Holiday Inn Express London - Park Royal - Londra

The hotel can be seen immediately upon exiting the tube which was a huge bonus. Breakfast was also included even though we hadn't requested it. The hotel is approximately 15-20 minutes from the city by tube. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to others!

Having stayed there from the 19th-21st April the whole place was lovely and clean and the room spotless which was nice. Only problem was I got back quiet one night and had to wait approx 7 mins to be let in and it was a cold nite. Spoke to the gentleman by reception who pretty much said I was lying, poor customer service being in the same industry myself. […] Following day spoke to a trainee lady that was very helpful and said she was going to put the complaint through to the manager. The station was right next to the tube, and also had a bus stop at the front door. There were a couple of convenience stores just steps away, and a pub/restaurant across the street, as well as a coffee house. Although the area seemed clean, it was a few stops further west on the Central Line than I would prefer to stay next visit. The area was pretty […] quiet at night, which meant we slept great. However, it was a little "deserted" which would have made me uncomfortable walking at night alone. There was usually a homeless person sleeping on the walkway up from the tube. The room with a double bed and sleeper sofa was a little crowded with the sofa converted into a bed. Would have preferred two real beds with a little more wiggle room. Good location, just next to underground station. On the other hand, limited car park spaces. I had to park on the road over the first night, and to remove the car early in the morning to avoid a parking ticket. I arrived late on the first day and the receptionist was really unhelpful. Also, he did not give me any information about car park places near to the hotel. I booked a room of double bed and sofa bed, but given a room with two single beds. good base for London business and possibly a little tourism too as handy for the underground. But very few facilities nearby other than a tesco express, a take away and a corner pub. Hotel ir nice, in good place, really near to metro station. Room is comfortable. There was only one not very pleasant moment- one night very loud alarm signal started, maybe there was some smoke or fire, maybe someone tried to smoke in wrong place:) Brekfast was ok.

I cannot fault the staff at all, they were very courteous, helpful, friendly and above all, we lost a bag containing a video camera left in the foyer late at night, and the excellent guy behind the bar found it and kept it aside for us. The hotel was right off the Tube (Subway) stop. It made it very convienent. The only thing I thought would be an issue was the earliest we could arrive at LHR was 6:00am. That was under 2 hours from our departure. It did not end up being a problem. It takes about 0:45 to get from LHR to the Tube stop (North Acton on the Central Line). It also took about […] 0:30 - 0:45 to get to the heart of the city as well. If you plan on going back and forth to the city, make sure to purchase an Oyster Card from the Tube station. The bed was small by USA standards. It was booked as a double bed but it was about the size of an American Super Single bed. The room also had a couch but we never really stayed in the room to see how to the couch felt. The bed was firm but supportive. It can be a bit challenging to figure out where the light switches are and which one operates which set of lights. Again, an American limitation. Europeans probably don't have a problem with that. There was a free breakfast. It was cereals, scrambled eggs, sausage links, and a few pastrys. They also had free wifi. You had to get a free code from the front desk. Across the street, there was a pub that had a small food menu. Typical pub/bar foods; Burgers, Nachos, etc. Not much in the way of food beyond the pub so if you want something fancy, eat when you are out and about. Excellent value for a London hotel. Located within 2 minutes walking distance to tube station North Acton. Central London is about 20-25 minutes away by tube. Breakfast included. Wireless is free in room but you need a voucher to use it, and the voucher expires every 24 hours. I would definitely stay there again.

Very clean, quiet room, comfortable bed. Great shower. The only downside was the hairdryer - the cord was fixed, and no more than about 40cm long, which meant you had to be a contortionist to dry the back of your head. Plus, there was no plug socket near the mirror, so even if you had your own hairdryer you had to operate it from the other side of the […] room without a mirror! Location was right at the tube stop and across from a grocery store and pub. Easy to take the tube right to the city center. Nice place and great breakfast. Basically matches a good hotel of this same name in the U.S.

we found this to be a comfortable Hotel, with the staff pleasing to the guests,it had a good location for the train into London but the station it self was a let down (with NO lift or ramp) for people coming in by the train with heavy suitcases, and we had two(2) but thats not the Hotel's fault ( good one British Rail) visiting after 15yrs still old […] fashioned/outdated and run down, it brought back thoughts of the British Rail sausages which were the worst in the country and the butt of many jokes, we laughed at the thought of the Olympic games coming to London and of the many people from all over the world about to be confronted with this rubbish Devamı

Room was clean and the staff was unbelievably helpful. Breakfast every morning was fresh and provided a wide array off options. The location was a bit outside of central london, but just a short 2 minute walk to the local station. Overall would highly recommend.

Been looking for a hotel for 5 night stay, and chose this one due to an easy access to central London and also Heathrow. Although you need to do 2 tube changes while travelling from Heathrow (Piccadilly - District - Central), you avoid travelling via Central London and therefore trains are not so full - big advantage while travelling with bags! Central […] and West End London is easy accessible via central line and the hotel is just next to North Acton station. I also loved the North Acton area, which was very quiet! We checked in on Sunday and the room was set with a double bed and a sofa sleeper. Since it was warm in the room we turned on the AC (Air conditioner) and then went to bed. In the middle of the night the sofa sleeper broke and it got real hot in the room, the AC did not work. We informed the front desk on Monday morning and they told us they would take […] care of it. That night we returned to find the sofa sleeper was folded up and a child's cot in front of it and the AC still not working so we opened the window as far as it would go which was about 6". On Wednesday we told them the AC was still not working and they then told us they would once again have someone look at it. We were then told on Thursday that the AC was out in the enitre building whcih was funny since the AC was working in the lobby at the front desk when they were telling us. After 5 days of not much sleep because of the open window and hearing the construction all night we decided to stay elsewhere on Firday night hoping they would have it fixed by Saturday. Well the weekend manager told me that she ahd no record of it being out and the mantinance person was gone for the weekend and she would tell the general manager who happened to be conveninantly on holiday until the day after we left to go home. The Deputy General Manager told us in an email that the AC was working fine and that we just had too many people in the room. Check out the photo of the AC control. This is the 2nd time I've stayed at the property. It's incredibly convenient (steps away from the N. Acton Tube Station) - incredibly well-maintained - affordable - & comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. Other "Express" properties throughout the City have offered me a similar experiences.

It's a Holiday Inn Express, so there's no restaurant, but there was a bar (which we didn't use). Staff were helpful and had selection of local takeaway menus there and ordered for us, calling the room when the delivery guy brought our pizza. Good buffet style breakfast with lots to choose from both hot and cold. Decent enough room, clean and comfortable, […] internet £5 for 24hrs (not too bad), the small car park is a bit of a free for all and £10 a day which seems a lot, but by London prices isn't too bad (just make sure you don't arrive/get back too late). Location is excellent though (straight off of A40), easy to get into and out from. Backs on to North Acton tube station which is on boundary of zones 2 & 3. Hotel also not too far from the Kew Bridge Steam Museum which is the only place in London with running steam trains (only really worth going to on the weekends though as that's when the engines are running and the cafe is open). Would always advise contacting them or checking the website before visiting, great place though. Will definitely use this one again as on balance it worked out pretty well for us, just needs a bit of planning ahead with the evening meal and parking. Devamı

This hotel is very convenient for the Central Line being literally next to the North Acton tube station. It takes about 20 mins to the centre of London. There is a good Tesco Express across the road. It is well managed, and obviously a reasonably popular hotel. The free breakfast is nice enough - if you like scrambled eggs and sausage. There is fresh fruit, toast, and cereals as well. And a free newspapaer. It is however obvious that it is a budget hotel. The rooms have no proper wardrobes, a sort of wardrobe without doors. They are very clean though. Our room was literally over North Acton tube station. Nice if you like trains. The double-glazed windows have an extra addition- making it triple. The noise isn't too bad. We chose this hotel because we needed to be in the area. The hotel is better inside than outside - reasonably clean and comfortable, with most of the essentials in place. Excellent value for money not far from central London by tube. Breakfast is very ordinary though - better pay less and have a croissant in a coffee shop somewhere.
