Reasonable, clean, courteous and helpful staff--appreciated the airport shuttle service

Clean hotel with secure parking, breakfast and courteous front desk. Received a room at front of hotel overlooking street that was somewhat noisy and the room had a desk that could not be used as it was used to hold the small fridge and TV. Floor room was very cold, bathroom tile floor was freezing. Very hard to get temperature of the room comfortable. would avoid room 200 if possible Overall good for the price.

We stayedin this hotel overnight before catching an early flight. Room was comfortable, and secure underground parking left us feeling....well, secure! This is not the Ritz, but it is convenient to the airport and there were some restaurants within an easy walk.

Stayed here on a stop over and was impressed with the free bf and staff were genuinely friendly. Downside is that they have a shuttle only till 9pm so not so good if you are staying in late evening but 20$ cab ride was not so bad with rate on week day.

I don't think we'll be back. What sticks in our mind was how gross the carpet in our room was. Dark colored spots about the size of a quarter. Give this any extra thought, and you'll reach the same conclusion as we did. Other than that - the person at the front desk was helpful. Parking was good. carpet in room requires replacement; room very small; priced accordingly; tv ancient; continental breakfast satisfactory....

this hotel was located in a very good area, close to many attractions and things to do. the hotel is a bit smaller but its still very new and nice. the staff was very friendly and welcoming. also the parking for this hotel was underground. it was very secure and there was no charge for it either.

Stayed in hotel for just one night before flying out of the airport in the morning. Was good stay, clean, airport shuttle was great. Can't complain. cheers

The room was 401 and was really hot when I checked in as it has a whole wall of windows. Try another room.

The Quality Hotel in Richmond, BC is a gem: a real find. Very clean, staffed with polite professionals and so well located, it is a bargain! Vijaay and his staff are dedicated to make your stay enjoyable. We will be back, again and again. Rod

The Hotel was clean and well presented ... free Wifi, breakfast and secure underground parking all added to a well priced stay .. I would highly recommend the Quality Hotel group ...

The location is close to transit and the local mall as well as the airport. The room condition was as expected for a 2 star hotel. Our room was at the end of the building and the layout was a bit cramped for 2 people. If you're a light sleeper be sure to ask for a room that doesn't face the street or use the a/c to drown out the noise. overall it […] wasn't a bad hotel and it served our purposes for our trip. There were hairs in the bathtub and the bathroom light didn't work. We went downstairs and asked front desk and nobody showed up. We were supposed to have a pull out bed in our room when we showed up it wasn't there and phoned down and asked for it, the front desk woman told us 'we' would have to come down and roll it up if we wanted it cause the only […] person working was her. At the continental breakfast, we were not allowed to remove even a banana. My husband usually brings me a bagel upstairs so I can sleep in and we didn't have the option. I had booked the King bed and got it. The bathroom vanities are nicely done. The room was neat and clean. The room also had a mini-fridge. I didn't have any complaints about the room. Excellent hotel for the price - plus great staff!!! Would recommend this hotel as it is close to shopping, restarants, etc.

Some nice restaurants in the immediate neighbourhood. Easy access to airport and downtown Vancouver. Nice pub across the street.

Friendly staff, convenient to Sky Train, nice breakfast, newspaper, and at a very reasonable price. Cant ask for too much more. Good value for money

The hotel was fine for a basic stop over. Free internet, decent free breakfast, free airport shuttle and easy access to the Canada line train. Price was very reasonable for the location

私の利用の理由は、一日アメリカからバンクーバー、バンクーバーからホワイトホースと一泊するための宿泊でした。空港のインフォメーションでホテルのシャトルを呼んでもらえ10分でホテルに着きました。翌日も時間の相談にのってくれスムーズに空港に行けました。リッチモンドで静かなのと部屋が清潔、朝ご飯つきとおすすめです！
