This is a older hotel but clean and at a good price. The staff were all very helpful and the breakfast was good.

hotel was very economical but had a funky smell in the hallway. Staff very friendly and accomodating.

Almost every time we left and came back to the room we had to have are key card redone.

Have been returning to this hotel for 3 years now, It is clean and has a reasonable rate. The staff have been accomodating and we have always had a good experience. Will continue to book this hotel for our yearly trip. Thank you.

overall rating was good , the only downfall it had for us was that the tv was too low and the pillows were to flat so we couldnt really watch tv while laying in bed . a wall mounted tv and more than 2 pillows on a bed would be more comfortable

Arrived to find the parking lot with more out-of-state plates than I have seen in a long time. Figured out that a lot of the folks working on the oil "rush" in North Dakota were staying at the motel. Was a bit apprehensive thinking they might all pour in after the bars closed that Friday night, but it turned out they were all already in bed. The vans […] were lined up at 6 a.m. on a Saturday morning and the guys were all boarding, going off to work. I only noticed it because I happened to look out the window. Never heard anyone in the halls. Very pleased with our room - quiet, very clean, nice decor, comfortable beds, friendly staff. Only good things to say. Very impressed with our tour of the University of Grand Forks as well - impressive campus. Devamı

Good value for the price. Breakfast was also good.

Not much to say about this one. Typical low cost hotel. All rooms are on the first floor. I was able to park my bike close to the room so I could watch it. Room rate was reasonable.

The room is affordable and easy to access, as well as only a short drive to the mall and other shopping. It is however time to replace the beds as the boxsprings were ripped. The bathroom fan was extremely loud and in need of replacing. For the money, it was e decent place with pleasant staff.

Room was very clean. Continental breakfast was good and what you would expect for the price - mini donuts and danishes, cereals and milk, toast, juice and coffee. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to a set of railroad tracks so we had a couple wakeups from trains in the night. The other hotels in town are all very close so would likely […] have the same problem. The hotel does not have a pool, but you can use the Comfort Inn or Road King hotel pool because they all are owned by the same person. The hotel staff told me to tell them I am staying here when I go to one of those hotels to be let in to the pool. Devamı

It was a good cheap place to stay while visiting our son at UND

Other than them not having me in a non-smoking room, and not being able to change my room to a non-smoking room I had to check out a day early. So make sure when you book to have a positive on your non-smoking room.

good room for the night. Everything was as expected. No surprises and that is a good thing.

Extremely friendly employees, clean and quiet room. Parking was easy in and out.

Room was great. Location was great. Their breakfast wasn't the best. Would have liked to see something warm besides toast. Overall, would stay again.
