Harbour Grand Kowloon - Kowloon

Very good hotel except the location. It is easy to reach some good restaurant, including Thai, European, Chinese and fast food. A Japanese super market about 5 minutes from the hotel. I will go book this hotel on next trip.

This is a very clean and modern hotel. In general the staff was very helpful. I staid on the Club floor and one of the receptionists was very condisending towards us when askinbf for simple directions. Hotel is located some distance from the main areas of Hong Kong and Kowloon. You must take either a taxi or shuttle bus to get to the main areas.

Usually I spend my nights in HK at Fortress Hill Harbour Grand. It is excellent for sleeping. This time tried Kowloon, and was a bit dissapointed. This does not get close to Fortress Hill -experience. At the Club Floor breakfast was a dissapointment, and I did not also get my dragonfruit like they usually deliver. They promised it, but forgot it. Small […] things, but what makes a difference between good and excellent? Little details. Not good, not bad. Staff were super friendly and efficient. Location, absolute waterfront, quiet and just unbeatable. Highly recommend.

The Harbour Grand is an excellent Hotel that I would highly recommend. The location fantastic, the service fabulous and the hotel of the highest quality.

This hotel has been my 2nd home for last 15 years. Excellent services on timing manner. Only hotel I know will celebrate your birthday. I was surprise to see a cake & bottle of wine in my room on my birthday. The room is very spacious. The pool is to die for. Love this hotel.

Hotel lobby is impressive, with full window curtain wall facing the Victoria Harbor. Building is new and very cleanly executed. Hotel is 5 minutes walk from one of the best eatery center at Wong Puo. Hotel rooms are clean, and some have a great view of the harbor. Decoration and finishing are good but not quite top notch.

The bed with fleas, make us very itch and swelling.

The view is absolutely breathtaking. My family and i truly enjoy our experience at Kowloon Harbour Hotel over the Christmas holidays. Although the internet service can be upgraded for easier access. We highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel and amenities. Not much of a view from the non-harbour view rooms and not terribly much in the immediate vicinity.

This hotel is truly beautiful with stunning rooms especially those with harbour views and the rooms are large which is important to me. But.... the hotel is poorly located such that the hotel provides a half hour courtesy bus to Tsim Sha Tsui every half hour. Whilst this is helpful I prefer hotels that are better located. Hotel was good, staff very helpful view from room of harbour was ok better view from alter side of hotel check when booking close to north point ferrry togo over to hong kong island

Overall good hotel and location. Nice and clean room. Hotel staff very helpful and friendly. The only thing that worried me was the confirmation stated that a twin bed room I requested was not guaranteed. Very good service at reception/consierge,wonderfull view of Victoria Harbour from our room which was a good size ,with a bathroom which even met with my wife's approval. Exciting hotel with good restaurants.

Hotel shuttle great !! leaves on time, cheaper way to stay in Hong Kong, Staff were of great service too

Enjoyed 4 nights stay in this hotel with family. Service was excellent,check in very smooth and dining choices very good. Shuttle bus service was easy to access and short trip to all central major attractions. Shopping centre only 5 min walk away. Excellent Hotel very friendly and helpful staff, rooms good size for Hong Kong, punctual shuttle bus but taxis are very reasonable, great shopping in Kowloon and plenty of places to eat within 15 mins of hotel, get the bus to Mody Road. Highly Recommend and will stay on our next trip.

A really nice hotel, with great views of the harbour and very good standard. We were there too with our two small children and had a really nice time. Hotel personel also very helpful and friendly. A good hotel with good value for money and high standards in Hong Kong. We would recommend it!

I booked this hotel because it was one of the best rated ones on Trip Advisor... The first room i was given had a horrible moldy smell.. The bell captain said that the smell would go away after the AC is turned on.. That didn't happen. Being allergic to mold i couldn't breathe after 5 min in the room. i asked to change the room, but the 2nd room reeked […] of smoke, even though it was a non-smoking floor... finally the front desk clerk "upgraded" me to a room with a harbor view that had no bad smells mold or otherwise.. When i tried getting online using Wi-Fi, I found out that they charged about $20 USD PER DEVICE! So if you have a laptop, iPad and an iPhone, you'll be out another $60 every 24 hours if you want to use Wi-Fi... Save your money and stay somewhere else. Devamı

While this hotel is slightly out of the hustle and bustle of Kowloon, it is a beautiful spot on the harbour and great views from the room, and the hotel operates a half-hourly free shuttle that takes about 12 mins to drop you at ferries, trains and the heart of the shopping district. We stayed at the Harbour Grand Kowloon for 3 nights as part of a multi city Asian holiday. Upon arrival we were initially told that they could not provide us with the room type we had booked and prepaid months ago. This was eventually sorted out with some reluctance on the staff's behalf, and still was not quite as requested. We were also approached […] to establish a business account with the hotel. From checkin to checkout a great experience. Friendly staff, a great loaction and just a pleasure to stay at.

This must be the best hotel we have ever stayed in. Everything about it is lovely, marble floors, beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms, extremely well appointed and clean. Excellent location - an oasis - away from the busy streets of Kowloon and Hong Kong. Regular courtesy buses take you to Kowloon centre where you can get the ferry over to Hong Kong if […] desired. The Hotel is by all standards a good and convenient hotel. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable Service very good. .2 shortfalls. The hotel is located far from Kowloon center, though a shuttle service is available. The Grill restaurant is a Stay away restaurant. SeaFood was really not fresh, smell bad, prices outrageous.

Great hotel right on the edge of the harbour, so very interesting to sit at the outdoor cafe and watch the many and varied sea craft go by. The buffet restaurant has the best variety of all types of food I have seen, including Indian, shashimi, oysters,prawns and various roasts.The only negative about this hotel is it's location away from main shopping […] areas, but they do have a very regular free shuttle bus which goes to and from Kowloon city centre. The Hotel is very good and it has a beautifull view of Hong Kong. The service could be better as the workers some times are doing their job very unhappy. Internet is charged even on the business floor (which has already a fairly high room rate) and the staff is always trying to charge you for something else as printer copies, copies, etc.. Actually, […] this becomes very annoying at some point as you have to pay few cents every time. They really shouldn't charge for such services as the room rate is well charged. Good value. even though this hotel is overdue for renovations and a bit of a facelift, it is very comfortable . Staff members are very helpful,polite efficient and responsive. Restaurants and room service both offer an excellent fare in clean, cheerful and polished style. A pleasant experience.

깨끗하고, 친절합니다. 체크아웃하고, 가방을 24시간 보관해줘서 밤비행기인데도 짐때문에 고생하지 않았어요~ 아주 조금 아쉬운것은, 센트럴이나 침사추이랑 거리가 약간있어서 호텔버스나 택시를 이용해야 했어요~ 시간을 두고 천천히 구경할 여유가 있다면 교통도 그다지 나쁜건 아니였어요!! 다음에 홍콩에 또 방문한다면, 다시 찾을것 같습니다.

ペニンシュラが『恋人』であれば、ハーバーグランドカオルーンは『家族』が似合うホテルではないでしょうか。 どこか懐かしい雰囲気が漂う高級ホテルです。香港・マカオにある、名だたる５つ星ホテルに比べると外観のゴージャスさ・部屋のデザイン性は劣りますが、価格の割には大変満足できるホテルでした。 以下、日本人が特に気にするであろう２点を書いておきます。 １、清潔感 ロビー、階段、廊下、部屋、どこも文句なしに掃除はいき届いていました。私が見た限りではゴミひとつありませんでした。部屋の水回り、ベッドシーツも問題なしです。 ２、サービス 素泊まりですので特に際立ったサービスは利用していないのですが、ロビーでのチェックイン・アウトの対応は素早く対応して頂けました。可もなく不可もなく、といったところでしょうか。 また、余談ですが泊まった日が12月26日ということで、ホテル内に飾られた大きなクリスマスツリーがハーバー側の夜景と重なり、雰囲気はso […] goodでした★ Devamı
