"Good restaurant in hotel"
Being inthe cold Michigan weather we were not looking forward to finding a place for dinner. We were happy to learn there was a restaurant connected to the hotel. It was pretty decent. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. I was frustrated to find the printer in the business center was not connected to the computer nor did anyone know how to fix […] it. Devamı

"Safe and secure"
Good road hotel that is not caught up in the Grand Rapids congestion. Clean, nice breakfast and an accommodating staff.
It's time the carpet in the unit is replaced. There are ripples on both sides of the bed and it doesn't look clean.

It couldn't of been any better my family and I lived it. It was very close to the sights we were going to and employed with some nice people!
The worse pillows ever. Thats my first hotel when the queen bad have only two horrible pillows..just two.shamed :(:(:(!!!!!!
"The Baymont hotel near Gun Lake Casino"
Very nice, clean hotel. Not far from the Casino if that is the direction you are headed. I would definately recommend this to everyone, and I will be going back.

"Baymont Inn Byron Center - almost a perfect stay"
The room was comfortable and the staff attentive. The only drawbacks were that the wireless internet was not working on our floor. The front desk staff said that we could either link to another hotel wireless, or they could provide a cable for wired service. We chose wireless to another floor's internet, so we experienced some dropping. Also, the maintenance […] man knocked on the door while the "Do not disturb" sign was up. "Housekeeping needs some lessons"
We were in the area for a conference but my wife and two young daughters came too -so we booked a suite. When unfolding the sofa bed were were dismayed to find a bunch of old food debris all through the sofa bed, soiled linens, etc. The staff did come and change that out. Then we found some old used washclothes wadded-up under a chair, seldom-vacuumed […] floor, etc. Just very dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the room. We will NOT be back. Devamı
"Baymont Hotel Byron Center MI"
The staff was very friendly. My only complaint was the breakfast. There was no fresh fruit and the oatmeal was stale and someone had broken the nozzel off of the waffle batter. Other wise everything was great.

"Awesome Hotel---First Class"
This hotel is just plain GREAT! Plush padded carpet in the guest rooms. Nice and clean. Friendly staff. Clerk called my room to make sure I was happy. Standard breakfast with waffles, cereal, mufifns, etc. I travel full time and would certainly recommend this place.

My family was very pleased with our stay at the hotel. Extremely helpful and friendly staff, nice continental breakfast, pool and hot tub were nice sized and did not close until 11p.m. (My children appreciated this.) and 12 midnight for adults. I would most definitely choose this hotel if I were in need of a hotel in the Grand Rapids area. One more […] thing, room service from the next-door pub was extremely fast and reasonably priced. "Fine business hotel."
Fine business hotel. There was no real WiFi in the rooms (but there is wired Internet) and the only convenient restaurant is the attached Country Kitchen. But the price is right, and it's just off the highway. Note: linens and pillows were adequate, but old and not especially comfortable.
"NIce Hotel for the money"
The employees were very nice and helpful. I was a little upset that there was a long black hair in our bed. I have blond hair and my husband shaves his head. Otherwise, I was very satisfied with the hotel. It met our needs for this trip. I was impressed with the fact that we were right next to the expressway and yet we did not hear the cars, trucks. "No fridge or microwave, no protein for breakfast"
The rooms are clean, the exercise room is great. However, breakfast had no protein available on the first day. (There was yogurt on the 2nd day.) The room had no fridge or microwave.

"Convenient hotel"
Beautiful rooms and convenient location tot eh grand Rapids area.

Outside of some small details, this place was great. The staff was excellent and the location was perfect.

Nice hotel comfortable, easy access to highway. Awesome quick breakfast in morning. Breakfast included. donuts, cerial, juice, coffee, pastries and fresh fruit.

We were very pleased with the location and cost of this hotel. The main areas, ie:reception and halls are very nice. The beds were comfortable but the lower sheets and bed pad were not fitted, so easily rumpled. Other than that we were very pleased. The pool is a decent size and the spa was a great plus. Mostly, the staff was excellent, giving us ideas […] and great directions about how to use our free time or how to get to the airport. We would stay again. "Convenient Location"
This was a convenient location, right of 131-close to where we needed to be. Room was located on the highway side of the building, so there was some traffic noise. It was nice to have the Country Kitchen restaurant attached to the hotel and appreciated the discount.
