Yer olarak çok uygun. En iyi semtlerden birinde. Metroya ulaşmak kolay, merkezi sayılabilir. Çevrede çok iyi restoran bar vs. mevcut

I used to go to the Tryp Itaim Hotel but this time was full . It is only two blocks away and it is much better (for the same price).
A very good neighborhood and safe to walk around day or night. Hotel is very good.

This is in a perfect spot for walking to meetings in the new financial district (Faria Lima and JK). Lots of great dining options in the area as well, and it is very safe. On this trip I was not happy with the hotel's wireless internet. It was very slow and worked only intermittently; also on one morning the cold water was shut off in the bathroom, […] apparently for repairs. Hence my two-star rating for maintenance. Recommended. Good area, felt safe in a city with a less than good reputation for security. Good restaurants within a few minutes walk. Good access to most of the main attractions.

Room was very large and comfortable, neighborhood among the best of SP. I highly receommend for independent biz people looking for quiet comfort and great service. Unbelievable value for Sao Paulo.

Central to the part of Sao Paulo I needed; taxis always outside, and comfortable room, with excellent shower. Airconditioning was noisy, but there was a balcony!

Ambos deixam a desejar. Ao reclamar a desculpa foi que só tinha uma pessoa para atender, o que achei um absurdo.

Hotel conservado, localização ótim, atendimento péssimo! Atendentes do balcão e manobristas sem agilidade, nem parecia que estávamos em SP...

La ubicacion es muy buena, cerca de Faria Lima y en el corazon de Itaim. Algunos de los mejores restaurantes de Sao Paulo estan cerca. Muy limpio, habitaciones bien cuidadas. Recomendo para viajes de negocios o placer, ya vivi en Sao Paulo y sé que la area es buenisima.

"TRYP JESUINO ARRUDA - DESASTRE TOTAL"
Quando chegamos ao hotel queriam nos cobrar novamente a diaria que ja estava paga, a internet do hotel nao funcionava e fizeram com que nos focemos ate uma lan house para conseguir contato com o hoteis.com para esclarecer a situacao. Nao podemos escolher o andar do quarto, simplismente escolheram por nos, o atendimento foi muito ruim, nos arrependemos […] por completo. Detalhe que o cardapio de pedidos so funciona no horario do restaurante, se eu quiser um suco anoite nao tem. No dia do check-out a camareira ficou batendo na porta para ver se ja haviamos ido embora, 2 horas antes de vencer a diaria. Destruiram nosso fim de semana em Sao Paulo. Fiz 2 ligacoes de telefone e me cobraram 60,00 em 9 ligacoes, mas como eu ja estava tao perturbado com a situacao que nem reclamei. Obs * O Cafe da manha que faco em casa e mais completo que do Hotel. Nunca mais piso meus pes num lugar como este, o atendimento eh muito ruim. Todo mundo mau humorado. Nem ajudaram agente com uma unica mala que agente Uma grande infelicidade. Devamı

Péssimo custo benefício! Café da manhã lamentável, pobre em opções e sabor. Hotéis com classificação menor teriam um café da manhã mais apresentável e de melhor qualidade. Quartos com roupa de cama manchada; banheiro com limpeza duvidosa. Jamais voltarei ou indicarei. Deu vontade de pedir o dinheiro de volta!

O quarto e' confortavel, necessitando mudanca de carpete, mas o banheiro e' renovado. Estive satisfeita com custo beneficio, Porem, o hotel nao pode ser considerado para business, durante um dia nao teve internet, o business center nao funcionava a impressora nem scanner. O romm service apesar de estar escrito 24H, so funcionava ate as 11pm segundo […] a recepcao. A localizacao e' muito boa e as pessoas gentis, mas necessita melhorar o servico suporte. Devamı

Foi feito reserva de apto premium,,mas na recepcao me foi dito que nao havia o mesmo,me ofereceram apto normal sem nenhuma melhora na tarifa.Sou totalmente maleavel a estes imprevistos,mas creio que deve haver uma compensacao na tarifa.

Serviço simpático... existe 1 porém, estão em reforma do restaurante a mais de 1 mês e, acredite, o hotel não tem gelo! nem 1 máquina de gelo que os hospedes possam contar...

"hotel TRY Rua Jesuino-São Paulo"
Recomendo o hotel, está localizado no Itaim Bibi próximo de restaurante e do Shppin Iguatemi e de cinemas e agências de bancos. O único ponto negativo é que não havia serviço de quartto, pois segundo o hotel o restaurante estava em reformamas de 0 a 5, nota 4,5
