Very clean room, convient location. Would recommend and would choose again if needed.

I would not go back to this hotel. It was VERY outdated and I had to put a towel down in the tub to take a shower because of how black it was. Great price, but next time I will splurge.

BEWARE if you are traveling with pets. I booked my reservation online with hotels.com for July 2, 2011. Upon arrival at the hotel I was told they do not accept pets. Their website did not indicate that they did not accept pets (they have since updated it). The information that hotels.com has on this hotel does not state that this hotel does not accept […] pets. The front desk clerk was very argumentative and rude! She never apologized nor did she offer any suggestions of other area hotels. I was sitting in my car outside their office trying to find another hotel within my budget that would accept pets and she came outside and ASKED ME TO LEAVE! I will never stay at this hotel. Devamı

We needed a cheap, comfortable place to stay, and this fit the bill. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean, the door locked, curtains blocked light, etc. The handle on our toilet was busted but it still worked, overall nothing to really complain about. The room was dirty, the furniture was falling apart and there was a 12" rip in the side of one of the pillows. When I told the clerk about my concerns he said that he would look into it. I wouldn't stay there again or recommend it to anyone.

Overall the visit was okay, we only stayed one nite while in Cookeville for college visit. The overall cleaniness was average a couple areas that could have used improvement, the floor could have benefited from a vacccum, the floor was really dirty but not real clean either. Most disturbing was the guest prior to us left a wet wash cloth draped over […] the shower curtain rod and it had dried while left on the curtain rod when the room wa cleaned. Very convenient, clean, everything was expected. Good hot water, a/c good, good location. Rates were the best

The hotel was clean, but had a strong cleaner scent to it that I didn't like. I had to use renuzit to get rid of it. The blankets were a little scratchy, too. Otherwise, it was a very nice hotel for the price. I've paid more for hotels that weren't as nice as this one. Air conditioner, refirgerator, tv, and microwave were in good working order.
