Didn't expect such a level of comfort. Room was very big, nicely equipped. Bed was very comfortable by western standards, which is very rare in China! Good service, nice choice of food and there is a sauna within the hotel, with affordable massage services. The only downsides are the lack of taxis after checking out, we have been waiting for about 30mn […] before one ventured in the lot. Also a weird deposit policy, if you charge expenses to the room and go over the deposit charged upon checking in, they'll phone to you and send somebody to collect the money right in your room. I enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was very asian and not much western items

Room was spacious and very updated Brekfast was a joke. It is extremely asian style. I had hard time finding stuff to eat .. Very limited selection.

the loud music can be heard till 5 AM cannot sleep .

Staff was friendly although difficult to communicate, room was nice and the good thing is you have a small minimarket just besides the hotel which is open 24 hrs

Good service, good embience, professional staff rare found in China.

The hotel is in overall with good service facilities at a reasonable cost within close proximity to City centre and the best part is 24 hrs check in.

It is close to MTR, just 5 mins walk from the station. The room is huge and the bed is very confomtable. As it stated 24-hour check out(we checked in at 5PM), but we discovered our room is being locked and it already clean up when we return around 3PM in the next day, actually not really 24-hour stay.

English is not spoken by all, but they try hard. Esther is the one to ask for, her English is good and she is very diligent. Although it is not well advertised there is a 24hr foot massage etc service on level 3. Its not much more expensive than a normal local one and far more convenient. Skip breakfast, not worth the price and they clear up 30 mins […] early and rush you out. Taxi from Lo Wu = 23 Yuan. Can get the underground there but at that price what’s the point. They will provide you with a local map if you ask and will advise you on where you can go to eat or shop etc. Happy to return. P.S. Suite rooms have PC connected to TV so you can check your emails etc without bringing a computer. Handy. Devamı

The outstanding thing in your favour is the 24 hour stay and more importantky the amazing staff. They are so helpful and genuine in their desire to make your stay the best it can be. I particulalry want to mention the restaurant manager who is on duty nights. She was oh so obliging and helpful and ensure her staff were on the ball.

I stayed in this hotels many times, room is clean and nice to have a one bedroom suite. I had problems when check out, the staff kept on saying they didn't get payment notice from hotels.com and I had to pay them before I leave. It took them 25 minutes to clear that, hope they can make improvement with their accounting system. Other than that it is […] a bargain to have such room in SHenzhen. Devamı

Room and the circumstances looks comfortable, the room style looks like a family house, quite good! I will stay again but the food in restaurants of hotel (quality not so good) so I prefer outside.

The staff here were lovely. They speak little or no English but always found someone that could understand. The pool was great and room service was prompt.

Stayed at this hotel twice in August 2011. August 20th -21st and August 26th -28th. Would have stayed here longer if I had known how good it was, but had prebooked/prepaid all the hotels before leaving USA. Now staying in another part of Shenzhen. Booked using Hotels.com. It's a good deal to stay in this hotel, comfort & quite easy to get cab to surrounding place. The cafe food (Q Bar) are good & worth for money. Overall stay in this hotel are good & will come back again on my next trip.

We stayed 8 nights in a standard suite. The room was big and comfortable and we found it worth the price. The things used on an everyday basis (bathroom, beds) were clean, but everything else (cupboards, wall etc) was very greasy and dusty. Room service was ok, but since the room service staff not always speak english, we occasionally got other dishes […] than the ones we ordered. The restaurant on the first floor was rather worn, and the lunch and breakfast buffet not worthwhile. We did not try the restaurant on the second floor. The kitchen in our room was great, we cooked many of our meals there. As mentioned in other comments, the room kitchen is empty at checkin, but there is a sign saying how to order kitchen utensils from the roomservice. Staff is helpful. The evening staff spoke less english than the daystaff: if you have questions concerning your room or booking, it might be easier to do this in the daytime. Even though we had ordered a non-smoking room we had to sleep in a smokingroom the first night. The following night we could change to a non-smoking room, but with twinbeds instead of a kingsize bed. Pool was nice. Gym was good: big and well equipped. Breakfast is not included in price. Laundry service is rather expensive. The cosy bar on the ground floor turned out to be a so called vip room, which meant higher prices, (more than double the restaurant price). As a result, this bar was almost always empty. (So if u don't mind paying more and want a calm, quiet place to sit and read the newspaper, I guess it could be a good thing). The hotel is situated in the older part of town, Luhou, which suited us fine. A lively shopping street (with shopping that is more "trashy" than poshy) starts close to the hotel and goes all the way down town. A brand new metro-system opened the week before we got here; the metro station Huangbeiling is located 1 minute from the hotel and makes it very easy to reach all other areas in town (and metro tickets are cheap). This hotel is a must stay location,the general manager of this establishment is tireless and seems to be around 24 hours a day to make the stay even more pleasant.

stayed for 3 nights and was upgraded from a mini suite to a bigger suite without any additional charges. the hall and room were spacious although the interior looks a bit old. service staff can speak english and was helpful.

I stayed in one of the mini-suites which was exceptionally spacious with minin koitchen, office desk, lounge seperate bedroom and bathroom. Food was great in the restaurant and staff were very friendly. I asked to be shown the CEO Suites and they are very impressive. We will use this hotel again for our business travel.

Great room at great prizes. Meets my expectations in every aspect. Will definitely return.

stayed for 3 nights on the excuitive floor. very good customer services; interior is a bit out of date. non-smoking room smells like smoking room. But I wouldn't complain for the price I booked it. Chinese resturant serve quality food with reasonable price. must try. overall you get what you paid for.

hotel was same as shown in picture but staff was not good as in china because of language problem you need good staff to guide.

The executive suite is comfortable. FAcilities are adequate. However the sofa is a little short for sleeping. It is difficult to get a taxi especially on a rainy day.

Hotel rooms very big. Room smelled smoky. Employees all helpful and pleasant. Easy to get taxi and get around city. Nice stay.

Helpful staff - multi language. Good location although far east of town. Near train station. Near shopping and restaurants. Main hotel restaurant good but expensive. 2nd floor restaurant not good. Rooms very large.

This is a good hotel, the room is large and comfortable. the design of the room is beautiful. I enjoyed the stay in the hotel very much.

The location is not that close to the train station. Took a taxi at around RMB 15 to get there. There is no shopping area near by. But it is good for relaxing.

The toilet is not working and there are broken piece of glass on the floor in the bedroom area. Have to request a second room.

We stayed for 11 nights. The room was Excellent in size and comfort. There were multi-language employees to help with your every need. We had a couple of service problem which were dealt with immediately. Will definately go back. Location isn't the best. 2nd floor restaurant not good. Hotel restaurant good but a little pricey.

What drew me to the hotel was the online picture, which wasn't entirely accurately portrayed (it's hidden behind a more prominent hotel!). The price surprised me (low) for what I thought was a 4-star hotel. It is NOT located on the beaten path, nor at a central district, but closer to the East side of Shenzhen, a 20+-minute taxi ride away. It was a […] bit difficult to find the hotel - apparently not many taxi cab drivers know that area well, and to add to the confusion, there are TWO locations on the website, with the same name. Google Maps did not help much either. Having the exact address on the reservation was good, but if it was also in Chinese (or the appropriate language) that would have helped WAY more! But, once we were checked in (they have instituted a 24-hour stay hotel policy, where check-out is dependent on when you checked in, and not at noon the next day), and into our 15th floor non-smoking room, it was quite pleasant, and the room clean, modern, comfortable. Not the greatest view from the patio (onto some lower dilapidated buildings and a railway line, as well as along a busy street), but the layout of the room, the presence of a kitchenette and hot pot was a good surprise. The kitchenette however, did NOT have anything else - no dishes, silverware, cooking utensils or cookware. Cups and glasses were part of the room, as well as the requisite in-room bar service in the 'frig and extra snacks on the counter. It took Housekeeping over 20 minutes to bring us some plates and cookware, and they ended up bringing us the wrong cooking utensils. It took over an hour to finally get what we needed. Then we changed rooms, and I was tempted to take the cookware with us. I should have ... We changed rooms because there were three of us, and only one king size bed. My son slept on the too short couch. It's better as a couch than a bed. It was a shame to change, as the 2nd room was onthe 8th floor, but it was the only non-smoking room available with two twin beds. Devamı

great welcome and very eager staff- huge suite they are trying very hard to get to true 5 star- not there yet but may well be soon! A bit out of the way but so is everything in Shenzhen. Great deal made it very worthwhile

I also read the reviews and for the most part, they were dead on. The hotel rooms are great. There are lots of pics but none of the Mini Suite. I first booked a Business Deluxe room for 2 days and switched when I peeked at the mini suite! If you're a party of 1-2 the King bed is awesome!!! Room is a great size of 1 but if you want a separate living […] room, spend the extra and get the bigger suite. The managers and only a few speak decent english, it's not the Shangra-La where everyone speaks perfect english, but your also saving more than half the cost. The location is the worst part but you can get downtown with a $4 taxi ride....also the food in the cafe is not that great, but restaurant on 2nd floor is top notch! Service is Very Good and they have one of the best wine and cigar lounge I've ever seen. If you have or have not stayed in China before...the beds typically are very hard like sleeping on a door, but the beds here are superb! Devamı
