Room was clean, lamp on bedside table had no on button. Air conditioner set on 64 didnt cool room.

The ONLY issue that we had a toilet issue that lasted for a few hours in my friends room. Not mine. The manager could not have been friendlier, more helpful or more guiding. This was a boys weekend away and he made suggestions, offered advice, etc. I will, without a doubt, stay at the Best Western Addison again.

Overall the service was great, the price was adequate and the recent renovation really made the hotel look really nice. It's very close to Belt Line, so if your looking for a good time and don't want to drive to a far hotel,this is the one. The bed mattress was very firm but isn't too my liking outside of that I would visit it again.

The hotel staff was great and was even better with our special request. We requested to have connected rooms. They are great with children, maids were just wonderful in keeping the rooms looking great while we were out shopping.

Of all the Hotels I have stayed, this was really one of the best for all around reasons. Shower water pressure was a little low for my liking which is why the only 4 of 5 scored. BUT, the complimentary wifi, breakfast, lounge computers and printer! Exercise room was impressive. This was enough to embarrass high end hotels. Ok the other perks...LOCATION, […] LOCATION, LOCATION. Your in Addison right off of Beltline's Restaurant Row, 7-11 across the street. Shopping all over. And the price is sooooo reasonable. Thank you Best Western for making my trip home affordable with better amenities than most high end hotels. When I come back home to Dallas I'll stay here again. Just see if you can get a little more pressure on that shower. Devamı

There was no one at front desk at arrival had to wait about 10 minutes. There's only one elevator. The carpet in the room was very dingy and the ceiling was peeling from some water damage over the bed. They also didn't have full size pillows, a square pillow.

For the price range, definitely the nicest place we've stayed. Place was quiet and clean. Compared to a couple others in the area, was cheaper yet included a complimentary breakfast bar. The only issue I had was the bed was pretty firm, but what can you do? Overall, good experience and would recommend to anyone needing to stay in that area.

The hotel was difficult for us to find as first time visitors but the hotel itself was great. Breakfast was decent would have been great if there was bacon I'm not exactly a sausage person. Room was comfortable and dozy.

The breakfast was awful. Fake egg disc was cold and tastless, sausage was mystery meat, and batter made a cardboard flavored waffle. By 8:00 on saturday they were completely out of fresh fruit and refrigerator had only margarine in it.....no yogurt or fruit cups, etc. Terribly managed by those responsible for this section of hotel.

I was surprised at how nice and clean this hotel was. The price we paid was cheap and I thought that may translate to a low rent hotel. No, no, no, it was a GREAT place to stay. Will definitely stay again.

I chose this hotel based on location and price. We needed a nice, safe place to sleep and not worry about our things while out and about. Free breakfast was a plus and had a good selection. The bed was awesome and the room was very nice. If we return to the area, we will stay here again! Very pleased overall. Good price, updated rooms, quiet area. Some minor condition issues, such as the blinds needing to be replaced. I feltI very safe here. Overall I was very pleased and will stay again.

Be PREPARED to pay a TRIPLE DIGIT incidental charge when you check in which even though released is still on my bank pending charges two days later. This is a very high amount to have authorized out of my debit account for this type of hotel. It was not worth it. The beds are the absolute hardest beds i have ever slept in. My hip is still hurting and […] the only way I could sleep was on my back. The maid did not make up our room. They never came. We had to ask for towels the next morning. The staff was always prompt to help. Housekkeping staff very courteous. The extra mile was not displayed only in one instance when we ask for directions on golf courses from one employee. I would recommend training on this area. At least if you dont know the info. you can find another source to help, even mapquest on your bussiness area. Also I rated […] 3 on the cleanliness because in our room we found hair and a urine under the basin toilet. Also the bath fan was not operating. I thought the person over me was using a pogo stick to get around his room, but overall the room had everything I needed. Will stay there again as it is convenient to where I have to conduct my business.

Price was very nice, especially being in the center of the night life in Addison, Tx. The hotel itself was a simple standard building. The room was spacious and well equipped. (microwave & fridge & nice comfy King size bed) What really made this stay enjoyable was the location. Busy night life, but very quiet and relaxing at the hotel.

If they would get softer beds, this would have been perfect. There was a noise problem on my second night, one call to the desk and it was mostly solved. Great responsiveness. Great place. I'd stay there again.

The hotel was fine and was a very good value - the price was comparatively modest. Staff was hellpful. Room was conformtable and well appointed. It is located within a short walk of dozens of interesting restaurants. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel was clean and quiet. It was the perfect location for time away with friends. There was lots to choose from for night life activities with laughs and memories with friends. Will stay there again with the girls.

We booked the room for a family member who came in town to visit. I had never seen it, but saw that the location was very close to Beltline, a main but quiet area in case she wanted to explore while I was at work. It turned out that this was such a nice place, I was myself very impressed! The beds were so comfortable I fell asleep there in the middle […] of talking one night, and the breakfast was not uber-varied over the three nights she stayed, but it was good and filling. The manager was also very helpful when we wanted to extend our stay one additional night. The only things that could have been better was that they do need to weather proof their windows- felt like we kept the heater on more than needed as window let in an out air at seams-, and the wake-up call was missed since their automatic phone systems went down for a time that last morning. Other than that, would recommend this hotel again. With an exercise room, pool, lots of nearby restaurants, and reasonable prices for lovely, newly updated rooms, it's a win-win! Devamı

Great Hotel for the price. A lot nicer than I was expecting. Tons of good food within walking distance. I would definitely recommend it to another business traveler on a budget.

The rooms and hotel were very clean and cozy! All the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great; there are a lot of great restaurants and attractions close by. Breakfast was the best part! So delicious; awesome stay!

overall I give this hotel a very good rating, for this price it would have been hard to find anything at the same level. A few items that might have been better: carpet in the room was a little stained and worn out, the wifi was spotty and nothing special for the breakfast.
