I was somewhat disappointed about the cleanliness of the room this time. On my first visit, everything was very clean, but this time, the kitchen area was dirty. Pans left for cooking had grease from previous use, countertop had "goo", coffee grounds and crumbs, the coffee maker looked like it had not been cleaned for weeks and the floor in kitchen […] and bath area were not clean. While we live only 10 miles away, we spent a night at the Extended Stay America hotel Allentown-Bethlehem because of bad weather and a need to be at a nearby hospital early the next morning. The clerk was very friendly and the hotel was a bargain at the price quoted by hotels.com. But the pillows were unbelievable! It was a queen size bed, but the pillows […] were for midgets, and they were very lumpy. One was small, the other one was smaller! Needless to say, we did not get much sleep that night. We'd stay again at the price, but we'd definitely bring our own pillows! Devamı

Room was nice and clean and nice set up of room. Help at the front desk was slow when check in. Oh and the extra service I paid $4.99 for the internet. I tried getting online all night and gave up because I couldn't get a connection and when I went to front desk it was closed.

Very clean and comfortable, no parking issues, close to shopping and restaurants and local tourism. Surprisingly clean for being pet friendly. Definatley will go back if in the area again !!1

i am super pleased with my stay at extended stay. it was like walking into an apt and the price is better then excellent. i will def be there again.

I enjoyed my over night stay at this hotel very much. I saved money on food because i was able to prepare my own meals with the kitchenette they offerend in the room. There was no disturbance by any other guest and the staff was very helpful with directions to the Sands Resort and Casino. I have nothing but good things to say about my stay here.

Stayed only one night--- needed a place to sleep, shower in the morning and NOTHING more. Clean, good bed, good little kitchen area (which made it easy for us to save on the cost of breakfast), and a GREAT rate.

The room was dirty and the rug was infested with bugs. The bed was very uncomfortable and the sheets on it were too big, so they kept coming off. They had no record of my paying in full from Hotels.com and even when given receipts of my payment, they charged my card again after I checked out. ESA is a great concept. This hotel met my expectations. I was merely looking for a place to sleep while I spent the afternoon and evening exploring Historic Bethlehem. The room was clean and well ventilated. Very close to Downtown Bethlehem on main road.Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Overall the hotel was really rather nice. I am not sure though who is a fault for what happened. I booked what I thought was going to be a"non-smoking" room thru hotels.com, however, when I checked in, that's not what I got. When I went to the front desk to explain that I could not stay in a smoking room due to sinus/asthma problems the clerk told me […] that there were no other rooms available. Said the most she could do was offer me a voucher for a free night. I told her that was a nice offer but where was I suppose to sleep in the mean time? She then told me "when booking thru hotels.com, they take your request but you get what the hotel has at the time you check in". I'm not sure I believe that as I have never had a problem before. Fortunately I also had booked a room for my sister & her husband who did get a non-smoking room. The desk clerk called them to see if they would be willing to switch rooms. They agreed & came back to the front desk so we could change rooms & check-in information. When the clerk asked if there was anything more she could do I suggested maybe we could still be compensated with the "free night" offer for the inconvenience but I guess her reply of "have a good night" & then walking away was a no. The room was bare bones. Bed was not comfortable. Price was ok until they charged us a very high pet fee per pet.... we had 3 dogs with us. The pet fee was almost as much as the room charge.... ridiculous! Some of the people "living" in the hotel were a bit scary. However, the location was very convenient.

The second night a car alarm went off ALL night. The third night the fire alarms went off in the building because someone burnt some food. The hallways of the first floor smelled HORRIFIC. Aside from those three issues, I had no complaints about the stay. The room was clean and comfortable. And the front desk accommodated the minor requests we had. Location […] extremely convenient if youre flying in to ABE or getting off of one of the transbridge buses. I would stay here again. Devamı

Although the front desk staff was friendly and helpful, this place was a disaster. A lamp and the TV didn't work, the coffee pot lid was missing so unable to use until one could be located, and the telephone wasn't working properly, so no messages could be left. The room was filthy, the blanket and sheets had cigarette burn holes (it was a non-smoking […] room), carpet and upholstered chairs were stained...it appeared the stairwell had never been cleaned and was sticky for days. Funky smelling room and lots of cigarette smoke smell in the hall. Not worth it for ANY price! Devamı

The hotel is in a great location. Everytime i visit family in Bethlehem I stay there. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Some of the carpets in the elevator or hallway were a little dirty, probably from the snow. I love staying there and would recommend it to anyone.

No shampoo in room, only one tiny bar of soap. TV controls were broken (and it was a 19" tube TV from like 1989). AC/Heat unit was crazy loud. Not recommended.

We arrived late (after midnight) and the late check-in was nice. The room was clean and comfortable. The area is close to everything you would need (nice restaurants, malls, the hospital is even right across the street!). The area was quiet at night. The people at the desk were all friendly and helpful, and they are great with dogs. I have an american […] pit mix and there were no problems. Devamı

My husband and I were staying for a night away from the children. It had all the conveniences of home for a GREAT price. I loved the kitchenette, next time we will end up cooking a romantic dinner. Thanks for a great evening.

Hotel was great, clean and friendly staff. My only issue is that I was charged by both hotels.com and the hotel for my stay there. Almost a week later it has not been resolved.

Hotel was tough to get to from I-78 (traffic.) Room just felt dirty. TV was dead. Internet access was $4.99 per day. It was a room with a kitchenette crammed in, rather than a suite as advertised. Not even a pen or directory in room. Would not stay here again.

A great place to stay. We will stay there anytime we are in Bethlehem.

Very very disappointing Hotel. Booked a King-size room, but got a Queen. Explanation, booked out and they don't know why hotels.com would advertise King if they don't have one. Interesting, that the stuff did not inform me while check-in?!?! I just got a Queen room and was a bit surprised when I saw it. Room: I think that must be a joke! The pillows […] are cut in half, I am not kidding, they are literally cut to have size. (The cover is tucked in ....) And they are extremely clumpy! Net: if I could, 0 stars !!! No maid service and be ready to take out your own trash and take you dirty towels down to the front desk to be replaced. This is one of those "do it yourself" places. I dont know how they can even call themselves a hotel. I have stayed at places for $30 a night that had better service and amenities. Also, my room was nasty. Bed Spread had burn holes […] in it, the blanket was made of some sort of foamy substance that I am not sure is even of this planet and the linens were just gross. Total waste of money. I would have been happier sleeping in a cardboard box in the alley behind this hotel vs inside it. Devamı

I arrived and received my room keys, which did not work. I had to return and get new ones. The following day, the keys which worked the night before, no longer worked. I had to go to the front desk, which was unoccupied for a good 20 minutes to get new ones. They claimed that the keys can't be near a cell phone, or they go bad. This has never been a […] problem for me at any other hotel I've ever stayed at. Devamı

This hotel was simple in service- the room was cleaned only when requested. It was extremely clean when we arrived. There is really no need to change sheets and towels every day- it wastes water. No extras- no shampoo or hairdryer. However- I loved the little kitchen and it was very quiet. The staff was friendly and very helpful with directions.

Arrived at 10:30 pm rug must have been just washed still wet. No smoking room stunk.

ｲｰｽﾄﾝ・ﾍﾞﾂﾚﾍﾑ・ｱﾚﾝﾀｳﾝへのアクセスが良い。22号線のすぐ脇で分かりやすい。　ただ、部屋のベッドメイクは毎日ではなかったので、そこは注意。　大きな冷蔵庫・電子レンジ・調理器具があり、（なべ2種・皿2種2枚・スープ皿2個・カップ2個）自炊する人は便利。
