We loved our time at Hospitality. The cocktail hour was great- everyone was in the mood to socialize and relax. Lots to do with three pools, tennis courts, basketball, etc. Really enjoyed the lounge with friendly bartenders. Decor is dated, but kitchenette was convinient. Will definitely be back.

We likes it, we needed it for one night. I will say all the amenities they have this place is great for families and older couples. Really nice place. ONLY down fall, is breakfast is NOT free when you do NOT book with them directly.

We thought the accomodations were great. The only thing I would change if I could would be to add an additional bathroom. Otherwise it was a great pleasure to stay there and will do so again in the coming months..

We stay here everytime we go to Phoenix. Hotel is in need of an upgrade but comfortable. It got down to 68 one night and the air didn't come on and the room got stuffy and warm and there is no way to control in your room. Everyone is always very friendly. Gets a little noisy at night with people haning out after happy hour. We will continue to stay […] there as it is a great value and nice people. Devamı

We stayed here two years ago at a huge discount during our trip to spring training. On this trip we paid much more and the hotel is in much worse shape now. It seemed all the fixtures,knobs,bedding etc need to be replaced. The location is good the service is great. It just needs to be updated. This is a good basic hotel if you are flying out of Sky Harbor and want a safe place to leave your car. The rooms are clean and comfy. There was plenty of light in the parking lot to feel good about safety. And the service was excellent: the staff at the desk and the shuttle driver were friendly and quite accommodating. Place was nice and brief contact with staff was congenial. Not real fancy with smaller double beds and older style TVs. Had complete mini-suite which was nice and location was between lovely downtown area and kinda seedy area near freeway. Have stayed here a number of times before. Close to freeway,Scottsdale shopping. Free breakfast in past,but not this last time.

We were in Phoenix for a weekend getaway and needed a convenient location for our planned events. The hotel is a bit dated, but very clean. Staff was good. Frankly, we did not use the facilities so we can't rate them other than to say if you want convenience, cleanliness and good price, then this "resort" hotel fits the bill. We enjoyed the resort. The free cocktail hour was a lot of fun. We have one very large negative regarding the hotel. Our bed was awful. We both wound up with back problems. The bed was very soft and broken in the middle. Because they were full we could not get a room change.

Hotel was quite old but comfortable and clean. The walls were not very sound proofed and it could be quite noisy with people talking and doors slamming. Over all it was satisfactory and quite reasonable in price.

Our 2 night stay was great. Friendly, efficient staff on site all day to help or answer questions. Room clean and efficient with functioning kitchenette. Pool was amazingly warm and clean. Loved it. Great social hour. Bus and trolley stops are right in front of hotel, so allows you to take the 'free' bus or trolley or the Transit to all areas of downtown […] without driving. The bed - comfy!! Room is well kept and clean but is not your 'new' decor look. Would definitely stay here again. Devamı

My kids and I picked this location to be near Phoenix sites and have a room that contained a kitchen for in room cooking, snacks, etc. Unfortunately, the property was not kid-friendly with a lot of smokers on the grounds, mostly elderly guests that were obviously uncomfortable with kids around, and the beds weren't very comfortable. The site photos make this hotel appear nicer than reality. In need of renovation/updating.

Could not regulate temperature in room. Thermostat controlled at front desk.

Not sure why I have an additional $60 charge from the hotel when I paid in full thru Hotels.com. I didn't have any room service, phone calls etc. Not happy about this.

The hotel was adequate. It was not what I had expected. I was not horribly disappointed, but not overly pleased either. One problem I had was that the walls are paper thin and I heard talking, etc. all night. There were people out drinking in the courtyard until about 1 am and they were very loud. I have stayed here many times, everytime has been a joy. This hotel is located just a few miles from the airport, a few miles from downtown Scottsdale, close to downtown Phoenix. This was a clean resort & nicesly kept. However, the rooms need to be refurbished. The roll out bed was lumpy & the furniture is worn.

The location is great. People are always friendly. Love the cocktails out in the pool area! Enjoy staying at this facility.

My wife and I were on a return trip from LA to Jacksonville NC. We had a delay of 19 hours, and decided to spend the night in Phoenix, instead of try to sleep at the airport. We got to the hotel after being dropped off by the shuttle (which was very nice and efficient). The hotel staff was very nice, and greeting us immediately on our arrival. Once […] we had let them know we had an early flight and that we needed a taxi at 0500, they made sure it happened. Once we were settled in the room, we decided to order from the restaurant. I found out that there had been a renovation done, and the card I had for the restaurant no longer applied. The gentleman running the restaurant that night was nice, and told me to just call down my order. It was great. Our taxi was ready at 0450, which was fantastic. The hotel was a little ways from the hotel, but the room was very nice for the price, and the staff was excellent. Highly recommend this place! Devamı

Great price great place!

We have been staying at this property for over 11 years, and have always found it to be an extremely comfortable hotel. The staff is very friendly and more than happy to help with anything you may need, and we especially like the daily afternoon Happy Hour!

I enjoyed my stay from 4 Nov. through 19 Nov.2011. I found the front desk people to be pleasant and always willing to help. The women who came in to clean the room daily did a wonderful job. The hotel is clean and well kept. The rooms are very clean and have no bugs of any kind;not even bed bugs because they change the sheets and everything else daily.I […] had a pleasant time and had the Junior king suite and found that everything worked and the bed was comfortable.I recommend this hotel. The rooms were rather small, the beds were nice. They did not have a coffee maker in the room, although there was a small kitchens there, I did not bring an food to cook as we were there for just one night. Over all it was a nice place.

We enjoyed our stay! The area is convenient- Old Town is only about 5 minutes away. The rooms were in good shape, clean, the pool areas were very nice (although it was a little annoying we had to walk to the main building for the hot tub). Overall a very nice hotel for the price! Hotels.com might not appreciate me saying this, but if we had booked through […] them directly, breakfast would have been complimentary, which I didn't know. But oh well! Decent hotel for the price. Was a little noisy on the courtyard side at night. Free breakfast and free drinks from 5-6:30p daily made up for it. Location great to access Oldtown Scottsdale, Tempe, Phoenix, etc.

A great value, excellent quality motel/hotel. Served breakfast, cocktails in the evening and 3 pools to choose from...what else could anyone ask!

The Hospitality Suites offered all that was needed for a great place to stay whilst in Scottsdale/Phoenix. The rooms had a kitchen with appliances (fridge, microwave, hot plate, coffee maker) and also provided cutlery and other essentials. There were bbqs by the pool. The hotel also served a complimentary hot breakfast every morning (pancakes, French […] toast, eggs etc) and a daily cocktail hour (well hour and a half), every evening which was nice. If you're there for a while, there is a token operated laundry onsite too ($1 a token from the lobby). All the staff that I met were friendly and as a single female traveller, they made me feel welcome. There is a bus stop outside which you an catch a bus to Old Scottsdale and further up the road which is also nice. I think though that you would need a car if you wanted to go anywhere as it would be easier (plenty of free onsite parking too). All in all I would recommend this hotel whole heartidly. Devamı
