This is room 104. One of the bedroom doors will not close. The sofa is a joke and can not be sat on. Very noisy, walls paper thin. At 9AM Sunday buffet was already very short on food.

Arrived at the hotel around 1030pm. After checked in, we went to the our unit. Very clean and immaculate. We were travelling with my parents for a total of 4 adults and 1 child. Hotel.com called the hotel directly to make sure that was okay. We only proceed when they gave us okay. We pulled out our sofa bed and found out there was no bedding on it. […] Called the front desk and talked to a young man. Immediately, he said he cant guarantee linen or extra blanket bcs they r sold out that night. When I asked him how are we suppose to sleep on a bare matres he said, "Mam, I honestly do not know how you sleep tonight!" I was fully aware that this discussion was premature. He might have extra blanket etc. But, I cldnt help feeling really upset about it. He basically saying he did not care how comfortable I would be at his hotel. That is the very basic service of a hotel, isnt it? The same gentleman came to our room 15 min later with our linen etc. Had a wonderful rest that night. Had a wonderful breakfast the next day. Complained to the general mgr the next day. Receive a comp night. That was a very nice gesture. Been staying at Residence Inn everywhere for many times . Her gestures was unnecesary but very much appreciated. Devamı

The room's curtain, bathroom light fixture,and chair were either missing or broken. The kitchen's pots consisted of two small sauce pans, and the whole reason for using this hotel was the access to a kitchen. The vent over the stove top needed installation, this turn out to be a new microwave, although a microwave was sitting on the countertop. The hotel itself is in a convenient location.The housekeeping department needs help. The bathtub had hair from previous guest and wasn't cleaned properly. The bed sheets had too much bleach and all you could smell all night was beach and the bed was not made professionally either. Don't recommend this hotel.

We booked this hotel with moderate expectations. Salinas is no Monterey but thought this would be a passable option. The hotel was newer, clean and the staff was terrific. Breakfast is served every morning and it's pretty good. Everything was in good order. I would say this hotel is an outstanding value in a good location. It's close to the highway […] but far enough away to be quiet without traffic noise. Devamı

Dishwasher was loud but other than that, the room was clean and spacious. We stayed in a 1 bedroom and it was nice having the bedroom separate from the sitting area - especially traveling with a teenager. We have never stayed at a Residence Inn before but would consider staying at one again. Located very close to many stores and restaurants.
