hour the saturday night i stayed, between the loud doors slamming and the people talking in the hall ways and in the room next to us. A cell phone went off in the rrom next […] us and it woke me up. I'm not a lite sleeper might I add.The bedroom was redone yes but the bathroom no. The bed is so uncomfortable. I hated this hotel possibly the worst I've stayed in. There is construction being done all down the side of the building. If you need a place between the beach and shopping, this is it. The street is tucked away and while not glamorous, the hotel is well kept. The staff is very nice as well.

Zimmer sauber jedoch sehr laut - Keine Parkplätze ($30) - Sehr kleine Doppelbetten daher nicht ideal für mehr als 2 Personen pro Zimmer.

Trevlig personal, ser till att kunden blir nöjd. Mycket ljud utanför.Gångavstånd till allt.

Greit hotel, bra beligenhe. veldig tynne vegger, hører godt hva som skjer i ganger osv. stort minus er ingen spise plass og ingen kjøleskap på rommet

Die sehr schönen Zimmer mit Bad sind ebenso sauber wie geräumig - bestes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis für das sonst eher hochpreisige Miami Beach. Das Hotel wurde dicht mit Palmen umpflanzt (kleine Terasse auch fürs Frühstück vor dem Eingang), sodass der Ausblick auf Parkhaus immerhin begrünt war - und dadurch ruhig. Frühstück wird individuell angeboten, […] möchte man aber über Kaffee und Cereal hinaus ein Omelett oder Croissant haben, kommt man auf $ 10-20 - dafür kann man auch auswärts frühstücken. Parkgebühr $ 30,-/Tag - hier ist das Knöllchen für $ 18,- günstiger (bzw. Parken an der Straße 09-03 Uhr $ 1,50/Std.). Wir haben die Gehentfernung zur Collions Ave / Beach sehr genossen. Devamı

Hotellet är mycket rent och rummen är fräscha med sköna sängar. Gratis wifi, tycker dock att frukost kunde ha ingått för priset. Personalen i receptionen något loj annars ett trevligt hotel att rekommendera.

Härligt hotell med fin pools läggning. Lite utanför stan o badstrand men pga täta fria shuttelbussar - inga problem

När vi skulle checka in så hade de inte ett rum med två sängar som vi betalat och bokat för. En av oss fick sova på en jätte dålig tältsäng första natten och sen fick vi byta rum dagen efter. Frukost ingår ej men finns att köpa vid receptionen. Mycket lyhört från gatan genom fönstren. Lungt område med bra gångavstånd från centrum.

O hotel não é luxuoso, mas não fica devendo em qualidade. O custo da estadia é razoavel e a localização é excelente!

Pulito, Camera grande, personale disponibile. Vicino a Lincoln Road e sufficientemente vicino ad Ocean Drive.

Prima optie qua prijs en lokatie voor in Miami. Rustig en weinig tot geen last van verkeer. Dicht bij Lincoln Road. Valet parking traag. Duurde bijna half uur voor dat auto er was. Airco regeling verscholen in kast. Niet handig.
