The Victorian Inn - Telluride

Would be nice to have a microwave in the room. The coffee pot did not work, but was provided with a brand new one immediately upon request. People very friendly and helpful. Also, breakfast should include some protein such as hard-boiled eggs or? Overall very satisfied.

The convenience to both the lifts (gondola) and main street are just about ideal. The room was adequate and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was mediocre and the area where it was served was very cramped. Parking was problematic as the lot at the inn was not plowed very well. Ended up having to park at the public parking lot about 1/4 of a mile away […] however the hotel does provide a parking pass. Staff was friendly and helpful. Very convienent to ski lift @ Telluride

Pretty good basic lodging. Was expecting better from other reviews I read. Thin walls so noisy at night. Breakfast is in the "lobby" and is very basic. Coffee was not good.

Very convenient location - downtown. Walk to Gondola. No Available parking - had to park a block away making several trips back and forth to the car for luggage, etc. Also would have been expensive and inconvenient to pay for street parking had it not been a Sat. night/Sunday. Also the hot tub closed way too early - 9PM. Never got a chance to use it […] since we didn't get back from dinner until around 10PM. Devamı

The Victorian Inn offers comfortable and clean accomodations at a very good price. It is conveniently located in the heart of Telluride -- very close to downtown and to the free gondola. Service was excellent. Only thing that could have made for a more enjoyable stay would have been pillows that were more comfortable (i.e., not "lumpy.")

The Victorian Inn in Telluride was adequate for the price paid. The hot tub and sauna are a bit outdated and needed to be opened both times we tried to use them. The beds are a little lumpy and you can feel some of the springs. The biggest benefit of the hotel is its great location. It is a block away from the gondola that takes you up to Mountain Village […] and the slopes, two blocks away from bars and resturants. I wish they would have offer more than cereal and cinimon rolls for breakfast. All in all though, a pretty good place. I would stay there again and probably will next New Years. Devamı

Clean hotel for price. The room was chilly upon entering, but quickly warmed up with the radiant heating. Beds were hard, but the duvet's were comfortable. Stains on floor from (I am sure) ski boots, etc. Hot water ran out quickly, which was strange since there were only 4 rooms booked in the entire hotel. Staff very friendly! Lady from Montrose...cute! […] Great location. Walk to the free gondola and walking to Colorado Avenue very easy. Best place to eat was the Brown Dog Pizza. Almost everything else was closed. (We were there 2 days early prior to the official "ski" season.) Back parking lot is clean and slippery. Very cold as it's North Facing. Warm your cars! The staff was very accomodating. The room was immaculate, and the bedding was very comfortable. It's location right in town and just a few blocks from the gondola made our trip easy, convenient, and car free once we checked in.

The room was small and on a busy street, so a fair amount of noise. The shower was so small that you could barely turn around in it and it had a matching mini-toilet. The breakfast was minimal. The location of the hotel is great - within walking distance of everything.

We wanted an "in town" location and this was perfect. Parking was easy and access to the gondola and shops/restaurants was super convenient. The room was fine, nothing fancy but very, very clean!

This hotel was a nice place to stay in Telluride , CO. But the hours the service staff are available should be a little longer( may be because the town goes to sleep early and we arrived at the hotel late around 11p.m) and the breakfast should be made available around 6 or 6:30 am instead of 8 am.

My wife and I stayed at the Victorian Inn as part of our motorcycle group trip to Telluride. The hotel was fine and historic and close to restaurants and entertainment.

At this hotel we were only a five minute walk from the main drag in Telluride where we had two very good meals at different restaurants. We were also only A Ross the street from a nice full breakfast place in another hotel. A five-minute walk got us to the free tram ride and another ten got us to a public pArk where we heard a free concert. The continental […] breakfast was adequate wight cold cereals, freshly baked cinnamon role, coffee, etc. The down side was that in the room the television was supported on the wall by a metal apparatus which we both hit our head on. Also, there wa some kind of electric motor which cycled on throughout the night. Though not loud, inthe quiet of the night it was annoying. The cooling was by window fan and was adequate as the night time temps drop quite a bit at that altitude. However, if one wanted to keep it on it was fairly noisy. We had a room on the opposite from the street and there was no street noise. All in all, a peasant place to stay and areasonable price. Devamı

This hotel has no airconditioning of any kind and when I stayed there August 13th, no one could lseep in that room. I came all the way up to Telluride to escape the heat we have in Phoenix and suffered, plus paid a fairly high price per night. I encourage people to stay at the newer hotles that do have some type of airconditioning system.

The room we had was small, but comfortable eoungh. We did have a lot of noise to deal with with people walking around on the floor above us and water draining through pipes. Breakfast was the usual continental, cereals, yogurt, and some fruit. The pasteries were cinnamon rolls, which due to dietary retrictions were off limits for us. Overall, we felt the hotel was nice. It is an older hotel but the room we stayed in was rennovated and up to date. Nicely done. Our only issue with the hotel was that being an old building, it was very easy to hear people walking around in the room above us. This was our first visit to Telluride and while the city doesn't need great hotels to make you come back, The Victorian Inn is definitely where we would stay each and every time. It was our 30th wedding anniversary trip and as far as I'm concerned the combo of Telluride and the Victorian Inn beat any exotic cruise, trip to Europe, or whatever else you […] are supposed to do to celebrate "I Did and still Do." A really good motel in the heart of Telluride with a fantastic location. Very close to gondola base if you are in Telluride during ski season. Rooms are very clean and breakfast is not bad. Overall, definitely worth the price. My only complaint would be that parking is limited and local on street parking is heavily restricted meaning you could get […] a ticket if you are not careful. Everything was good except the noise level. We could hear the people upstairs and outside.

Wonderful place to stay. We loved it.

Very quaint and warm. Easy access to all downtown events. Rooms are small but comfortable. Rooms could have more sound control from outside and adjacent room sounds.

Bed and pillows were terrible - didn't really sleep over three nights. Need a light over table in room. Applaud the use of bulk toiletries in the shower and recycled paper products. Use of incandescent light bulbs was puzzling however. Great front desk staff!

Went to ski and check out the town. This hotel was perfectly situated 1 block from the gondola right in the middle of town. It was exactly what we expected.

Great hotel for the price. The only down side was ice machine was broken.

Friendly staff and comfortable room. The hotel is walking distance from everything intown including the free gondola to Mountain Village. It was a great place to stay the only down side was the room was extremely warm and there is no AC, we were on the ground level in a corner so we couldn't get airflow from outside either. We had a short, comfortable stay at the Victorian Inn.. The location was very convenient. For the price, we were happy with the comfortable accomodations. The room was extremely clean and the bathroom had a great shower! The morning free coffee and rolls, etc. was an added bonus. We would definately return.
